The worst service you can imagine! Booking with Opodo is waisting time and money! I am fighting over and over to get my refund back for a mistake Opodo did while booking my ticket and because of that, I couldn't fly back home. Unbelievable.

So be very careful when booking flights if it comes up opodo This case was Ryan Air now For some separate reason my flight Was 50 each for two I have just woke to" my phone on Christmas day" taking 70 pound Just like that so now I have to chase this and have the headache again I just wouldn't fly Ryan Air has already had issues on the way and on the way back costing more money Happy Christmas just been robbed

Don't book with these guys. The purpose of an intermediary is to improve the customer experience. Opdo has made my experience several times worse. And the "Prime" moniker? Prime mug! I had a flight cancelled last Friday. After receiving a text and email from Lufthansa notifying me of the cancellation 3 hours before I was due to leave, I immediately called Opodo. Opodo explained that their system stated that the flight hadn't been cancelled and offered to book me on to the flight. THey were unable to (because it had been cancelled) and suggested I call the airline. After continuously getting an engaged tone with the UK's Lufhansa office, I called the head office in Germany - I was 75th in the queue. I then called the Irish office, who confirmed that the flight had been cancelled. After 2 separate calls Lufthansa (in Ireland) was able to check me out of the flight and offered me an alternative leaving 2 days later. I explained that this represented nealy 50% of the holiday and wasn't acceptable. Lufhansa referred me back to opodo - who once again tolds me that the flight wasn't cancelled. I invited Opodo to book me (and my wife and 4 children on to the flight). They couldn't because - guess what - it was cancelled! I asked them to provide me with a refund and they said that they would investigate and get back to me by email. I got an email 24 hours later explaining that I was ineligible for a refund because the flight went ahead as scheduled. Triple checking, I logged on to the Lufthansa website to confirm, once again that the flight had been cancelled. I have spent the last week trying to get a refund. Opdo is still insisting that the flight went ahead as schedukled despite providing a screenshot from the Lufthansa website with a big cancelled banner against the flight - together with the email that Lufthansa sent. The thing is that Lufthansa were awful. But Opdo has made the experience considerably more stressful. I will never book with Opodo again!

Opodo and edreams,They are a bunch of scoundrels, I have been trying to get my money back since December 2021, a refund that never comes, calling them on the phone and waiting for hours is useless, they are well-structured thieves to keep people's money. shame of company, scammer. Groups of people around Facebook, Instagram, twitter with the same complains and this company just don't give the money back. We have to stop using them

In short: the money was refunded by the airline but Opodo is blaming the airline (and lying to costumers) that it's because of Wizzair they cannot transfer the money back. More details below: I booked two return tickets to a Wizzair flight through Opodo. The flight was cancelled and Opodo informed me: "The airline has cancelled your flight. As your travel agent we have requested a cash refund on your behalf." I said, that's a shame to have the flights cancelled but at least I will get my money back... Little did I know! This happened in July 2021..and the money is still not in! Of course, I spoke with their call center immediately after the cancelling about the refund and several times after (even sent an e-mail with all the details as they requested) and I was assured that the money will be transferred as "We are in phase "request pending airline authorisation", and it usually takes 3-6 months to get the airline/ Wizzair approval." I checked with Wizzair and they confirmed the money have been transferred to Opodo on 30 September, 2021 (!!), and in fact Opodo has requested Wizz credits and not cash. ;) So..the money was refunded by the airline but Opodo is blaming the airline (and lying to costumers) that it's because of Wizzair they cannot transfer the money. The next step would be hire a lawyer as it's also about the money - 600 EUR, but also the ethics. P.S. Booking reference is 7340449217 in case anybody from Opodo is actually reading this. ;)

DON'T USE THIS SH@#TY SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! You will book tickets. You will then try check in to your flight WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS! You will then try contacting "opodo" WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS! You will get stressed. You might get hold of an actual person after communicating with a chat robot after a few threats. They will tell u the flight has been cancelled. You will contact the airline directly and they will have no idea wgat you are on about. You will then have to book new tickets last minute at additional cost. You will be offered a refund. You won't receive anything or any further correspondence from "opodo" even though they said 3/7 working days. You will then chat with your favourite chat robot for a few more hours. You will be told a number of lies. Like they need to wait 30 days to contact airline. You will not hear anything from them until after the 30 days you contact them again. You will be sent fake sincere emails of apologies with a number of excuses. Like you are not eligible for a refund as the airline cancelled. Or you flew on the flight according to there systems. You will think u are smoking crack. Because you sure as he'll did not fly. You will then give up with the lies and contact your bank to request a refund for services not received. Your bank will temporarily refund the money . 2/3 months later your bank will notify you that the "opodo" SCUMBAG SCAMMERS have requested their payment. You will be waisting loads of time and effort and you will be unnecessarily stressed for your efforts. DO NOT USE "OPODO "!!!!! THATS WHERE IM AT. WHERE ARE YOU AT? SOUND FAMILIAR?

Opodo is a trash. We booked a national flight in Peru, opodo sent us the tickets, but in Peru nobody has known the airline, because it does not exist. The chat robot is an idiot, it is imposible to get any answer.

please send to opodo/edreams they are really scammers thieves liars they are not a legal company please never never be scammed by opodo it is NOT a real company it is a scam PLEASE BE WARNED AND GET IT OUT THERE IT IS A SCAM AND I MEAN A SCAM INFORM AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN ABOUT THIS SCAM

If I could give no stars I would. They are a bunch of thieves. My husband booked a ticket with them & immediately realized the mistake he made after receiving a confirmation from them. He called them to make changes to the ticket in less than 5 minutes of making the reservation and was told that it would cost more to make the changes and was advised to cancel the ticket and make a new reservation. We agreed as we needed the tickets ASAP. However, after agreeing to this, the agent stated that we would not receive the full amount we paid for our ticket. He stated that due to upgrade/additional services such as paying for our bags in advance with the airline would not be reimbursed. I wasn’t happy and confused as to why not the entire amount would be reimbursed from the airline if the ticket and everything was cancelled? I also wanted to know why we would not get a full refund when the ticket was literally just purchased moments ago and the so called upgrade was with the airline. From my understanding all would be reimbursed if the airline cancelled the ticket within the same day of booking. Anyway, we just wanted to book tickets for the correct date immediately. Seeing how I thought opodo was a bit shady and it was my first time booking with them, I didn’t feel comfortable booking twice with them. So I went to my trusty booking app Priceline instead. The agent said we would receive the info immediately with our cancellation via email. It took 10 days before I contacted our credit card company reporting them as to not receiving any communication nor our money from the cancellation. Well, low and behold after the complaint we received an email stating that the cancellation was processing. We were informed we would get our refund within 14 days. It’s has been 5 months and back and forth with opodo and we still have not received a penny from our 940 €. When I checked they were asking for Swift code and IBAN at one point saying they going to refund us but we never use a bank account and their website stated that the refund would be processed the same way. Nothing but liars. Just now I checked again and they said we were refunded? Yes we were refunded with emptiness…THEY LIED THAT WE WERE REFUNDED. THEY COLLECTED THE MONEY FROM THE AIRLINE AND WE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FROM THEM AND THEY LIED THE ENTIRE PROCESS! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY. Same as many other dissatisfied reviewers, airline cancelled outbound flight, Opodo did nothing to re-book whilst continually telling us the flight was going ahead and consequently we were unable to travel - offered us £400 refund on our £1000+ payment, then reduced offer to £200. Tried charging back and they told Lloyds lots of lies which they believed and we have now lost £1000 and went nowhere. This company is full of liars and scammers who don't care what they do as they are not based in the UK and you cannot rely on your bank to help. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a flight for my partner, in HIS name. AFTER paying I received the confirmation email with MY name as passenger. The Opodo website AUTOMATICALLY SUBSTITUTED my name for his. Because I used my account to buy the ticket. With Ryanair, I can use my account to buy tickets for my kids etc - but Opodo refuse to refund this flight.

This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had. I went to the airport and turn up to find out, you cancelled my partners ticket to Australia this morning of our trip which prevented me from taking my flight as well. I have never contacted a company so much in my life and never been given an answer or action taken. These has been an absolute horror story and WE WANT OUR REFUND FOR THE FULL TRIP. Until further action is taken I will carry on slading this company to everyone I know, writing bad reviews and calling your company everyday. Anyone thinking of booking with Opodo please don’t they are a scam company cancelling flights and pretending not to be able to fix what they have done!!!! If Opodo reads this contact me ASAP.

Without my request, they added me to their prime service. I canceled as soon as I saw the first charge, a month after joining. I did not ask for this service, I did not use it, and I did not intend to use it. They fraudulently obtained my credit information when I ordered a flight ticket. Stay away from this company.

I booked a hotel and flights via this Company. Due to their complete reluctance to find a solution to a simple query I had, I have been forced to cancel my travel plans and have lost money on both flights, totalling £235. The travel insurance I booked via this Company is also a complete waste of money, another £27 completely wasted. Do not book via this Company!!

Be very wary of ever dealing with these individuals. I’m sure they operate just inside what’s allowable but they seem to sail very close to the wind. I booked some flights and declined their offer of a £59.99 subscription. Despite this they still tried to take the money a month later. Luckily my bank were suspicious and informed me. It’s been inconvenient as my card was stopped while it was sorted. Big thumbs up for Santander but massive thumbs down for Opodo
