Delivery was not only 5 days late but incorrect model. Received a text message 2 days prior to scheduled delivery date informing that there will be a delay with my order. Called customer service and was told that the ordered product is not in stock. Perhaps the item was not even available in the first place and yet still being listed on their site. Raised a complaint in regards to the delay prompting them to take actions and that ended up to another mishap. Unfortunately, item received was not the exact model listed on thier site and definitely not what I've payed for. Raised a return request and hopefully get a full refund on this.

Very very bad experience with noon I was dealing with noon since 2017 and I never had a bad experience from my first order. Issue 1: I have order a product from noon and this product is expected to be delivered on 6th April. On 5th April I have contacted the customer service and they said:”sorry sir but this product is not available we will try to find the same product with the same price maybe it will take weeks to find the same product ” and I decided to cancel the item, because most products of noon are not original so the product I wanted was trusted. But why do they put the items that are out of stock in the shopping categories. Issue 2: I have canceled the last product and received my money on noon wallet. So I brought 4 products with the price of the cancelled product. My order was placed on 5th April.the delivery day of the product was expected on 11th april. I called costumer service and asked about the order they said:”we may find difficulties to deliver 2 products because the products may be not available and if the product is not delivered on 11th April the management team will call you and find for you the best solution.this is the last time I order from noon . Very disappointed from noon team and management and delivery time.

Horrible customer service. They end the conversation while i was still talking. Always delayed in deliveries. Never accurate they never do anything to fix the issues. Never going to order from noon again. Amazon and all other website are accurate and honest amazon always deliver before before the due date. But with noon takes for ever to receive my order. Really sad to have such experience

Noon.ae is one of the worst customer service ever i never saw worst than there customer service.. will never deal with them. Amazon it way better than them

Even today on 6th April, my order has not been delivered and in order book it shows estimated delivery on 4th April. Its understood they face difficulties to deliver these days but as a customer expect to update the delivery time in website. Seems their logistics department has gone terribly wrong in judging their capacity. There are other sites which estimates delivery time properly and deliver on time. I have already made the payment and some courtesy is expected. NAEC30096524877 placed on 26th March

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a product on march 29th. My order ID is NAEC30043422173 and it suppose to come by 5th of april but i received no update. I contacted the customer service, they said they will update me after 2 days. If i don't get the product when i need it then what is the use of it. Thankfully there are other shopping apps and will make sure not to use this app again.

The worst online shopping service, Dont think they should be given even 1 star. If you cannot deliver items as per the mentioned delivery date you should either inform early or not accept new orders and first clear you backlogs. I have one more pending order if this is not delivered by the mentioned delivery date im completely going to stop ordering from noon in the future and will not recommend noon to anyone. I had to cancel an order because they exceeded the delivery date and gave no updates on when to expect it. Ordered the same on Amazon today and i have confirmed delivery for Monday Cancelled order - NAEC30091368234 Pending Order - NAEC30043152756

I had ordered a phone case last week on 26th March, a day before the expected delivery date (2nd april) i received a message mentioning about a delay, upon contacting customer reps through chat twice they confirmed it would deliver on time. On the date of delivery i receive a call saying that it will not be delivered when asked for when i would receive it i was told to give another 48hrs, i waited till today with no calls or messages I simply cancelled this order and took my refund. The most pathetic online shopping service, customers buy expecting items to be delivered on the mentioned date if you cannot deliver this by that date you should say this early or you should not accept new orders. I ordered the same case on Amazon today and my order will be delivered on Monday(confirmed) . I have another pending order for a phone to be delivered on Tuesday by noon. If i dont receive this on the mentioned date im completely going to stop purchasing anything from noon in future and will not recommend it to anyone to do so either Cancelled Order - NAEC30091368234 Pending Order - NAEC30043152756

Poor service and order was not delivered and noon rep emphasized to customer to cancel the order on the day of delivery. Order placed with amount paid on march 28th with delivery date 4th April . Highly un satisfied noon service...

Customer service is useless, if you want to follow up, you always have to call, even asked, they do no call back, they just keep delaying and lying. And it is continuing for 3 weeks. No one want more apologies and "please wait 48h" for 4th time in the row..

cheating in order items i had very bad experience ordered iphone 7 case supplied iphone 7plus case then after not changing with the actual what i order. In conclusion is that if they dont have stock / they will supply wrong product instead of completing the actual order they also made too much delay in delivering

Hello Noon, I had placed an order for a few items upwards of 250AED for which the estimated delivery date has already passed. I'm still unable to contact your customer service to understand the delay and to find out when exactly my items are going to be delivered. This happens to be the first time I've ordered on Noon and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. If you continue to remain unresponsive like this, I'll be forced to turn towards more reliable websites like Amazon from next time. On that note, please look into solving my issue. Order an item expected delivery 31st of March. The item was ready and stood in the warehouse till I emailed them to cancel my order since it was passed the deadline. The hit me with the "another 48h" like you'll read around here. The next day it started moving. However it still did not reach me. Later in the evening they wrote me an email saying I could not be found at my provided number, funny cause I was next to my phone the whole day and had no missed calls. I asked for proof of a reasonable attempt to contact me but of course they don't provide. The repeatedly ignored my request to cancel the order and kept asking for patience on my behalf. I ordered an Iphone on the 26th and was due to be delivered before the 31st of March. My order did not arrive. I have called them multiple times yet I am at square one with no answers. I have sent emails and received a useless reply. I have asked for a refund and been told it will take 30 days. Is this a joke or what? my phone is broken, I am home quarantined and stranded without being in contact with my friends and family but noon does not care because they only want your money, once the payment is taken they do not care about anything after that. Why should I have to chase this late delivery for days and yet no answer? I don't know if I will ever receive the phone or my refund. I am very disappointed and angry and I will never order from Noon again. EVER!!!

My Date of delivery was 29-Mar. Still i did not get my order delivered. Raised the complaint no use. Even shared my review here. They called me at night and expecting me to pick the call for the below review. And replied my review stating i did not attend the call. I am not able to reply here so creating new thread. I have shared all the details about the order. It looks like they simply wants to close the thread without solving.

the rise of fake items on noon is unbelievable, noon was always my first choice if im gonna buy something online, but not anymore, i even opened a dispute with noon customer service to report the seller and they told me they will ensure that the seller will not get away with this, guess what ? two months later and the seller is still selling the fake items, now noon became my last option and i need to think a lot before i order anything from them, i will never order anything from noon until they work on the fake items that flooding their website.

Guys the back end team is very bad. I placed an order on 21-Mar. Date of delivery was 29-Mar. it was a quite important order. So i was following on daily basis. Finally on 27th-Mar they raised a complaint at their end stating the item is out of stock. Till now i did not receive the product . Instead of fixing my problem they are playing with emails.. No clear update on my order yet. they are not ready to give the money back even. My big mistake to place Noon order. I advise my friends even not to use noon anymore. Until you are getting your order its fine. if you have any situation to contact their operation team thats all you will be more frustrated.

I think this is the last time I will ever place an order with Noon. I placed an express order and It has not arrived on the expected date, so I called to see what happened. They advised me that the delivery guy called me and I asked for a different date of delivery. I proved that no one called me. Their call center advised me that they will note my complaint and will solve my problem in 72 hours, which is longer that the expected delivery date. My problem is bigger that what I just explained, but I just wanted to show how unprofessional their delivery system is. Needless to say that I live in the same city as the products I purchased.
