Still not received a full refund from a parcel they lost in Feb. Been on their chat service and emailed their refunds Team and still not resolved. I've asked for this to be escalated as I'm getting no help and was told they can't help as they "are a chat based company". So no help / no resolution equals poor service. And all this after they lost my parcel too!

Update of my previous review, so now someone contacted me straight after my review I left on here and advised my parcel has been found and that the receiver of the parcel would get notified and sent a payment link to pay the customs duty, 2 weeks later still nothing. Any email they send you, can not be replied to and no explanation of how to respond and get a conversation happening with anyone at parcel2go. So back to chat service I go and they reopen the lost case. I get another email asking for description of the parcel because the courier needs to find the parcel??!!!! But I can’t reply to the email??!!! So back to Chat to have them say “sorry” we will look into this, I provide the details again for the payment link to be sent for the parcel to clear customs and nothing again!! And around in a circle we go again! After 4 months of the same circle of events I just want my parcel back! Can you send my parcel back to me please Parcel2go????!! Here is my previous review... Absolutely fed up with parcel2go! First purchased Hermes service and the courier did not collect the parcel even though it was left with my concierge. So I had to rebook twice, then I decided to try another courier and paid more for DPD as recommended by the chat assistant on parcel2go. It’s been since January and it is now April and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. I have provided the recipients details and my own details to get the duty paid with customs about 10 times via chat, and 4 times via email ( which they don’t seem to pick up or respond to!) neither myself nor the recipient has heard anything or been forwarded the payment link. Totally useless. Do not use!!! I would recommend going directly with the courier company, at least they wish to get things resolved for you and you don’t have to go through this useless middleman!!

Ref: P2G84005777 Parcel2Go lost my papers, after raising the claim they asked me at least 10 times for the documents to prove that I sent the items, item did not reach, and value of the item. I provided all of it and they rejected the claim because saying it has "financial documents". As per policy, it's a restricted item, but while booking the courier it was in my note what documents I am sending. It's a cheat company, avoid if options available.

Have been waiting for a missing parcel for 3 months already and just received and email saying that they only collected two parcels instead of the three booked originally. I have the receipt that the person who collected it gave me, but somehow it is not possible to contact them. Waste of time and money, not to mention that one parcel missing.... horrible company

Crooks, they tried to charge me for a Guitar that weighed 7.4kg with packaging, they say it weighed 41.5kg. That would make it the worlds heaviest guitar x 3.

Recipient claims that an empty box was delivered. The contents went missing after the parcel was left at Roker 2000 News. Still waiting for a reasonable investigation by Parcel2Go / Hermes. I asked for a photo of the parcel on the doorstep and the weight of the parcel when received at the original Hermes depot. The recipient said that clear tape had been used to reseal one end of the box after the 200gbp tablet had been removed. Without the weight confirmation and photo I cannot see when the contents was stolen. Parcel2Go have indicated the parcel has been found even though it was an empty box that was delivered. This has been a very costly lesson. I would advise using The Post Office. You get a detailed receipt with contents, weight and value. It can be tracked and you have full recourse if needded.

Impossible to speak to a human, forcing you to use live chat where you are sent through to multiple FAQ's, none of which are likely to answer your question, then when you type in 'Can I speak to a human please' you get put through to an agent instantly but never a claims agent, when you ask to be put through to a claims agent it takes over an hour to speak to someone (normally 10-15 in the queue at a time. I find it hard to believe they are able to have multiple agents to discuss other issues but only one available for claims which should be a priority. In addition to this claims can take up to 30 days to process which is just unacceptable when you're waiting to refund someone their money after your product has been damaged by a delivery driver. I also think it's bizarre you have to pay for insurance for the courier company to do their job and not break your package. I have been waiting nearly a week for my claim to be approved by a supervisor after I spoke to an agent who validated the claim and when I went back to the live chat I was told their managers are busy and have other responsibilities, I don't understand what other responsibilities they could possibly have. In addition to everything above my initial claim was rejected and I was told to provide more documents but not told which doocuments were required. I was told this through my account and no email was sent to me which means you have to keep checking your account. All in all really poor service and no apology offered for any of this. They don't seem to care about their customers or their reputation, I would recommend avoiding a company like this.

Did not deliver by agreed date. Did not deliver at all. 3 months go by and they are still refusing to refund. Appalling customer service, difficult to contact and outright liars.

Totally messed up my order and now says collected when it is not totally disgusting never book with these ever again charged OVER THE TOP PRICES FOR VERY POOR SERVICE

Be a wear from parcel to go P2G87367347 they are a robbery when I send parcel and arrived comletly damaged no signed and the parcel has been insured at £100.00 and the reject the claim with no resons. adviced to all coustomers to use DHL is the best.

Been 2 months that I'm waiting for my parcel full of personal belongings, chatted with several advisors and a supervisor but nothing has changed. They're more a kind of a joke! I've received another parcel tho, split in half and opened already for my convenience!

Beware, read the t and c before you order especially if it recommends to take out more insurance for your item, fragile items are not insurable and if it is damaged then it must have been fragile or badly packed. Difficullt to reclaim excess insurance paid Then try to contact a human about a loss, its very difficult. Their t an c also cover many other carriers, dpd, parcelforce etc.

I wish I could give minus stars the service was so bad. I have used P2Go for a few years with good service, but my last experience has left me thinking I will never use this company again. A parcel posted to our daughter in Spain 9th Jan 2020 with clothes for our 3 month old grandson, was lost the first day, then tracked again. The parcel was lost over 7 times in total and I made several claims. Each time it would either track again, once Spanish Customs to blame, then it was because Hermes looking for a ship out of UK, then they said it had been delivered. After a full enquiry on 24th Feb concluded it was lost and granted me a full refund. A few days later they changed their mind and said the courier (seems to have taken 5 days to remember after the full investigation) stated they had attempted delivery on the 24th so my claim was rejected. Our daughter was asked on no less than three occasions to check with her neighbours, (A young woman with baby having to go around a block of flats checking with strangers). After each supposed delivery, they never rang her, or left a card and non of the neighbours had it, they suddenly found it in the depot and she had to click on a link to the depot, only to see a message that it was the wrong address. I had photographic proof of address and had to send her e mail confirming that she had not received it (twice). So had they delivered somewhere or not? In the end they said I was over the 30 days to make a claim according to their terms and conditions,. It was classed then as 'undeliverable' and they said they were returning to me on the 8th March and would take 14 days to get back to me. That was nearly a month ago, and the parcel has been in transit for over 3 months now. Wrote to Head Office and had no response, used Resolver and had No response. PayPal found in my favour for cost of postage, but now with small claims court.

I sent 2 parcels the same time to the same place they delivered 1 and lost the other tried to get Compensation they asked for receipts which I provided yet that was not enough I even supplied them with a letter from seller it just fell on deaf ears I recommend DHL or dpd or even parcel force they have good customer services I recommend not to use Parcel2go

Parcel scanned on collection and then nothing for 5 days. On day 6 I got a message to say the parcel had been scanned in at the depot and was being forwarded to the Dublin hub and should be delivered to me on 31/03. Next I get a message apologising for the delay. 24 hours later I get a message to say that the item has been returned to the sender, without any explanation why. The sender hasn't had it back. Basically the parcel is missing. I've had no reply from Parcel2go on email or social media.. AVOID!!!

How is this company allowed to carry on trading, they just do not do anything while taking peoples money. I call that theft and thieves are normally arrested and prosecuted. You cant even get hold of them for an explanation, our parcel not picked up and when i tried to see when they would be picking it up a message said i had cancelled the pickup, So booked it in for a second time with a message saying sorry from them for not picking it up and then nothing at all. Now my ref number dosnt exist. PLEASE DONT USE THESE THIEVES!

I've used them for a few things and haven't had an issue. However, as soon as I ship a high value item, the courier loses it and my claim with Parcel2Go gets denied. Apparently, they can't protect that type of item! Pathetic excuse. They were quick enough to charge me for protection! The worst part about it all, I can't actually speak to someone in their company. No phone number anywhere to be found. I urge you to use a courier directly and avoid these scam artists.

Spent 6 hours trying to locate a very important parcel booked through parcel2go who litterally have zero information about the whereabouts or how to contact the courier they have employed to deliver it. Eventually told it would be delivered by 6 but didn't show up. Parcel2go couldn't even provide a depot address or contact number for the courier and has cost thousands in lost work.

Be warned, do not use this company!!! they lost our parcel and now that we are trying to get compansaion (we took insurance cover) it is already over 6 weeks into the process and they have not settled it and they will not give time frame to settle. You can not speak to anyone which is even worse!!

Parcel number P2G82284295 This parcel was collected on the 8th Dec 2020 and was a Christmas present for the daughter of an ex colleague, with a vintage toy from my family already in my family for years and years. The toy is antique and collectable and has value, although never officially valued, I have seen similar for well over £150. I ordered with Parcel2go and as it their payment scheme, the insurance was included, and I kept the insurance value on the standard £50. The parcel was picked up by Hermes as should and was easy to follow with the track and trace option on their website. From the moment it was collected the data went a bit weird, as it showed on the 14th December delivery to household, which seems the next courier service called Landmark to handle the international shipping. The data on the parcel2go track and trace shows: "13th December 20 10:19 Delivery will be attempted between 17:00 and 21:00 today" "14th December 20 04:26 Processed" "14th December 20 08:09 Secure delivery - To household" "14th December 20 09:19 Grouped at Landmark facility" So 6 days send from my front door to the next courier, ok. Then the international shipping, the data showed the parcel was delivered on 23th Dec. 2020 at the distribution centre destination and was an attempt for delivery, which didn't happen due to wrong address details?? "23rd December 20 12:19 Arrival from abroad" "23rd December 20 12:19 Departure to distribution network" "29th December 20 12:21 Item sorted at sorting center" "29th December 20 23:58 Arrival distribution office" From there is seems to be send to a different country where there was a delivery attempt on the 30th Dec. 2020. "30th December 20 00:58 Your shipment has arrived at the postal operator of the country of destination and will be delivered in the coming days." "30th December 20 02:49 Was out for delivery attempt - Incorrect address" Next more confusing data: "30th December 20 06:18 Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left" On the 19th of Jan. 2021 with contact od the support from Parcel2go an investigation was started and the parcel was found and arrangements was made to return the parcel, the data shows the following: "19th January 21 00:38 Returned to sender - Item refused by addressee" During the first or second week of February 2021 I contacted parcel2go to ask when I eventually could expect the parcel back, and was answered that this could take up to 8 weeks, so I was patient and waited the 8 weeks with no parcel delivered. I contacted Parcel2go again and they did a new investigation and immediately I had to upload documents like "proof of no delivery" (??). The customer service only had continuous 1 and only 1 question and not willing to help out in any way and continued with the same question, we want a document with "proof of no delivery". The company has a track and trace system which shows all data, the data I also copied and pasted in this review. The company has closed the claim and I have lost the parcel and the funds for shipping. The customer support has absolutely frustrated this claim and shows not absolutely and very determined not to be helpful at all. I take it that if the company don't want to help out with a claim, they have "better" results with the insurance and therefor with less loss af parcels, more profit. The insurance don't have to make payment, so the insurance the company has to pay will also be less. Never again will I use this company again for parcel delivery.
