“I purchased a phone of eBay which was supposed to be delivered with myHermes tracking no (2604482757714210) I got an email saying it had been delivered at 13:25 and signed for by me. This was not possible as I was Working at that time and not even at home. It is almost impossible to contact them and even the eBay seller who sold me the phone could not get any real contact with them. They just sent her an email basically accusing me of lying. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these fraudsters.”

“I agree with all the negative reviews below. Hermes are useless and yes they do lie just as many others have claimed. My experience- booked collection for delivery. Waited in for 2 full days with no attempt by Hermes to pickup, despite the online system saying on both days that a courier would collect. Raised an issue with the bot cos it’s impossible to speak to anyone and got a response saying please wait in again all day through to 8pm for pickup! I gave up and took it to the local ParcelShop despite having paid extra for collection. The Hermes online system still proceeds to lie about them attempting to pickup today after I dropped off at the ParcelShop - they did not! Useless shambles zero stars avoid avoid avoid”

“I am 53 years old and have never wrote a review before but i simply cannot grasp how unprofessional Hermes are.... my parcel is now 3 day late... nobody picks up responsibility foe anything.. no real person to contact apart from a bot talk robot when you mange to get past that you get through yo a person who simply wants to get you off thw chat and will say anything to finish.... tomorrow is the 4th day and i hold no hope... in todays world of technology i cannot belive this is so poor.. lets keep fingers crossed somwthing happens tomorrow but i doubt it”

“USELESS AND DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT DELIVERY lied and said my parcels are with the courier and would be delivered between such and such a time spent a total of 7 days waiting in for none existent deliveries 6 in total over 3 weeks was told i wasn't in and had returned them to the sender etc i have cctv to prove they never came anywhere near my home on the days they said they tried to deliver or ANY OTHER DAY DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT FIRM”

“USELESS COURIER FIRM LIED ABOUT ME NOT BEING IN AND SENT MY PARCEL BACK TO SENDER 3 TIMES BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO DELIVER IT HAD IT RE - SENT AND LIED AGAIN ABOUT ME NOT BEING IN AGAIN I HAVE CCTV AND PROOF THEY DIDN'T COME ANYWHERE NEAR MY PROPERTY ON THE 5 DIFFERENT DAYS I WAITED IN FOR THEM LIARS AND THIEVES AT LEAST THE LIVERPOOL DEPOT IS DO NOT USE THIS COURIER FIRM NO STARS”

“I wish that I Could give a zero star rating they are liars saying they have tried to deliver and I wasn't in been told 4 different times that my parcel is with the courier and out for delivery betwèen certain times on 4 different days NO THEY HAVEN'T they have wasted my time and today will be the 5th day of my life that they have wasted waiting in for a none existent delivery DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS AND IT IS VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL EVER GET YOUR PAKAGE ZERO STARS”

“Sent parcel via Parcel2Go for next day delivery which arrived at delivery depot in London. The tracking info said not delivered, twice. Then after eight days the tracking said parcel would be delivered. Then my neighbour contacted me and my parcel had been sent back to me via my neighbour. I then got an email saying my parcel had been delivered safely to my recipient. The parcel contents were smashed. Hermes should be closed down by the government as they are the most useless company around.”

“Unable to deliver a parcel, stating it was 'too big' (it was a bath caddy, so not that big at all). Each day there was a notification which said they would pass it to another carrier to be delivered within 48 hours but 2 weeks later still hadn't arrived. No way of contacting a real person by phone to get it resolved. Eventually they said Amazon would need to sort it out, and I ended up having to accept a refund as they could not get Hermes to deliver it either. Useless.”

“In a pensioner they left parcel in rubbish bin which had stuff in great with coronavirus had to put gloves on to get out it is not the first time this has happened with yourself awaiting you reply”

“They lie about attempting to deliver packages, I was at home all day next to the door and they claim to have attempted delivery, next day same thing. They have no complaints procedure, terrible business practice.”

“Beyond shocking. I had to track down a parcel with a whopping 7-8 failed delivery attempts. I even had to prove that I was present with CCTV footage to be able to get a refund from My ASOS Order to prove that Hermes did not attempt any delivery in any way!”

“Said my parcel was delivered and signed for. I was home all day and there was no delivery and I certainly didn't sign for it. When I tried to view the delivery signature their tracking system said it couldn't be found. Absolute rubbish service with no option to speak to someone to sort it out.”

“Hermes are the worst. They offer terrible service. They treated a disabled client awfully and there is no way of contacting them. Their automated service wouldn't recognise the customer reference, so it's literally impossible to get a refund or cancel an order. I strongly advise you use any other courier service. This lot are either incompetent, thieves or both.”

“Drop parcels off at shop and driver refuses to take any of my items. Get an email days later to tell me. I ring up and its acceptable as drivers are self-employed. 4 different items not on the prohibited list. Won't be sending hermes again.”
