f I can give this company Zero I would. They stole my parcel. The only information I could see was that it cost picked up by the courier guy for delivery. IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED. NOT UPDATE NOTHING!!! THE SADDEST DAY OF MY LIFE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. MY PARCEL NEVER GOT DELIVERED WITHIN LONDON, JIST AND 6MILES APART. FRAUD!!! Cynthia

Paid for 24 hour delivery and insurance. The very heavy package disappeared and the usual 14 days while " investigating ".It is now over a month and still no word. I believe this company is run by criminals and a large portion of consignments are siphoned off the delay allows auctions to dispose of the booty! There has been documentary proof of this practice within this industry. Have nothing to do with this bunch of bandits. Item never delivered.

Your driver picked my properly labelled parcel up from my FRIENDS house .Gave him a paper receipt from Hermes saying 1picked up .Next got a message from Hermes saying "we have got it " then nothing. GONE stolen .No help .NOTHING .Horrible faceless crooks .I will be doing a you tube documentary on you lot .First stop is Hermes Germany .TRUST ME .

Awful service. Used parcel2go through Schpok to sell a ceramic candle holder. Was wrapped in foam and bags with significant protection. Arrived in pieces. Looks like it had been used as a football. I had to pay buyer back the full price plus postage (£14.50) parcel2go refused to refund me and only gave £8 despite photo evidence. Awful service. Will never use again!

Booked a collection, the agents didn't show up - happened three times over. Raised a complaint all three times, never found out what happened, was told there is no guarantee of either collection or delivery.

Don't touch them with a barge pole. The website gives you a drop off point which hasn't been a drop off point for years.....WHY! Sort it out Parcel2Go.

Loss of parcel, breach of their own terms Booked a parcel to be sent via parcel2go.com. The parcel was collected, but after that there was no update on its whereabouts. I also purchased cover for my item. I raised a claim shortly after the delivery date passed. Their website states that claims can take between 7-14 days. I contacted them after 14 days, at which I was told I had to allow for 14 working days. I thought, okay, fair enough. After 16 working days I contacted them again and was told that they have no information and I should wait a little bit longer. As I needed the item to arrive to its destination, I asked about a refund of the service and also to initiate a claim to get the value of the item back (which is within the insured amount). I was told I had to wait even though those 14 working days have passed, as 'I was advised in the chat (after I bought the service) that it might take longer than 14 days' and also 'they have to wait for the courier', in essence changing what is already stated on their website to avoid compensating for the loss of parcel. The operator was also extremely rude (Rabia). Would not use again.

Don't book “Delivery Guarantee” – it's counterproductive! I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for “Delivery Guarantee.” Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: “The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected.” This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed — which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee! * “If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date.”

Shocking service with parcelforce via parcel2go. I booked a collection and drop off. The courier was rude and all the parcels arrived damaged or opened with missing things ! Never never again !

I will not use this company again. They do not honour delivery guarantees Following a SYSTEM error at Parcels2go a parcel took 6 days to be delivered. I had purchased delivery guarantee but the company will not honour this. I will not use this company again. This is a very difficult company to deal with. All contact methods have been withdrawn from their web site. Why ?

If you are sending car parts, be warned, even if you pay for insurance, they won't be insured for loss nor damage. My parcel arrived only in half, damaged, although it was insured for value, P2G are not willing to offer any compensation because it contained car parts. I will never ever use this company again and will warn others in the automotive industry to do the same.

No confirmation email! They took my payment and didn't send a confirmation email. Rubbish. Stay away! You'll have to deal with bots and generic customer help questions which lead nowhere!

Shocking service. I booked a collection and drop off. I waited in all day and the courier failed to turn up. I contacted Parcel2Go who told me I would need to rebook another collection. I waited in all day and the courier failed to turn up again. I contacted Parcel2Go who told me I needed to rebook again. I asked what happens if the courier does not turn up again, I was told I would need to rebook, I asked how many times do I have to rebook before they realise they are unable to provide the service I paid for, they told me they do not guarantee collection or delivery. Shocking service, terrible customer service. Steer well clear of parcel2go.

Terrible service. Don't go for Next day delivery unless you're ok with it being delivered in 1-2 working days. Surely next day means just that ?

Where to start...just appalling service. We used Parcel2Go to deliver a small parcel from England to Northern Ireland. On behalf of Parcel2Go Hermes delivered to a DPD depot as they should (albeit 2 days later than the service paid for). The GPS shows it was delivered with a specific time, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic they aren't taking signatures so the word "BUSINESS" was typed in by the driver as it was delivered to a business address. A few days later we receive a message from the customer saying DPD can no longer locate the parcel but they are not liable as they didn't sign for the delivery. After chasing up Parcel2Go numerous times via Live Chat (no phone number, not willing to give out Hermes or DPDs number to speed things up) they say they will look into it. 17 days later I am still chasing up and have just been told I will have to make a claim as neither DPD or Hermes will provide any information. I'm not sure what relationship they have with the couriers they use but I'd have thought a simple email asking DPD who took delivery would have sorted this out in minutes. I'll now have to wait and see how long it takes for the money to be refunded...I won't hold my breath. They don't deserve a one star rating
