Is the light brown wood color for the Iris mid century modern arched entertainment center more of a warm or cool undertone?

Hi there! Thank for reaching out and for your interest in our Iris Cabinet Collection. Great question! The Iris Cabinet in Light Brown (72020) has more of a warmer undertone. The collection also has a lighter Raw Oak color (72022) that also has a warm undertone, and a White Oak color (72024) that is even lighter in color and has more of a cooler undertone. I bought 3 of your Nathan James Cohem counter stools 1 of them sits uneven any suggests?

Hi Denise! It is normal for the Cohen Counter Stools (24501/Warm Pine) to exhibit a bit of a wobble at first. This is because the legs are installed while the stool is upside-down, which makes it very difficult to ensure all (4) legs are even. To fix this, please follow the steps below: 1. Position the stool right-side up on a stable surface (not carpet) 2. Loosen the leg & footrest hardware to 75% tight while the stool is still right-side up 3. Wiggle all (4) legs until each leg is flat on the stable surface with no rocking or wobble 4. Retighten all hardware back to 100% to hold this stable position I hope this helps!

Do you have any 76" headboards? The one with the leather straps is on 72" . Am I missing something? Please help, I love the headboard!

We would like the Barker Modern counter height bar stools in black, but instead of the way it is configured with the cream boucle cushion, we would like the black wood stools with the brown leather cushion that is shown with the Barker Modern warm pine stool. Is there any way to purchase these with that different configuration?

Our 5 and 6-Shelf Ladder Bookcases are designed to have the bottom shelf. While we don't recommend, you can opt to remove it in case this causes obstruction according to where you want to place it when necessary.

Just put together dresser. The hardware on each drawer makes a very loud ckicking sound. Every time you open & close it. Very unsettling. This cannot be right.

Can you describe the type of "light wood finish" on the Hayes side table? It looks dark in some photos, golden in others, and white oak in some?

Hi Kayla! Thank you for reaching out to us! For the Hayes Side Table, there are two possible factors in the color variation of the wire-brushed light brown rubberwood. The wire brushing process happens prior to applying the finish color which exposes more grain and adds depth to the color. This can alter the "brightness" of "darkness" of the rubberwood. Another factor is the natural variation in each batch of the rubberwood material itself. Hope this helps!

The top of the base (underneath the cushion) on our Kira Bar Stools (23102/Pewter-Grey) is approximately 58.3cm/23 inches from the ground. The full distance from the floor to the top of the back support on these Kira Bar Stools is approximately 89.7cm/35 inches. Hope this helps!

On the site, the Theo Ladder Bookcase | 6-Shelf says the shelf depth is either 11.7” or 12” depending on the finish. Does the depth vary by finish?

Hi Ian! This 12" shelf depth is an approximation. The shelf depth for the (4) Theo 6-Shelf Bookcases we currently have in our collection (August 2022) is 298mm or ~11.7 inches. Hope this helps!
