Lost parcel, tracking page is saying it has been signed for and delivered except there have been 5+ ppl at home all day and not one of them has seen anyone turn up or attempt delivery. Also no way of contacting hermes via website to find out where the order is unless you go through a d*mn virtual assistant that is mo use at all. Totally awful service, do not use.

Hermes don't even deserve 1 star but want allowed to vote no stars! Parcel supposed to be delivered today between 10am to 2pm...checked tracking details as it hadn't arrived by 2pm and saw the parcel was supposedly delivered at 12.13 with a picture of it hanging from a letterbox that was not even my front door!? Useless company as you can't even contact them.

Service is running like a complete shambles. Parcel posted 1st June still not arrived 9th random tracking updates which don’t actually mean anything. I know Hermes is having a complete melt down with parcels being labelled wrongly & being lost or delivered to completely the wrong address but they need to be honest with their customers. If a company is happy to take our money it needs to take responsibility when things go wrong and not just switch the phones off & hide. Hermes you are a disgrace this is people’s emotions, lives, businesses, finances & so much more you you are responsible for and at such a difficult time for everybody including your staff who I’m sure will be having to work under extra stress to try and resolve this , so Hermes get your finger out and get this resolved

Ordered off amazon, supposed to be delivered by Hermes. Got a tracking number, was notified it was delivered on Saturday, which it wasn’t as was in all day. Tried to contact them several times to get a response which is About as likely as platting fog.

Will not touch this company ever again. It took 3 weeks to deliver a parcel.they told me my parcel was lost 2 weeks in and could not find it only to appear a week later. Communication is nonexistent.

Why o why ! Did I use them again 9 parcels lost in the system , taken my money and now I do not know what to do !!! Absolutely shameless disregard for customer service.. Unable to contact, and their system appears just stuck in a confused loop.

Worst experience I've ever had, Holly bot is useless, can't email (my only way of communication because I am deaf). They say that they need additional information but won't tell me what it is. I will now be boycotting any purchases that use Hermes, they are useless, and this is not the first time I've had problems with them.

Such a shame they don’t have minus stars. Appalling service having had my package for a 2 weeks 4 days and I’m still receiving a message saying: “We've got your parcel and we're processing it for you” Absolutely pants! Nearly 3 weeks for gods sake!

Two days in a row they have told me a delivery has been “attempted” and they have left a note for me. I’ve been in all day both days and haven’t heard one knock and I do not have a slip anywhere. Every time a seller uses this service, I have issues!! Shoddy and useless.

Parcels left on front doorstep in full view of anyone passing by, I always state the safe place to leave if not at home, and it's not the front doorstep! The items came to a value of about £80, so not good service, I feel lucky that they weren't stolen.

They’ve lost 2 of my sent parcels. Getting hold of anyone to rectify this is impossible. I spent 1 hour in a queue on the phone and got hung up on. Cut off multiple times. There’s no email as a point of contact. I’d like to find out if these can be located or I need to be reimbursed.

They're OK when things go as planned but you better hope you never have to call or email them. They are impossible to speak to. They have had a parcel sent by a family member on a 3 day service for two weeks and each time we try to contact them the automated phone line screens your call and its impossible to speak to an advisor and the automated chat is useless. It appears Hermes do not want to speak to customers at all. Spend a bit more and use a reputable courier service.

Absolutely annoying company 3 day delivery for item worth over £300 with high cost delivery..not heard anything from them since 2nd of June..no update nothing..not able to find anything out..what a sham..the App is useless too AVOID

Stated that my parcel has been delivered, I have not received it yet I have been in all day. Guaranteed, I have a problem every time I ever get sent anything through this courier. There is also no one to speak to regarding customer service or queries their number is automated and the only communication you get is through a chatbot.

Delivery arrived but package been opened. There was three items sent but one had vanished into thin air. The seller was on eBay and they have a hard enough job as it is without things going missing. Don’t know if seller got refunded, but I did not ask for refund as it was not his fault. Just asked that he never uses Hermes again and he agreed.

Hoŕendous. App is pointless. Designated safe place ignored.Card through door that they will try and pick up again as there was no designated safe place!!!! Cannot contact them..e mail no longer in use. No way of contacting Courier. NO contact numbers on card

I booked a delivery of some expensive electronic equipment to a UK address It was well packaged in a small box And insured for £200 It was collected by the local driver someone I have dealt with for years But my parcel never got delivered I checked the tracking and it showed only that the parcel had been collected and was stuck in this status for over a week I tried to contact Hermes on their customer support number I spent a total of 3 hours on the phone and 4 calls without anyone answering my call. I sent 3 emails to customer service and not one was answered I spoke to a Hermes driver about my issue and he informed me that in the Sheffield Depot it is well known workers steal small parcels which are insured believing that they contain mobile phones which they sell on through a well developed network and he believes I wont see my parcel again I'm now asking to bring the police to investigate my loss also iam complaining to my MP and trading standards If they don't sort my complaint and pay compensation I will take them to the small claims court

Received a text saying my parcel was delivered to my address. I was outside in my front garden the whole day and no one delivered my parcel to me. Trying to contact HERMES to explain this is an absolute nightmare. No one answers the phone, email addresses don't exist and 'Holly' is useless!!! The parcel contained a Father's day gift for my husband and now I am out of money and have no gift!!! You need to realise that some of your couriers may be thieves and are stealing from your customers!!

Ordered 4 brackets, supplier sent them to Hermes, 5 days later still in same depot. I had email saying they would be despatched within 24 hours, this didn't happen. Managed to use their appalling contact procedure and received a reply, parcel was lost and they were going to do a "sweep"of the Weybridge depot"to locate it. I will not hold my breath
