terrible. Shipped my laptop cable i left at a friends house. They delivered it, two weeks later they said I owe them money as it was 31KG not the 1KG i said...How can a cable be 31KG!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered within UK. Its well over 2 weeks and enquiries opened but no answers! It was supposed to be next day delivery. Very disappointed with the service of this company.

Do not use this company. I booked a UK collection to Qatar on Monday 10th May. The parcel was to be collected on Tuesday 11th May. The first part of the problem was that the address in Doha was reproduced incorrectly for the label printing - it is essential to give a precise address in Doha. After ages on their online chat, I was assured that the scanner would read the address correctly at the delivery country. I was also assured that, with only half an hour of the collection window still being left, that the courier would indeed collect. Guess what - nobody turned up. Today, I have spent a long timeline again, and this operator seemed to think collection had not been organised. I have paid nearly £60 for this 'service' I have now requested a refund, which needs to be approved first.....why do I wonder quite what will happen here....... I am now waiting to speak to the credit card company whose card I used to pay this money.

Absolutely awful customer service! Unhelpful and when something goes wrong they have no clue. Over an hour on their chat and still have no idea what’s going on. Shocking

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Sent a parcel to Malta in January and still don’t have it and it has taken till 2nd May for them to finally request to be sent back to me! Can only speak on live chat and they advisors do not have a clue!! Honestly please avoid and find a better courier…shouldn’t be hard! 😥

Appalling experience, courier refused collection by cancelling order twice! Parcel2Go were unable to help at all, plus they didn't issue a full refund for the service either. Sounds like a money making gimmick to me. I am sure to never use them again or recommend to anyone.

Most Awful company and service. Very unhelpful, and when you want to contact them, no phone number. They destroyed my package, and when I claimed it, they refused the claim fo some BS reason. Dont use these scammers.

Avoid at all costs. It has been an absolute nightmare getting my boxes and I still have one missing. Massive delays, hidden import fees which they don't tell you about and no customer help whatsoever.

AVOID at all costs!Booked and paid for collection today. No one collected, used a delayed chat service, got an apology, they could see no reason for the no show, rebooked for tomorrow, fingers crossed. I would never use them again, will pay a bit more for better service.

Just reading all thee poor recent reviews I find. Myself in same situation 18 emails to parcels2go numerous enquiries opened and one complaint later my goods are supposedly still stuck in Madrid customs (basically brexit) being blamed. I’ve supplied parcel2go with all additional pw requested regarding my package and there just tell me stuck in customs!! This has been going. On since 23/03. I don’t know what to do next they are just blatantly ignoring me - and not refunding me I also took out the extra insurance do not use thee company under any circumstances

I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!

This is such an awful company to work with, they never payout on claims. It's arrived back to me after they didn't attempt delivery twice. Box torn open, half of the contents missing and the other half smashed to pieces. Tried to put in a claim as I'd purchased the additional insurance. • Claim rejection 1 Not packaged correctly (I then resent images showing that the parcel was correctly packaged) • Claim rejection 2 Inside of parcel not correctly packaged (I then resent images showing that the interior of the parcel was correctly packaged) • Claim rejection 3 Contents are on the prohibited items list (Checked the list and pens are not on any restricted items list) Rather than waste everybody's time it would be easier for them just to pay out. Looking forward to the next excuse. Also most of the positive reviews on trustpilot are fake too. Checkout their facebook...

If you item is lost, it is impossible to get hold of the company in their online chat. Once you attempt to open a claim, the company will swiftly close it pretending they have located your parcel. Many months afterwards, when you will attempt again and again and again to reopen the claim and get a refund for a missing parcel, you'll never manage to get over their processes as they keep reopening claims and ask you to wait for 14 days!

This is my first time using parcel2go and am quite sure this will be the last time too. too many contradictions from the booking to drop off to delivery. I have booked a service on the 13th of April 2021 (for DPS) and contacted the customer service since I did not get the right labels. with the support of the agent call Lucas, we changed the courier service to UPS. UPS did not picked up the parcel till 20th where I had to call them and reminded and it was picked up on that day after 4 days. I also have highlighted its a sweet item and the there was no response immediately though it said 3-4 working days for delivery. on the 21st i got a notification that the parcel will be delivered on the 24th then it was pushed to 26th and again today i got a notification saying 27th will be the expected. in between i was on UPS call center for 34 mins and finally they said its a responsibility of parcel2go. I would require the full refund if anything goes wrong in the parcel since i booked the service for 3-4 working days not 14 days. i am very much dissapointed with parcel2go and also UPS service as whole.

Parcels2Go Collected a compressor which was 58 KG in weight after I paid online the driver did not come for nearly two weeks When the driver did come and eventually collected the parcel The parcel was not received by the receiver after a three weeks when I contacted Parcels2Go through their online chat as you cannot get nobody by phone Parcels2Go online chat told me that they did not know where the parcel is as they use parcel force as a third party delivery I had to call parcel force who told me that they do not deliver anything over 30KG so my parcel is sitting in their depot so I have to accept back the parcel so the parcel is still in my passageway

Absolute joke. Their software created an incorrect label and it took 3 weeks for a package that should have taken 3 days from the UK to Czech republic A JOKE COMPANY!!

Please do not use this service. I sent 2 doors worth £640 using Parcel2go and they passed this to Parcel force who held my parcel as restricted when it's not a restricted item after chasing for over 2weeks they have returned the doors to me and they are damaged now the retailer will not take them back and Parcel2go will only cover £20 of damages.
