Pentru cei car vor sa cumpere bilete de avion de pe Opodo,aveti grija ca dupa ce cumparati biletele vi se activeaza 30 zile free Triel Opodo Prime iar dupa acele 30 de zile ti se va retrage din cont automat 460 lei daca nu ii sunati sau dezactivati din aplicatie sau site.Aveti grija.Nu va dau optiunea dea a va da banii inapoi

Do not use this company you have to open an account with them to make a booking, then it is impossible to cancel that account and they take money from your bank account. they are money grabbing scammers

OPODO IS THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM ONLINE OR OTHERWISE !! AVOID OPODO TRAVEL AGENCY AT ALL COST!! THEY WILL STORE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT RANDOMLY FOR NO REASONS!! PLEASE BE WARNED!!

I am traveling from Europe to Rio de Janeiro and because the trip was operated by 2 different airlines I decided to use Opodo as travel agent. My first flight has been canceled by the airline and the nightmare begins. I accepted the alternative offered by Opodo and did not get confirmation for 10 days. I spent hours on the phone with very polite, but totally useless people. Every time they promised 24 to 48 hours again and again. Finally, 5 days before the flight I contacted directly the airline operating the canceled flight. It turns that the alternative Opodo offered me never existed. I got confirmation from the airline for new flight very inconvenient for me, but I had no other options. Currently I have confirmation from the airline, but Opodo still doesn't send confirmation and claims that my request still pending. Never, ever will use their service again. And strongly recommend to avoid Opodo

DON’T USE OPODO!!!!! Really bad customer service and we don’t do the prime and they force you to join. And we book the flight and hotel and they will automatically charge you the prime fee and do not have email to let you know you will become prime. Please don’t use Opodo!!!!!!! So angry to using this apps

Absolutely terrible experience with Opodo. Said part of my return flight was not confirmed and to book again and PAY again ! Said would refund but never did and the communication is non existent and very unhelpful. Eventually confirmed the flight we had already paid for direct with the airline, so why advise it was not completed and to book again. Are they at it ???? A very traumatic, upsetting and extremely stressful experience using this so called company. Never, ever again !!!

Very bad experience with opodo,they are saying you have 30 days free prime membership but this is not true.They deducted 89.99£ from my account without any consent before 30 days free membership.I call them and they said can’t give me the money back because is not refundable.

I am beyond furious with the disgraceful service provided by Opodo. They refused to change the date on our ticket from Panama to Paris, despite the situation being completely out of our control. Our connecting flight from Jamaica was cancelled by Copa because all airports in Jamaica were closed due to the devastating Hurricane Beryl, which as been tearing through the Caribbean and causing widespread destruction. First, we paid almost £2000 for our original tickets.and bought insurance to safeguard ourselves.When our flight was cancelled due to hurricane, we were forced to pay an additional £340 to change the date. This was already an outrageous charge giving the circumstances, But Opodo’s greed didn’t stop there-they called moments later to demand an additional £110, or they wouldn’t change the date at all. This is nothing short of extortionate and utterly inhuman. Hurricane Beryl has left countless travellers stranded with close airports and cancelled flights across the Caribbean. Instead of showing even a shared of empathy or understanding, OPODO saw this disaster as an opportunity to squeeze more money out of us. Their complete disregard for the crisis and for their customers dire situations is appalling. We were supposed to leave Jamaica on the 3rd of July to catch Air France flight on the 4th of July and arrive in Paris. Now we have a limited 13-days visa, we are facing an incredibly stressful and uncertain situation. Opodo’s inflexibility and shameless profiteering have only add to the nightmare. I strongly urge everyone to avoid OPODO at all cost. Their service is not just poor-it’s predatory. They exploit their customers in time of crisis, showing a total lack of compassion and fairness. This experience has been a living hell,

Opodo is a scam! One of my flights was cancelled and they did nothing to offer an alternative flight. I had to rebook with my own money. When i contacted the airline, the said they will refund me as it was their fault the flight was cancelled. The airline said the refunded Opodo the money for my flight and Opodo refuses to refund me saying some excuse that the costs to reimburse me is greater than the flight??? what the heck?? DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They also charged me a premium fee and deducted 64, 99 pound from my account without my consent!

I paid the tickets, then I received message that they cannot confirm, but the money was paid already. So I had to purschse directly from the Aircompany the tickets, pay them again!! There has been 2 weeks and I have not got back my money! OPODO is using my money withought paying me any interest! God knows from how many people they charged and use their money. Probably banks are not giving them loand so theu use private people found and tell stories that refund takes 5-7 days!! OPODO is A SCAAAAMM!

OPODO IS A SCAM IN MY OPINION OPODO IS A SCAM IN MY OPINION!!! you might think that you're getting a cheap flight, but they will automatically sign you up for an OPODO Prime subscription that will cost you £69.99 per year. And be careful, because its on an auto-renew, so unless you cancel OPODO Prime, you'll be billed again next year. Even cancelling the subscription is difficult Date of experience: 12 April 2024

My flight was cancelled 5 hours before the flight by Wizz air , opado who booked the flight for me not only did nothing to find an alternative flight , but did not accept any responsibility to resolve the issue and was just referring me to contact airlines , the 2nd flight to return had to be cancelled and Opodo again just informed me it was non-refundable and did not help at all it’s a terrible travel agent who does not feel any responsibility towards customers once they receive the payment

FRAUDULENT COMPANY… I signed up for the free trial through the app, and booked a holiday, which then they sent two confirmation emails confirming the start of the free trial and that i wont get charged before 30 days unless i cancel, and that the cost of the prime membership was £0… Then the next day i was surprised to see £89.99 charge on my bank account, so i called them up and they refused to acknowledge the fact that it was a mistake… They refusing to give me my money back…. They tell you that opodo does checks and found repeat free trial which is not true… they keep blaming you for not reading “terms & conditions”… They do their checks after you have booked your holiday and spent £1000s, and then tell you we cantered refund if we complain…. I have been waiting for a customer service manager to contact me after i raised an escalation and was promised a call within 72hrs… SCAMMERS Full-on entrapment tactics to charge you more money….

Our flight was late and our carhire was cancelled. We paid in full up front. Opodo is acting fraudulently by taking payment without providing the service. They are refusing to refund and the customer service is very aggressive. Avoid this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Cancelled subscription 3 months prior to renewal by phone. Customer service kept informing us of all the benefits. After 60 minutes on the phone, insisting we wanted to cancel. They agreed. Also cancelled subscription via their website. In June they took a renewal payment (even though cancelled subscription!) Have now spent over 5 hours (over the course of 6 phone calls) attempting to get a refund and been told every time to wait 72 hours and I should receive refund. Nothing received! Worst customer service, terrible customer care, highly advise anyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!

Opodo is saving card details and putting in subscription themself. I was so shocked that they put on subscription. I called and cancelled but still doubt they might take money from the account. Ridiculous customer service , no flexibility options, service agent with poor communication and understanding skills explaining bla bla but literally doing nothing. Big scammers They should be banned from UK . Airlines should stop giving them access to sell tickets

I have been waiting for a refund for 10 months now. NOTHING from Opodo. Same story on their chat support...they keep passing me from one to another agent saying wait 72 hours... for almost 10 months now! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!
