the worst couriers i have ever experienced do not trust they take no responsibility and offer no help in resolving issues

I sent a parcel yesterday for the first time. In spite of the fact that I hadn’t realised I was supposed to have printed off labels (I thought the email was just an order confirmation) the guy was very patient and waited. Then the printer wouldn’t work so I didn’t know what to do. He talked to his depot who says they would print the labels off for me. He must have been standing outside the door for over 20 minutes. Excellent service. I’m really sorry I didn’t ask for his name, but whoever you are, thank you. You were brilliant

Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't expect any accountability or help when something goes wrong. Waiting several days to even get something collected and they won't even communicate with their own partner carriers to see what the problem is. Avoid at absolute all costs.

My parcel has been “held at depot” for 7 days. When I raised concern I am told it will be 14 days to carry out investigation. Why so long when it is there system telling them it’s held, surely it would say why. Also, why is it the customer has to do the chasing, if a parcel has been held for 7 days you would expect them to investigate and resolve. When you raise the issue parcel2go say “ we are only the booking agent” we need the courier who is Hermes to investigate and get back to us. Wrong, my contract was with parcel2go or in this case parcelnot2go It’s a shame I have to give any star rating

Avoid Parcels2GO seriously! Can we even be sure they're handling your parcel correctly and not passing on contamination? Don't use this substandard company.

Please stay away from this thieving company. They lost my parcel, have v.poor customer service, 4-mths on and they just ignore my msgs. Best advice use a proper courier & not this shi#e

Total DECEPTION, 5 days overseas was the quote i paid £33, and full tracking. MY PARCEL SAT IN A WAREHOUSE IN MIDDLESEX FOR TWO WEEKS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. Tracking is non existent and when you contact them. Awkward rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again, do not be tempted. It wasn't even the cheapest quote, i was suckered in by the tracking promises. Liars

Absolute joke. No.phone number. Live chat feature hidden. No accountability....happy to take your money but wont help. Avoid.

Parcel2go use 3rd party Couriers Hermes, who picked up a adults bike I was returning so not a small box, 1.8m in length, after not getting refunded I find out the driver selected the option "item not received" - so basically stole the item - when I asked for a receipt I was told by scanning the barcode, it will update the system and email you the receipt - which it didn't

I booked a service with Parcelforce Worldwide via parcel2go. The collection was prompt but the item has not been delivered yet and it's been almost a month. I did get out a cover from them but not sure whether I will ever be able to claim it since there is no one to talk to. They say my case is being investigated. I was to be infromed within seven days but it's been over that period. I would not recommend using this service.

Lost four parcels during March and early April can’t speak to anyone, other than ridiculous web chat whereby they stick to a script. Now involved ‘Revolver’ recommended by Martins Money Tips guess what minutes later I get a response from P2G They have 13 days to resolve my complaints (yes two) otherwise it’s escalated to CEO of Revolver. I’d give nil stars but I can’t so reluctantly one star.

Paid through PayPal on 24th April for collection on the 25th. They didn't collect on the Saturday 25th, nor on Monday the 27th. Looked on their website and entered my tracking number and it came up with it didn't exist. So they had taken my money and not generated the actual transaction. I couldn't call them. Their live chat was down, so l had to re- book through another company and pay again and resort to claiming back a refund via PayPal. I will never ever use these agsin.

I use website to send parcels to Poland and Slovakia. Never ever had any problems, always on time and the best prices. Will highly recommend

DONT USE THEM It’s now taken 15 days to try get my parcel picked up and nothing. You can’t talk to a person you can’t get your money back they a fraud.

Booked a drop of to Parcel shop stated open and accepting parcels on their website on 24th March. Went to drop off parcel only to be told that Hermes had stopped collecting for the unforeseeable future. Went to claim a refund for a failed collection but after a couple of days they cleared the claim of my account. I made two more attempts of making a claim for a refund without success. There customer service is non existent and getting in touch with them is impossible. I strongly advise to avoid this company.

terrible. should be reported to trading standards. they work with rubbish delivery companies and don't help you resolve the problem unless you chase them repeatedly. their customer service is non existent which is incredibly dishonest. If you are a consumer-facing company then you must respect your customers and their needs and not fob them off to rubbish chat bots etc.

Firstly I arranged a collection of homemade facemasks being sent to protect my aunt in her job at a hospital - the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged so had to cancel, get a refund and rebook as a drop off. This was sent 7th April and I was told the latest delivery would be 20th April - I raised a case 21st delivery and am getting absolutely no information or refund 1 week later - I understand the pressure on delivery companies right now but it is so difficult to actually get anywhere - I have a lot more parcels to send and will not ever use these again
