Correos ,Dhl ,ups always deliver on time ,but PAACK pretends that they tried to deliver but never show up. The worst delivery company.

“My package from an online retailer was automatically assigned to Paack so it's just my bad luck that I have to deal with this company. The package was apparently rescheduled because I was unavailable, despite me being at home. They blatantly lie and have secured themselves as their drivers can but are not obliged to contact you over the phone so they can pretend like they came to deliver. They also have very conveniently claimed that they are "environment friendly" and will no longer leave paper notification of delivery attempts and will inform merchants digitally. This is obviously very easy for them to fabricate and it is shared only with the retailer NOT customer. Meanwhile, I am expected to stay home every day between 9 am to 10 pm for a week to receive the order as per their mood. The worst kind of delivery company is not one that delays, but one that promises to deliver every day and then never shows up. Non existent work ethic and logic. It is a wonder that this level of poor customer service is acceptable. We are in 2023 and they still don't have a better solution for package delivery, it is a shame that they are still in business.”
“I ordered something from Amazon Spain for expedited delivery. Paack is the delivery company that Amazon contracted with to deliver this/my package. It was supposed to arrive on a Saturday. Paack sent me emails on two different days (Saturday and Tuesday) saying they attempted to deliver my package but this is absolutely incorrect, false, and a lie. My husband and I purposely each stayed home all day every day to wait for the delivery because we live in an apartment building that guests can only enter by ringing/phoning our apartment so we can open the main lobby door. When people call us from the outside keypad to let us know they are there, we know because the light on our intercom-phone lights up, and if we do not pick up the intercom-phone to open the door or because we are not home , the light stays on. The light never came on. Regardless, we were ALWAYS home because we didn't want to miss the delivery. I have seen the same complaint many times in reviews of Paack, which is that they lie and say they tried to deliver the package but others also say they never came and it's just a lie. Additionally, even though they said on Saturday that they tried to deliver the package in the evening, when I called them they were already closed. I assume they were closed Sunday so I didn't bother calling them. When I called Monday, they said they would not deliver again until Tuesday. This is an unacceptable amount of delay in my opinion for expedited delivery, let alone it being unacceptable that they lied about attempting delivery.”
“The worst shipping service in Spain. They don’t call, don’t deliver. Just lie that you weren’t home and then return the package back to the sender. I even contacted their customer service to make sure they have my phone number but they didn’t bother. Total scam. Too bad for reputable retailers that trust them.”

The first parcel of mine that they were meant to deliver, I paid extra for 24 hour delivery but they kept saying that they attempted the delivery but that I was absent, even though I work from home and sit next to the door all day. “Absolute madness. Paack must have rescheduled the delivery 4 or 5 times by this point? Every time they send me a notification saying my package is out for delivery, they update the tracking page a few hours later with ‘logistical problems’ or ‘delivery rescheduled’. Customer service just sends generic responses apologising for the delays. I can see that lots of other people have experienced the exact same thing and ultimately never received their packages. Is this company a scam? I’d never heard of it before and it has hundreds of one star reviews…”
“Never delivered. Was there all day long, no messages, no calls, no doorbell rung. Received an email at the end of the day "We tried to deliver today but you weren't there, we are sending it back to Amazon". An obvious lie. Do not use this company for shipping... If you see them as the delivery company on your order I would advice just to cancel it, you'll have less headaches.... They also seem to be buying Trustpilot rating, just go look at any other review site to see it....”

They never inform you when they will deliver your package, tracking only stating 9h-22h then you wait whole day at home and no one comes! Do not use them ever and don’t let them waste your time like they have wasted mine. Use CTT in Portugal 110% better service and time management. Paack is a Sad excuse for a delivery company!”

“Hasta ahora, Paack ha perdido dos fechas para la entrega de un paquete. El primer motivo se registró como un problema logístico. El segundo afirmó que no podían encontrar mi dirección... pero ¿habrías pensado que me habrían llamado por teléfono para pedirme direcciones? He solicitado a Zooplus.es que envíe el paquete con una mensajería más fiable como Seur o Correos Express. ¡Servicio realmente pobre!
So far Paack have missed two dates for delivery of a parcel. The first reason was recorded as a logistics problem. The second claimed they could not find my address.... but you would have thought they would have telephoned me for directions? I have requested Zooplus.es to send the package with a more reliable courier such as Seur or Correos Express. Really poor service!”

Utilizan conductores a tiempo parcial que no vendrán al pueblo a menos que tengan 3 o más paquetes. Esto me lo dijo uno de los conductores. No les resulta rentable entregar menos porque pierden dinero.
