Don't trust them to deliver in particular for international deliveries. Better paying more and being certain it will get there.

This is a joke had a parcel delivered by Hermes. Photo taken of my door. At the time of delivery there was no one home. No calling card left only found out it was delivered as was chasing up where it was. Looks like they either took it or it’s been nicked off my door step. Best thing was it was pouring down also. Why the hell would a courier service leave a parcel in full view and in the pouring rain. As for there automated service I’m guessing I won’t be contacted as from what I’ve read on the reviews

They Sent a text saying delivery was going to be late then received email saying they had attempted the delivery which was a lie as there were 6 people in the house and no card was put through door , I would rather them say they couldn’t deliver than them lying about attempting to deliver , this isn’t the first time this has happened either 🤬🤬🤬

After Hermes 'lost' my parcel I was unable to contact the company by phone or email. Following research into other people's experiences I have concluded that Hermes is a front for criminal activity and have consequently started legal proceedings against the company. I have been informed that delivery drivers receive as little as 50p per parcel and it is hardly surprising that there is such a poor 'service'. In addition to a criminal investigation into the huge number of parcel losses there is a need for government intervention and investigation to protect the public. This will be happening.

Try delivering to the correct address! Taking photos of random peoples feet is not a way of ensuring it has been delivered correctly! 0 stars! Have to complain now to try and get my parcel!!!!

The shitist courier. No details left on my delivery card when I was at work other than I put it in your garden which wasn't my garden. Now the dreaded neighbours have my parcel!!! Can't get through to anyone, other than a automated service which cuts you off!!! I will never order if the courier is hermes. First experience, worst experience!!!

I'm sick and tired of Hermes! They can't locate my parcels on depot! They just lost 3 of my parcels in the last 2 weeks! Unacceptable! I cannot contact with human! Would be great if they could pay for stuff instead of stealing! 3 Christmas presents just disappeared on depot thanks for Hermes! Well done!

My parcel was due Thursday 3rd December next day delivery I still haven't received it on Monday 7th December got a reply from Hermes with my trustpilot review so I replied back but Hermes hasn't got back to me so it looks like iv'e lost the value of my purchase very dissapointed with Hermes I read a lot of bad publicity about Hermes but up till now allways had good service from them looks like there reputation has caught up with me so sad.

Lost a return and now I cannot get a refund for the items I was returning which is over 50 pounds. Impossible to trace if anything goes wrong with the parcel. Telephone service all automated, automatic bot on webchat the same. The only information you get is your parcel is in transit despite it being sent over two months ago. The only reason my parcel is confirmed as lost is by going through a third party Resolver to make a complaint. Complaint was escalated several times with Hermes admitting they have lost it but offering no other resolution or compensation. Absolute joke. So relieved my parcel wasn't worth more as I would not see a penny of it. Do not use them, and definitely do not return or send any items of value via them

Wish I had given zero stars. Delivery supposed to be between 3-5 . Yes you guess it no one arrived . Then had a text saying no access! We were in it is lock down . We live in a detached house with no access issues however our address does not say road so the driver clearly thought it was a flat and lied ! Have lived here for over 16 years and no issues with any other courier service. He had my mobile . He lied and could not be bothered to come . Good over £350 . I am calling the company I ordered from and telling them I want my money back to to stick the order . Last time the Hermès driver opened box and attempted to steal an expensive bag . Could him on my drive . I am so angry ! I will never ever use ANY supplier that uses HERMÈS . I have only read the reviews now . They sum the company up perfectly. As for ‘Holly .’ The virtual useless excuse for customer service . What a joke . How can such a shocking company still operate ? I am off work today and I am going to research and write all the companies that use them and direct them to this site ! As consumer we can vote with our feet and not use any companies that use Hermès .

Would have given zero if I could! Says delivery was attempted even though I was in all day. Delivered to the wrong address. Package reordered and was supposed to arrive yesterday. Still waiting... absolutely terrible. So bad that I will avoid using businesses that use Hermes from now on!

Joke of a company that has lost / stolen around 90% (£350 worth) of my package contents. Can't contact anyone to claim compensation. Get fobbed of in any response from them. DO NOT USE HERMES.

Just by having a scroll through the first page of reviews, everything has been summed up perfectly: shambolic "delivery" where they said they tried to deliver but it was impossible (how?? Where do they expect people to be if not in their houses during a pandemic???), parcels are being delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. Customer service is nothing short of a joke - it's all AI (not a particularly clever one either) and it won't help with your delivery issues as it just repeats whatever you can find in your shipments updates. It's beyond me how they have any type of contracts with big retailers like Amazon or Nintendo.

Total bunch of clowns, as soon as you see their logo you know your parcel isn't going to arrive. I've seen them parked outside totally inactive and then drive away saying can't deliver. More like couldn't be bothered to try. I've seen one literally throwing her car load of deliveries all over the floor angrily swearing presumably trying to find a parcel. Anything fragile 100% broken I can guarantee. Stuff goes missing all the time, you can't speak to anyone about it, they're completely and utterly shameful I can only hope they go out if business asap. Wankers

Parcel was down to be delivered tomorrow, a neighbour knocked on my door today to give me my parcel as it arrived while I was out,I didnt have a card in my door. When I checked online(also had no notification it had been delivered) the photo was of some legs, parcel and ground...but said it was delivered to my address!,

For the second time in 2 weeks my parcel has gone to another address. There is nobody to speak to at Hermes just a recorded messaging system asking you to put in your tracking number, when you do this it says it has been delivered only not to the right address. Who on earth are they taking on for this job? Awful service.

Appalling level of customer service, how can so many tracked parcels go 'missing' in their computerised system??! No effort at all at apologies or explanations. I'm out of pocket and massively inconvenienced, I won't be using this firm again!

In case if someone would like to use this company, please do not use it. There is a big chance that the parcel will not reach the address, they throw parcels in random places not related to the address it was sent to. When they say it's on its way you can wait all day and at the end of the day, they will say it was difficult to deliver and that's it. No proper contact with them and difficult to deal with. Please don't use this company, a company like that not deserve to be existed.

Awful company, they claimed to have delivered my parcel and provided photographic evidence. The photo evidence wasn't of me, or anyone in my block. So it's just been delivered somewhere else. No idea where. Avoid at all costs.
