Very bad experience from noon.com, i ordered mi band 4 Chinese version with nfc (model number- XMSH08HM_CV) from noon on sep 25 (Order id- NAEB90007965539). I got the wrong product, they send me the wrong model(i received XMSH07HM). I returned the item and wait for the refund. Then after refunding, i placed the next order of the same item (order id-NAEBA0076141458), after they send me the order confirmation message, i contacted noon customer care and said that last time i received wrong product and i said the excat model number i want. Then 2nd time the product didn't ship after the expected delivery date. Then i contact noon customer care and finally i got the product and again i got the wrong product for the second time. Then i returned the item and wait for the refund and after i get the refund, i ordered it for the third time (order id- NAEBA0007222952) then for the third time, i got the wrong product. Now they are asking me to return the item.

I bought a perfume for my mother off of this website as a present, she received a bottle with a label that's falling off, and paint that has melted off the bottle with a scent that resembles nothing of the original perfume. Problem is they refuse to exchange as it is a non refundable item. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SCAM

I have been a regularly buying in noon for a year now and my experience has been so far so good, I had problems with a couple of products that were received different than in the description, but I returned and received the refund, return process was extremely easy. I would recommend it.

Bought a new iPhone. Once received checked the serial number on Apple website. It says "this device has been replaced" 1. Noon sold a defective device saying it was new Called the customer service on 15 Oct 19, warranty and claims person Salaheldin, hangs up the phone. Called customer service again to request a call back. Then shared all information as requested, receive an email next day warranty claim closed. Called customer service again, then warranty and claims person Salaheldin calls me again requesting all the information again. So I shared it again this morning. Now some other department will call me to see what happened. And they have a 24 hour response to reach back to the customer and 21 days to attend the issue. Bought this as a gift for my sister. So put down with their service. Staying clear of noon.com

Terrible experience. Worst e-commerce platform ever used. Ordered an Cast iron tawa and received an cast aluminum . However, didn’t record a complaint since this could be due to any human Error, I placed an return request and they collected. Whereas, I received a call next day from noon saying the required item is available and sales team requested to place order again. noon again delivered same wrong item / same piece. I raised a complaint again and they called once which I couldn’t pick. But that is it. No more follow up from noon. I wish to totally unsubscribe from this online shop.

I purchase few days back for QCY TWS BT5.0 Wireless Earphones With Dual Mircophone White 10 meter. The item was perfectly fine, but only to find out the charger is not working properly, i wanted the same product but they told they don't have the exchange item policy. They told only two options refund and credit in noon account. so I choose the credit so I can use it for future purchases but its really frustrating because they told item will be pickup only within 24-48 hrs and another 24-48 hrs will take to check the item and only after 4 business days it will be credited. and up to now no update from them. It is very disappointing and frustrating, its not my fault either that the product is not working. So i need to wait to fix this and to be able to purchase again.

Really terrible experience. I have placed order for Samsing smart tv with the delivery promise for next day but they have not delivered the TV. When i contacted them for the status they said they have TV available in the warehouse and due to high order volume they are unable to deliver the items on time. They registered my complaint and said it will be replied within 48 hours, meane next day delivery delayed and they again asked for another 48 hours to respond...means more delay. I am so upset, hence i cancelled my order and will never purchase anything from noon.com. very bad experience

They are always late with their shipments and also they keep canceling a lot of orders from their side,they have no ability to remove from their website what they don’t have available and on top of that after waiting more than two weeks for a perfume that i paid online around 800 dhs they cancel it and decided to give me credit from their side instead returning my money back to my account as i asked!! the worst ever,for sure u can expect from amazon 5 times better than them!

UPDATE my previous two reviews of "AVOID AT ALL COST" stands corrected, noon customer service actually called me immediately after my second review, and they were very courteous and apologetic, they went the extra 10 miles actually to rectify the matter, and i actually got the order immediately the following day with some complimentary perks. Thank you ahmed from noon customer service, you have really restored my faith back in this company. all i hope is that such an experience would be generalised across all noon customers for an excellent customer experience, and not to wait till something wrong happens. good luck noon, and keep it up

This company doesn't have commitment from anything written in their website! express?? next day delivery?? Good Luck! i have ordered twice in this company, getting express delivery but the delivery is always late. now, again i am waiting for the delivery of the item. I ordered one 43 inch 4k Samsung led TV and wait! it written there that it is sold by noon itself, therefore it should be more easy for them to deliver it on time, sadly! that is not the case.. i paid it via my card and I really regret it! This is the last time i will order in this platform. very bad service.

this is unbelievable, there is something seriously crooked about this company. I am the one who posted the review below stating "AVOID AT ALL COST" in exactly 2 mins after submitting my review i get an automated reply: "we are extremely sorry about the shopping experience you've had with us. We assure you that this isn't the experience we intend to provide. ...." this is how bad this company is, that they have made an automated apologetic reply in anticipation more frustrated customers, they had so many that a human couldn't keep up typing apologies. it gets worse, they actually revealed my name in their reply although i have set my option to anonymous, which is a major violation of my privacy. add to it that they are LYING in their replies as well : "it was nice getting in touch with you to understand your concerns in detail and rectify them to ensure an exceptional customer experience." NO BODY talked to me or got in touch with me or resolved anything, they just want to give the impression to this site readers that they are concerned about the customer and they have resolved all the issues, this is a LIE

UPDATE: I got my order immediately delivered next day at 23:00! I received also a phone call from customer service for follow up. Therefore; I change my review from 1* to 5* Previous complaint: "I have paid 3500 AED for an electronic item and realized that it will be delivered in 7 days. Well done boys; a local order in a small country takes 7 days whereas a similar order (even from china) possibly come earlier."

AVOID AT ALL COST its not worth the saving of a few dirhams, go for Amazon. Their delivery is unreliable, and their customer service knows nothing and can help with nothing. i ordered an item on 5th of October, delivery was due 10th of October. i sent them an e-mail telling them schedule the delivery to 12thf of October due to travel. they confirmed, and surprisingly i get a call on 8th of October asking if am at home as the driver is going to deliver, told him i already scheduled it to 12th of October. 12th of october comes, and nothing, i keep calling their customer service, and nothing,they actaully stated that they tried to deliver 5 times and failed, told them thats blunt day light lie. They just said expect delivery between 10am and 4 pm, told them give me at least a 1 hour notice so i can be home for delivery they said the driver will surely do so, i call again at 2 pm, then at 3 pm, and still nothing. at 5 pm i get a call asking me if am at home, what the hell, i tell the driver schedule it for night delivery then, he said no we dont work after 6 pm, another lie. rescheduled to 13th of october night delivery, and again nothing, thank god i have set it to cash on delivery, else i would have lost my money. once you place the order you are at the mercy of their delivery team. AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COST

Worst service and worst company eveeeeer. They the worst customer service. I spoke with agent and he wasnt aware of anything. And the second time i spoke with another agent which has a verrrrrry baaaaad attitude and spoke as i was asking him for a favor. As a company they dont give you any update about your order and they neglect to mention anything. I didnt get my order till now. Never shop from Noon again....

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NOON WORST COMPANY IN THE UNIVERSE. I ordered on 06th of September which is due to arrive on 10th September . They called on 13th September and said due to out of stocks it cannot be delivered so they will cancel the order have never seen such a useless company and their support.They firmly believe in apologising and not in solving the issue.Never ever order anything from noon.

I have paid 3500 AED for an electronic item and realized that it will be delivered in 7 days. Well done boys; a local order in a small country takes 7 days whereas a similar order (even from china) possibly come earlier.
