Do not use. Sent a phone that I sold on ebay. Payed for extras included guaranteed delivery and full protect. Parcel showed dropped off to shop and collected by delivery driver. Then all tracking information stopped. Reported is P2G and they opened a case. Almost a month later I am still trying get my claimed sorted and they just stall and keep asking for more and more information. Latest is I needed to blacklist the phone which I got ee to do ee sent email confirmation and now P2G will not accept the email from EE. Stay clear at all costs

Continued vandalism and do not collect when promised!! Do not use!! Over the past two months I have sent two parcels, both of which have arrived damaged and parcel2go have accepted no responsibility, and done absolutely nothing to support resolution. The first was a spice rack for a wedding present, with jars of spices and foodstuffs, the parcel was clearly marked as fragile, had ‘this way up’ signs on all sides, and was packaged with plenty of precautionary packaging. This parcel was delivered upside down (!!!) with the contents smashed. Parcel2go said I could have £12.14 returned, and did not look to investigate at all or resolve further. The second package, sent last week, was for my sisters birthday, and was a handmade coffee table. This was packaged in cardboard to prevent scuffs, as I’m not sure what else it could have been packaged in without using an enormous box filled with insulation and foam - in reality, I should have used a shipping container!!! As for collections, on the agreed date, the courier did not turn up, not word as to why, the only thing parcel2go would say was ‘they’re not guaranteed, so you can either book again for two days time, or have your money back’. By this point, any idea of having the parcel delivered on my sister’s birthday was gone, but parcel2go did not care in the slightest, no offer of expedited delivery, no offer of any other resolution. Begrudgingly I booked for two days time. I received a wealth of emails from Hermes saying they were and were not coming, and I needed to book again. Eventually they came and collected the parcel, then I received an email saying they weren’t coming and I had to book again. The next day, someone then turned up for the parcel which had already gone the day before - utter shambles. Complete embarrassment on the behalf of Hermes and parcel2go. However, at least the parcel had gone. On arrival at destination, both I, and my sister, were met with severe disappointment and horror. The table has been smashed in two, with only the top arriving and the legs were somewhere between Bristol and London. Having made the table myself, at a cost of c.£300 excluding labour, I can confidently say the piece of furniture was extremely sturdy and fit for any kind of couriering - except that provided by parcel2go and Hermes! There is not a doubt in my mind the parcel was subject to malicious damage. The table top was affixed to the leg section with four coach bolts, one of which had been severed and the others had been torn from the legs. The table must have been smashed up with extreme force, knowing what it was, with the view to destroying it. Why? That’s anyone’s guess. On consulting parcel2go, they said they could refund the courier cost, and nothing else. They have no interest in furniture that is damaged, only furniture that is lost....! In this instance, they have lost half of the consignment!!! For a collective of people who’s job is to courier parcels from one place to another, both Hermes and parcel2go do an appalling job! Whilst understanding there may be human error, bumps and scrapes in the process, there is a minimum duty of care to the parcels that must be afforded by these people, and on two occasions (100% of the time) they have not even come close to meeting this. Customer service and resolution is non existent. From companies that have done extremely well out of a difficult year, it is troubling to see such abuse of power and blatant disregard for people’s possessions. If you care at all about the contents of your parcels in these difficult times, use a reputable courier company such as UPS or TNT, or support local business. Go to them directly as well, cut out parcel2go! Horrible company.

Bunch of crooks - paid for guaranteed delivery to Australia, Parcel was playing ping-pong between UK depots when it should have been delivered. Finally arrived 10 days after guarantee date. Refund of carriage agreed but subsequently rejected. No reason given and all communications ignored. Ombudsman cannot help as own 'insurance' not covered by Financial Services Act. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I mailed five boxes the day I moved out of my flat and moved continents. A week later I got four of them, and when I went online to track, one of them was marked ‘returned to sender’. I was annoyed because I literally moved continents so my box was probably just sitting in my old backyard or something, unattended, but I was like, I’m sure there was a valid reason. Maybe I put something in there that couldn’t be shipped. So I contacted customer service hoping they could just tell me why the box couldn’t be shipped, and I thought maybe we’ll arrange for something else to be done because we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I can’t just hop on a 10 hour flight and sort it out in person. It was in the middle of the week, and they were like, so sorry dude, we’ll check with the courier and get back to you. Two days pass, nothing. So I logged back in and spoke to another customer service rep, who was like, yeah, the courier will get back to you the coming Thursday (a few days away). I was like okay cool thanks. Thursday came and went. Friday came and went. Then the weekend came and went. So I was like, okay... this is not right. I contacted customer service the THIRD time. They said, ‘well it says here in our system that the courier responded, but they don’t have your email, so why don’t you give me it and I’ll pass it on to them and they’ll contact you?’ I was ANNOYED. At that point it’s been weeks since my parcel was marked ‘returned to sender’ so for all I know, raccoons could have gotten to it already or something. Or worse, other people. But I was polite (each time I was polite, in fact) and I said okay. I gave them my email, thanked them. Though they should already have it, because I literally used it to sign up to use their service. So, right. I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And it’s been another week and RADIO SILENCE. And I am too annoyed to be nice right now because obviously this company does not care what happens to your parcels. This whole time, not a single person could tell me what’s wrong, no one could get the courier to tell me what’s wrong. They just kept telling me to check again later, and it’s been TWO MONTHS since my other four boxes arrived. I packed a lot of important and personal stuff in that box that I know now I will never get back. I honestly will never use this service again. I wasn’t mad that a box couldn’t be shipped, I’m mad that no one could tell me what was going on for two months and now I still don’t know why it happened or where my stuff is. Uncool.

Used them many times for eBay deliveries, no problems at all. Mainly use DHL next day through P2Go and have found the service to be first class.

Would rather give no stars a bunch of crooks! Sent revision materials to Botswana on 8.9.20 with gaurenteed delivery on 11.9.20. The parcel has remained in Gaborone for 5 to 6 weeks! All they do is give you excuses from a script. I am now demanding a full refund of the approx £50 delivery and insurance costs plus £50 costs of revision materials. It is 22.10.20 and exams have started today so these materials are now redundant.

Absolute garbage. "Attempted collection of the parcel failed" because the customer (aka.me) wasn't at home apparently. While I was monitoring the front door and next to my phone the entire day and NOBODY even attempted to get in touch or come near the house to collect it. The worst thing that the collection time for today hasn't ended, and yet they refuse to try pick it up again. They don't give a damn if it is their fault, that the time-sensitive parcel won't arrive in time. never using this company again.

I paid extra for a package of value £259. They lost it. Took 2 weeks for them to admit they lost it. Then they declared that despite me paying for insurance they're not insured themselves, they underwrite this service themselves, and asked me to prove that the item was not delivered. Despite their own tracker showing it was not delivered. They then stated that there is no timeline for them settling the claim. And two months on I'm still waiting.

Unreliable - don't use for anything precious or expensive that you cannot afford to lose About 20% of my parcels have gone missing over the past few months, affecting the profitability of my business and no compensation received from Parcel2Go.

Use this company at your peril. My parcel has been missing for two months and I cannot contact them by any method. The package is insured but I've no idea if the have even thought about making a claim. I'm rapidly giving up hope of ever hearing from them again.

Really poor customer service, my parcel was collected by the courier from an address in France and then somewhere between there and my delivery address it disappeared. The courier claims they have investigated and reported to the French company P2G used to place the order. P2G deny using the intermediary and simply send bland automated emails suggesting that they are chasing the courier, The courier denies ever receiving any request for info from P2G. I left an unfavourable review on another site and, wonder of wonders, I was sudenley contacted again, firstly with more of the same standard nonsense and when I objected all of a sudden the investigation was concluded and I was told I can claim on the insurance, however as I don't have photographs, receipts and all sorts of other paperwork for the contents of my holiday suitcase I don't expect to get anything back. Really not happy with the company or the service

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with, They collected a parcel in the UK and delivered it back to the same address, trying to get my money back but they seem to think everything is okay and have closed my case. Cowboys, they won't be in business for too much longer

First of all do not use this service. Thats the second time i have tried to use their service and the second time thanks to them im losing money. The first was the tv that has been completely damaded and shredded to pieces like someone would jumped on it even though i have packed it and secured perfectly. Second time sent 3 parcels that have not been delivered by driver who passed by address and never delivered it to my door (they say of was my fault even though i was waiting for it at home no call no intention to deliver) now they send it to the place where i sent it from which is different country and expect me to go and collect it from there. Of course i can dream about money return. There will not be third time. Of course there will be the same automatic comment to my opininon which will say that they are sorry to hear about this situation and we would like to investigate this further..... Etc...

Reluctant to give 1 star, arranged a collection for delivery via parcel force, they couldn’t give me a pick up time , not even a AM or PM Idea, I’ve been waiting in all day now , 16.20pm with 2 dogs that need a walk, dare not shower or pop out to the shops, we can send a robot to Mars , but can’t be given an idea when it will be collected , a waste of a whole day in my life that I will never get back, I now need to take my dogs out and I guess they will turn up while I’m out , ridiculous, think twice about using this service ,I would NOT recommend using this service

Horrible! I sent two packages to Germany, they arrived within 4 days I was so pleasantly surprised. An hour later I check tracking to find that the packages were not delivered due to an address error. I confirmed the address with both recepients who confirmed the addresses were correct, but they advised I change the surnames in case those are causing a problem. I contacted the team through live chat, asked to change the surnames of both packages. I was told that it's not an issue and within minutes they confirmed that it was complete. I received an email confirming that their operations center was contacted in regards to one of the packages. I felt uneasy about not receiving confirmation for the other package do I contacted again. As I feared, the other package name was not changed. So the new operator updated this for me and I received another confirmation email, stating that I will be contacted with further details soon. The next morning I wake up to a distraught text from one of the recepients who had checked the tracking only to find that the parcel was being 'rtn to sender'. Despite the fact that their previous email had stated that they would update me via email on any updates, I received nothing from them. I found out through the recepient. I checked the other parcel, same message 'rtn to sender'. They had my phone number and my email. They could've contacted me, but they did nothing at all. They should have kept the package on site for 10 days and attempted redelivery 3 times. They did neither of these things. Despite contacting them only a couple of hours after discovering the address issue, they decided that I wasn't worthy enough to be granted with their '3 redelivery attempts and 10 day waiting regulations'. They went against their own regulations and decided to send my packages back. I contacted them again. Fortunately, they managed to stop one package and it went to have it's address changed, supposedly. As a precaution I set it to deliver to the nearest parcel shop too. The package spent over 24 hours at the operation center, undergoing a name change. It was delivered to the parcel shop and imagine my surprise when the recepient arrives to collect it, sends me a photo and the name hadn't been changed! They simply stuck a sticker with the original name, beside the previous sticker! Good thing I had set the parcel to be delivered to the parcel shop. The second I realised that despite undergoing a name change for over 24 hours, the name hadn't been changed, I decided to set the other package to deliver to the parcel shop too. This parcel had only just arrived in the operations center for a name change that same morning. Unfortunately, this parcel, only spent a couple of hours in the operations center and was then sent back to me regardless of the fact that I had told them multiple times to not do this! I didn't even get the chance to set it to be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. Overall communication was terrible! Since they have no telephone or email, I was told to wait for a call. I informed them that I do not have the time to wait for a call, thus, I was assured it would take no longer than 2 hours. I waited, and waited. And eventually, almost 3 hours later, I reviewed a call. While I was in the bathroom. Private number, I couldn't ring back. Fortunately, they had enough brain to contact me via email. We went back and forth for a bit, then another person took over, I emailed him, he ignored me, he emailed me back the next day, stating things I already emailed him with previously, confirming. I emailed him again, literally repeating that same email. The next day I receive a 'case closed' email. 2 of my emails had been completely ignored and they deemed the case closed. Despite the fact that I was supposed to now wait 6-8 weeks for my package to return and I received no answers to anything that I had asked. I contacted them again, asking to speak to management because I was now having to send out another package. The inside contents had been personalised with names, so I had ultimately just lost £30 because even if that package returns, I won't be able to sell it onto another customer. I was told that management are not online. When I said that I would like their email and contact details, I was told that I couldn't get these. The only thing they can do is 'request the package be delivered to you ASAP.' what will that do? This company has already provided me with so many empty promises of 'requests', that I no longer trust them to go through with anything. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I need to wait just like all their other customers, for my package to arrive, before I can claim a refund. So I'm supposed to sit around for up to 8 weeks, possibly longer?! The chat ended. Absolute lack of professionalism. Not worth the hassle.

The seller and myself gave all the correct information after an address issue. After several discussions, they keep asking me to contact the seller. They is no further info to give to justify Parcel2go holding my parcel. It's been more than two weeks and they are still holding it without giving any update. I never seen such incompetence.
