“WHAT A LOAD OF USLESS W**KERS RETARD DRIVER PUT MY PARCEL IN THE BIN AND IT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I LOOKED AND TRYING TO CONTACT THEM WHAT A JOKE I THINK IF THEY STOPPED RECRUITING MONKEYS FROM THE ZOO THEY MAY FAIR A LITTLE BETTER.AND JUST FOR THE RECORD THE MR ERIN PARKER WHO GAVE THEM 5 STARS WORKS FOR THEM NICE TRY HERMES BUT THATS CHEATING”

“I got a message on ebay saying that my parcel was delivered by hermes at around 12pm and have apparently signed for it. Since we are in lockdown I have been home all day and no one has knocked. I checked outside and have asked my neighbours. Nothing! I check the hermes website and all you get is useless robots. Even the twitter account for hermes doesn't seem to care for customers distress. I'm fuming. I'm upset. I've been robbed and they had the goard to fake my signature and run off with my books! Im not the only one in this boat. Its happened to many people especially in the last few months. Hope the company drops the soap and gets what it deserves.”

“Whoever we order from if Hermes is the courier, we either won't receive the package or it will be late. No contact number for quick fix. Our last order says it's been delivered but nothing is here. Worst company I have ever used.”

“The level of ineptitude displayed whilst undertaking a simple delivery was astounding. I could have delivered it more quickly myself if I had put it in my rucksack and taken it by bicycle. Unless you are sending an item that has a value of less than five pence AND the person at the receiving end is prepared to wait for months to receive the item, I'd strongly suggest using an alternative courier. Now I understand why they are cheap - there's a reason behind it!”

“Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I rarely take time out like this to criticise a company but the Hermes Delivery service is simply terrible. I actively avoid buying from retailers who use Hermes. Today, I was expecting a parcel. I received an email to say it had been delivered but I have not received my parcel nor has anyone even rang my doorbell. This is the second time this has happened in a month. On both occasions my address and postcode were clear and easily found using Google maps if delivery driver needed to use this resource. I have tried to contact Hermes and can only get through to an automated customer service system which once I enter the tracking number says my order has been delivered. I have not received my parcel and I know from a local social media page this is a significant problem with many people receiving emails to say their parcels have been delivered when in fact they have never received them. I am now forced to go back to the retailer I made the purchase from who will ultimately end up out of pocket. At these tough times, no one wants to put more pressure on businesses but with Hermes doing a 5 star job of losing many parcels this is essentially what is happening. I would give the company a 0 if I could.”

“Parcel delivered to wrong address tried to contact customer service but had no luck recorded message to use online service which is awful as they use their photo evidence to prove it has been delivered even though the photo is not your house avoid using this company”

“Arranged and paid collection and delivery to my address. Very dissappointed to receive only half of the parcel. This was a toy for a baby. Approached driver and asked him if there was another parcel to which he replied "no" and just drove away. Did not double check whether the missing part was there.”

“Terrible. Driver signed off my item without actually delivering them. Tracker shows delivery on a Saturday at 12:04pm at workplace through letterbox. Lies. Workplace has security shutters. Even if security shutters were up, driver would have to damage the letterbox to post something through. Irresponsible driver ? Or poor standard operating procedure? See picture attached. Avoid this company.”

“If i could give 0 stars i would. I was expecting a delivery for a chess set for myself. It showed on MyHermes tracking it was delivered on Saturday 12:04pm at my workplace. Lies. My workplace is closed on Saturdays. The security shutters are brought down every day after work. There is no way this can be posted through the "LETTERBOX" as mentioned by MyHermes. Even if the security shutters were up, the letterbox would only allow paper thin envelopes through unless the delivery driver causes some damage to it. Obviously, the driver whom delivered it has signed it off as delivered and either took my box or something.”

“ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC Hermes has to be the most disrespectful and shameful courier company out there. Every time I order something that's supposed to be delivered by Hermes it never shows or if it does it's damaged. I've now stopped ordering from companies that use Hermes due to this which is such a shame for these companies as they're losing out on sales. Can't even get my money back as when you need to speak to someone you can't. My emails go unanswered as well. I would strongly recommend to anyone using or about to use this shocking courier service not too.”

“Parcel never collected for over a week with endless excuse lost my sale of the goods I was sending 4 weeks on and still can’t get them to even refund my postage cost after numerous emails phone call and complaints forms this company are a disgrace and I would advise anyone to avoid them like the covid virus . I will be posting this on all other review sites”

“As a courier, you have ONE job. That is to deliver parcels, which you are unable to do (at least for me anyway). tO anyone READING THIS REVIEW. **DO NOT USE HERMES**. They are completely and utterly USELESS.”

“Had an order go missing and still not received having to fight to actually get my money back or the product I've paid for! They lie they steal its disgusting! Will avoid companies that use this courier service. Thieving scumbags. Still haven't received my order. Hope your happy with it you scumbag! Stealing from front line workers trying to treat people who are helping them to continue to work.”

“Why does anybody use your service when it is so poor? I am again waiting for a delivery. You say I have put in the wrong password & you will send an email to me. It never arrives! Your staff often lie! They say they have tried to deliver something but they have never come close to my house! I will write to all of those of my suppliers who are foolish enough to use your service & let them know that I am going to refuse accept you as a delivery company! Far too stressful!!!! John Farmer”
