Terrible company. If you got fraud on your profile or identify theft they will leave you alone . Plus hurt your credit . Don’t give up go to the police keep dispute and sue them . There is many layers today would love sue them for wrong info they will pay a lot arrogant company!! Stay away

I had a bad experience with Nordstrom. Nordstrom sold me an open and used product by 92$ .. I trust them because they the only one who sold Shiseido foundation and I can buy it with easy way. They did not want to compensate me or return my money back, becomes I shipped it internationally. Bad customer service unfortunately!

Horrible customer service. Kept on hold over 2 and a half hours. Paid my bill and couldn't use my card.

Return lost using prepaid return labels, trying to get some one from Nordstrom customer service have been on hold for one and a half hours and counting still trying to reach someone. Nordstrom is too expensive not to get your return credited because it was lost using their label and tracking number.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and never got $211.90 back for the two pairs of shoes then sent to other pairs back there's no record of one of them, but there is one that they sent me that they received. I think they're doing this deliberately to rip off people because they are not doing well, that's my take on it Even sent Blake Nordstrom an email, no acknowledgement from him or his staff

1) the most UNuserfriendly app online account and website layout. 2) the hardest payment processing system I've encountered 3) most uncomfortable clothing bad machine jobs from China end up at their stores. Customer Service is a term they NEVER understand

This to me is the worst customer service you can get from any store. Free delivery: Yet constantly receiving very expensive fragile makeup DAMAGED. NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT 15 TIMES. THIS IS A STORE THAT IS A FAKE STORE THEY APOLOGIZE AND DON'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS NEIMAN MARCUS, BLOOMINGDALES, SAKS.COM OR BERGDORF GOODMAN. WHEN I ORDER CHANEL I WILL ORDER DIRECTLY FROM CHANEL IT IS THE SAME PRICE BUT COMES IN PERFECT CONDITION AND A BEAUTIFUL BOX AND TOTALLY PROTECTED. IF I ORDER ANY MAKEUP FROM NOW ON IT WON'T COME FROM THE DISGUSTING NORDSTROM! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN OVER 15 TIMES!

I ordered Lancome Eyeshadow Primer. What I received was some sort of shampoo that wasn't even made by Lancome. I tried to contact customer service, but the wait was too long. I commented on Customer Feedback, included my email, waiting to hear from Nordstrom. I never received a response.

Nordstrom is not what it used to be, stay FAR away. The final straw was that a package was delivered to me with 3 out of 4 items accounted for, the other one was 100% not in the package. I contacted them, and they said they would open an "investigation". Of course, they did their "research" and are unable to provide a refund OR replacement. Look up other reviews - people say the same exact thing about them shutting any "investigations" down right away without a refund/replacement. They are essentially profiting by taking your money and not sending items. Additionally, be very careful using their return label. Something can say delivered back to them, and they will still not provide a refund if they don't have record of it being processed and of course, this is after their "research".

I purchased online from your official website 12/13/2019 Jimmy Choo rain boots, Edite Rain boot , item #564122. 02 /26/20 it was raining, I put them on my feet and went from home to a car dealership, in total for about an hour I wore them. I came home and saw on my two legs on the ankles were wounds from these rain boots. I treated my feet with an antiseptic and iodine. I thought that in a few days everything will be good but my right leg was swollen, a deep wound was appeared. I can’t step on my leg, I can’t walk and I can’t work. I went to the hospital, and they told me that I need to go to the emergency room. The doctor looked at my leg and said that it has a serious infection, due to the fact that the shoes material is very stiff and my legs were worn out. These rain boots injured my ankles and because of that I have an infected wound. Doctors diagnosed Cellulitis is a common, potentially serious bacterial skin infection. The affected skin appears swollen and red and is typically painful and warm to the touch. They prescribed me strong antibiotics, they said if it doesn’t go away within two more days, then I have to come to the hospital again. This diagnosis is because of your shoes which I purchased from you. The shoes are very very stiff and rub my ankles very hard when worn. I have all the supporting documents that will confirm my serious injury. Now I can’t walk, which is why I canceled all my scheduled meetings. These shoes brought harm to my health, now it’s not clear what will happen to my leg. Why does Nordstrom sell shoes that cripple people? And I got a serious injury and infection? Why Nordstrom doesn’t mention on the website about these boots’ Stiff material??? Why Nordstrom doesn’t say on the website that these boots have very rough stitches? Why I have to endure so much pain and material costs because of the shoes that I bought and thought that they are beautiful and good, as a brand with a worldwide reputation? Why I have to cancel business meetings because I have to deal with these injuries that were caused by these rain boots? It's all wrong! It shouldn’t have happened in the first place! I can send all documents confirming these circumstances with evidence and a photo to you.

The reason why Nordstom delivery service has gone down is because they are using OnTrac. They are the worst delivery service ever. It really makes me not want to make purchases because of the stress it causes to wait for an order. It literally makes me have anxiety. If you look up ontrac reviews, most are bad..... really bad. It defeats the purpose if I am considering picking up from now on. Any retailer that decides to use them makes me not want to purchase for delivery. Ugh, thank goodness I have no more orders to worry about.

The customer service for Nordstrom has gone way down over the past 12 months.  I've had 2 incidents happen that have been so frustrating. 1.  I purchased an item.  The item showed delivered, I could not find it.  I contacted customer service.  The replied with an email saying "we've done research and will not be refunding your item".  A few days later, a neighbor brought over the package and stated the delivery was made to the wrong address.  I let Nordstrom know and they said, "sorry".  Proving this was not my fault. 2.  I have returned items via mail using their return label.  More than 10 had never been credited.  I had saved all the tracking information so was credited for all except 1 that I couldn't find.  I asked them to do research and reiterated that I used THEIR return label and got their "dear john" letter stating sorry we did research and we're not refunding you.  Even though the other returns that I proved were returned were credited, they won't take my word that I returned the item or do their own research in the system to see the tracking information.  It doesn't make any sense.  Why send a return label for a customer and not keep the data on file.   I use to shop at Nordstrom because of their amazing customer service.  Unfortunately it's clear they do not value their customers like they use to and I am sick of being treated like a number when I'm spending my hard earned money at such a high end store.   I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.  Please make sure to take pictures of all your return labels and get receipts at USPS so you don't have the same return issue.

Would never recommend purchasing online. You may get another message that your credit card was refunded after you get a confirmation that you will receive the item or items purchased. Unethical and terrible business practice. Something unexpected from a company I thought had integrity. I was completely wrong. Do yourself a favor and refrain from doing online business from this company.

Ordered 5 different pieces over the holidays. 1 piece was wrong. I called the call center and the manager assured that he will send out a return label. 1 month went by NO label. I called back and ask for an return label again. 1 months from that still no label. I called this evening and ask for an label and ask if it shows that I requested one anywhere on the screen the guy said yes last week. Well that was wrong but I been waiting this long so I didn't say anything. So then I ask if I were out of the grace period of returning an item (I guess this was the wrong question to ask), the call center guy flipped out on me. Wow I am lost for words and I now know not to call Nordstrom's call center EVER again if questions can't be ask with a positive response from the company workers.

I ordered a jacket to wear during holidays. It arrived with a large blood stain on the front. I returned it and they said the jacket in my size was out of stock. It took over a month to get a refund. When I called to ask about my refund the jacket was back in stock so I reordered it. I was so happy and when it arrived it was the wrong size. I called Nordstrom and they sent me a new jacket but it got sent to billing address instead of shipping even though I verbally gave them the shipping address which hadn't changed from the first order. When I called for them to fix it they said they are unable to fix because the warehouse sent it. So they gracious enough to send another jacket. After learning from my experience I asked to double check item number, size and address and they had ordered the wrong size again, but I was able to catch it before it got processed. The new representative said they couldn't get it to me in 2 day delivery like the 3 previous jackets and it would have to be standard ground delivery which makes no sense. Maybe I'll get this one in time for next Christmas. The service representatives were friendly and I could tell they were eager to help, but I'm wondering whats wrong with the system? They need to be trained to confirm order before sending, double check addresses and have a way for them to track and update addresses with UPS or to be able to communicate that with their warehouse and suppliers.

I am sick of Nordstrom screwing up delivery times. I ordered two lipsticks online on Saturday for overnight delivery. I first got an e-mail notification that I'm to receive it on Tuesday. That's fine. In looking online today (Sunday), I'm seeing that it is to be delivered next Friday, January 17. The order is for a gift that I need to give to the recipient on Thursday. It is not acceptable. This has happened to me a few times before. I don't know what happens where Nordstrom ignores delivery time. Plus, I paid $20.00 additional for shipment. I immediately called customer service. Got a stupid foreigner who I could hardly understand. She is to re-send the order. I then have to send back the later delivery which is a big inconvenience to me because I am housebound. I am sick to death of their incompetence.

I used to be a HUGE fan of Nordstrom. Not any more. I’ve been shopping there both in-store and on-line for almost 20 years. They were always professional and lovely to deal with. I can’t say that anymore. Their on-line orders take way too long to arrive even during Christmas which should be a high priority. Their merchandise is not nearly as nice as it used to be which is another huge problem. I’m going to cancel my Nordstrom card ASAP.

Their shipping is the worst! They use a company called OnTrak. My delivery date keeps changing. Eleven days now. Seriously? I won't buy from Nordstrom anymore. You can get almost everything from Macys, who has excellent delivery service.
