Made to pay £20 to return a falsely advertised product I’m feeling very frustrated that I have to pay £20 to return a pram that was falsely advertised. On the website, it states the pram is tested beyond standard weight. On Joie’s website, it says the pram is suitable for up to 22kg. The pram is no bigger than the original pram I have had since my now 2 year old was born. Since the average child doesn’t reach 22kg until the age of 7, I was expecting a bigger pram. My toddler is small for her age yet would outgrow this pram in not long at all. Online4baby insisted that I would have to pay to return the item.

Really poor customer service. Purchased a pushchair which turned out to be faulty, got told out of 6 months so can't help you. Initially I was blamed for accidental damage, they don't want to help. Never buying from them again.

Do not buy from this company they take your money, do not deliver and then blame the couriers!!! Disgusting service.

Horrendous. Avoid. Just the worst customer service. They do not respond to emails and you cannot get through on any phone lines. I've been trying to get a response since the 22nd of July - it's now the 15th September. I've now resorted to completing a small claim through the court service.

Do not purchase from this company. I’ve given them one star because there’s not an option to give 0 stars. I purchased a Moses basket and stand from online4baby and the quality and appearance of the product is absolutely appalling. The basket looks grubby, dingy and cheaply made. The material and stitching is shocking. The wicker was broken/snapped in places and protruding out which can easily cause injury to a new born. Online4baby advised this was normal and their standard! The inner padding was also protruding out of the poor stitching/material. It’s not fit for a dog to sleep in let along a baby. The basket was clearly made on the cheap. Online4Baby accept no liability for their poor quality products and expect customers to return poor quality goods to them at a cost to the customer, and will not budge on this even when images of the basket were supplied to them. I was simply advised that there was nothing wrong with the basket and that was their standard. I wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering from this company, I deeply regret using them. It took months to receive the basket and now I’ve got to purchase a second basket with little time to spare (with me out of pocket) before my baby is due. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I would suggest using another company to avoid yourself stress. The only positive reviews are for those whose items arrived undamaged. If your items arrives damaged it will take weeks or even months to resolve with no concern from customer service.

Avoid, avoid, avoid what an absolute terrible company. I ordered a nursery furniture set which, they sent the incorrect colour dresser. I contacted them the same day it took them 10 days to email back saying I needed to send it back even though it was there fault. After a further 5 days I finally found a number and contacted them they said I need to find a box big enough for the dresser in the pandemic. After another 10 days when I managed to source a box big enough I was then told I had to wait in between 8amand 6pm for them to pick the dresser up and they would not exchange the same time. So I waited they collected then when it was scanned in at there warehouse I was told I had to wait 48 hours for it to be unloaded by there warehouse. Again another 7 days passed and finally they called to say they were awaiting stock of the correct colour. Once it was in stock I again had to wait in all day and finally it was resolved after about 5 weeks. Please bare in mind I am heavily pregnant the customer service and customer service manager were no help at all. The worst company I have ever dealt with no compassion no apology even though it was there fault. Do not put yourself through the stress and avoid. Awful company and awful staff

When ordering they didn't say there would be a 3 month delivery. They wouldn't respond to my emails and gave me no avenue to pursue a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered Little Acorns 6 piece nursery furniture set; A cot bedding set and Next to me Crib fitted sheets on 19 May, we are still awaiting Delivery on 19 August 3 months later!! Customer services do not exist. The telephone number stated continually rings out then cuts you off. If you email them you receive a generic response saying they are BUSY because of Covid. I have requested a refund to go buy the items elsewhere and I still have not received a response. I am now in the process of claiming my money back using Paypal But it could take up to 1 month. My baby is due in 2 weeks. Unnecessary stress and worry :( costs totalling almost £700 in products and have received nothing! Be warned Online 4 baby are still sending out emails advertising the above listed products as ON SALE and AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY. Total scam!

We bought a cot and a mattress, but we couldn't use them because the mattress is much smaller (4 cm in width and 2 cm in height) that what stated in the certificate, leaving a big gap with the sides of the cot. We also sent them some pictures to describe the issue but after almost 1 month of email reminders and no telephone number to call, they told me that they only produce 2 types of mattress, so what I received is the correct one and if I wanted to return it anyway, I could do it only if in the original packaging, which was not the case anymore. As a consequence, I now have to buy a new mattress at my expense.

Horrendous lack of customer support. Cannot speak to anyone - response time to emails shocking if you get one. Still waiting for a refund of £235 since 22nd July. Avoid this company unless you wish to go through torture. Taking my claim legal now as i have had enough.

Its a really painful experience with the non existent customer service. Have been waiting for my Cot which was supposed to be next day delivery , 10 days now , still waiting. Got a reply after 72 hours of waiting to communicate via email; response was ' we are so sorry cot will be delivered this day with delivery details to follow shortly ' . That was 4 days ago ,still nothing . Sent another email but means no response for next 4-5 days . I should have bought else but can't afford to buy another one now . For pregnant ladies please save yourself the heartache and buy elsewhere!

All well and good till something goes wrong with the product they sent. Broke within a matter of days and 4 months later still fighting to get either a refund or replacement sent. Absolutely appalling customer service and a warranty that doesn't get honoured so isn't worth anything.

Hi, Very poor customer service bought couple of times thing from this seller but unfortunately both times I had great disappointment not ready to solve my problem email them many times but get a response after a week which is useless means not willing to solve customer issue or problem faulty item delivered waisted my money for useless item my baby has grown but the item is still thier not arranging a return to refund money back I don't who to complain very rigid attitude has no respect of customer feelings I highly recommend don't buy anything from them as yuo may face of disappointment. Also no phone contact that means you have to wait for ages them to contact you as and when they like to contact you even if they contact they shall try delaying the matter as much as possible for no reason. I used online4baby to order an entire travel system for my baby. They used DPD to deliver it and it was delivered to a closed door that I don't recognise, with no note and wasn't signed for. DPD confirmed to me that the driver was at the incorrect GPS location and that they have 'resolved the case with the seller'. Online4baby won't reply to any emails, and do not have a working contact telephone number. They have clearly received my payment for the travel system, AND DPD's refund and are pocketing this without refunding me. DO NOT use this website, they do not care about customer service and are obviously money hungry. I am down £100s and can't do anything about it.

I placed an order on 14 May, they collected payment but then emailed me to say there would be a delay and I would get my order on 8 July. It’s now 24 July and no order and no contact from the company. I’ve emailed twice and just get a standard response blaming Covid. I have no idea when or if I will ever get my goods. They say they have a phone contact but there’s no number anywhere that I can find.
