So paid for collection and insurance, no time slot given other than 8am to 8pm so had to wait in all day. I asked on the chat facility if they could contact the original courier company for a narrower slot and they replied with 'we are unable to contact them so you will just need to wait'. So they can guarantee a delivery date but not an estimate time slot for collection (even just am or pm would have been ok) and are unable to contact anyone! Rubbish service, will defo not be using them again!

honestly don't bother using them cluelese useless ignorant. arranged a next day delivery for me arrived 2 weeks later after a lot of stress back in my hand which I didn't request. and there Solution was let us try it again. not a chance. don't use them honestly.

I paid for this service PLUS insurance for a package to be delivered, only to find they dropped it at a local pick-up shop instead of the actual address. The package was a retailer so obviously they couldn't collect it and some TWO MONTHS later the parcels are god knows where and not returned to me. I keep trying to get sense out of the customer service 'bots' on the chat facility, but every time I get a new timeline and now will miss my ability to get a £250 refund from the original retailer. I use couriers regularly and this is by far the worst. Worst for service and response. Be aware that when you send with these guys you may never see the item again. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

Totally misleading information. I booked an item to be returned to supplier and Parcels2go informed me of 3 local DHL pick up points, so I booked it as there seemed to be plenty of options. On the hottest day of the year I lugged around a big package and all 3 locations told me they didn't accept parcels to be picked up. I am £250 out of pocket until I can return this am about to go on holiday.

Item not received. Someone home all day and then was told parcel was signed for by Lee? Don’t know Lee and he certainly doesn’t live in my house! Virtual Chat was fruitless and I’ve paid (a lot) of money for something I’ve not had. Very shoddy and frustrating. I’ll be following this up with the supplier and if necessary getting the credit card to issue a charge back to me! Too much time and effort spent dealing with what should have been a simple task!

Useless waste of time. Cancelled order and asked for refund, yet the man still came to pick up a parcel that was not being sent. I have sent few emails to them. I will be taking things further if they do not refund me.

PLEASE PLEASE, ALL PASSED CUSTOMERS WHO HAS THERE CASH STOLEN FROM THEM!! IF you have taking insurance out with these theives then I suggest you report them to trading standards,I have had my comment on trust pilot blocked because I have spoke out, this company are being investigated,so the more people report them then much more help you get compensated

Terrible service, live chat assistants are incredibly unhelpful and obviously copy and paste responses. Sent a parcel recently to Italy from the UK, parcel was scheduled to arrive within a week, 2 months later the parcel is now in the middle of nowhere in a hub supposedly being returned to sender despite actively requesting not to. Receiver waited in for days on end and parcel2go claimed they attempted delivery, despite the receiver clearly stating no one had been. Requested pick up from the local depot, refused. Requested another attempt at delivery, refused. Asked if there was literally any other way to get hold of the parcel, refused. Had no email communication about any change in delivery status or notification that it was going to be returned to myself. Every-time I've contacted the live chat, the assistants have been extremely unhelpful and made no effort to solve the situation. Been told the parcel could arrive to the original address (that I no longer live in) anytime between 8-16. Ridiculous, waste of money. Dread to think what state the parcel will be in if it ever does arrive. Definitely do not use.

Placed a next day delivery for my son's birthday presents on Monday ..now Wednesday evening and guess what still no parcel.tried to speak to a Human being instead of a robot ....took forever then basically got lied to saying it was on its way ..please please please please don't ever use this company I am shocked at what a crock of s..t this company is

Stay away from Parcel2Go. They have no clue about delivery. But if you have something to throw away and tired of taking it to recycling centre, then do use Parcel2Go. Day 0 (21/7): Booked parcel2go collect and deliver choosing DX as the courier. Scheduled collection was the next day and expected delivery in 2 days. Day 1: At 10:15 AM, I received an update saying collection attempt failed. I contacted Parcel2Go and DX as no one had ever turned up. I was home all day. Parcel2Go said they need to contact DX over email and it can take 2 working days. I reached out to DX directly and they apologised saying it was updated in error and the parcel would be collected in the afternoon. DX driver finally came with the label and collected the parcel at ~1:30 PM. Day 2: Status on parcel2Go is still "collection failed". DX status says delivery attempt failed. They never attempted to deliver. I ask them to update status and they acknowledge it but no action taken. Day 3: Chase Parcel2Go and DX again on the status. At this time, they have no clue where the parcel is. Parcel2Go said they will reach out to DX over e-mail and asked wait for 24-48 hours (guys, pick up the phone and call). DX didn't bother to take my questions and asked me to only contact Parcel2Go. Day 4: No update Day 5: No update Day 6 (27/7): Parcel2Go still waiting for response from DX. I don't even know whether they emailed DX to just say 'hello from parcel2go' or did they really ask something on my order. This is the response I got from live chat with parcel2go: "We are the comparison website and we email the couriers for updates I am not in control of their replies." Really? What if Amazon said the same about the items sold on their site - we are only a listing website and have no control over items sold on our site? Day 7: No Update Day 8: No update. After chasing further, they open a new inquiry that can take 7 to 14 working days. Seriously, you guys are setting example for how badly someone can mess up a simple task of collect and deliver.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. my suitcase is not still delivered after one month and after many emails they refused my compensation claim because I didn’t have the Purchase receipt of my stuff, why would I keep the receipt of stuff I bought months and years ago, very disappointed

Disgusting service. Beware and check their prohibited items before you use this service or you may end up with no compensation despite taking cover when you booked. Never use or recommend

I sent a parcel back to a supplier, a £64 piece of pottery. I even insured it on the P2G website. A week later, it showed still in transit. Another week.. another week.. Eventually I contacted them and they said they couldn't find it (a 1m box!) I put in a claim, but they kept requesting the same paperwork over and over. Proof of no-delivery? OK, look here on your website, the screenshot shows it isn't delivered! 'Ah, but we can't trust that, it's not always right..' How can you argue against that. We don't trust our own delivery system... Now the last day has arrived to finalise my claim. Goodbye money... Time for claims court.

I sent a parcel P2G74553308 over a month ago, they claimed they couldn't find the address, a quick google showed the address as valid, apparently the parcel was then returned, after losing it a few times, there has been no update on the site for 11 days, I contacted their customer service (which is quite a joke) AGAIN, about that I have not my parcel back, reply "It is being returned" I asked when and where on earth is it, why is there no update, reply "It hasn't been returned to you" - oh the genius of that. So apparently for close to 2 weeks the parcel has been found but doesn't move, but it isn't lost and they don't know where it is or when I might get it back. I left a review on Trustpilot, gave the parcel number, they then pestered me with a ton of questions, stuff they should know, regarding the number, my email, then more pointless questions just stalling for time, then reported the review as false (I did send Trustpilot the proof of purchase but since Parcel2Go pays them, not sure if that matters) and apparently that stops you from reviewing them in the future. What an upright and honest company, so as long as they claim your parcel isn't lost, despite the fact that it hasn't been delivered to the address or back to you (again they didn't even make a delivery attempt), you can't claim (so no point in insuring it if they won't let you claim) - they have no problem charging for a service they do not plan to deliver. Attached is my proof of purchase, however I have blanked out my address details as this is sensitive information!

Horrendous, my parcel is still not delivered after two months. My first correspondence was the 1st July and they didn’t log it until 7th July. Keep texting me I have to wait. I have lost a customer because of them. Warning stay away

i paid for service because of the net day scheduled collection, all day i've been waiting and it appeared on my tracker that unsuccessful attempt. Live chat customer adviser is not of any help. Unreliable service if you are expecting schedules to be on time.

DON'T USED THIS SERVICE Order a few different time. Fastway was to pick it up. No one came. Got onto Fastway they said they no nothing about it. Tock for a week to pick it up. Parcel to go wouldn't reply to any messages. They never answer the phone. DON'T USED THIS SERVICE 0 out of 10 If parcel to go would like to reply to me. You got my email address. No stars really. I found the whole process very stressful. No up to date tracking, uninformed staff, and a live chat that went dead because the system went down. Paid for next day and it took 3 days. Won’t use again. Bad management. They even told me my parcel showed as not collected when it had been.
