Worst company to deal with. First of all they don't show any sort of contact details on the site and just rely on pathetic F&Q & answer section to deal with all inquiries. Have sent number of parcels with them and the first time there was an issue with claiming money for damaged goods even after paying extra for insurance cover it got rejected due to an invalid reason. The parcel worth over £150 was completely damaged and we have provided all the proof and photos and after 3 weeks they said it won't be paid. The insurance cover is not worth anything and just an excuse to charge more money. Would never deal with this company again & anyone reading this, please be cautious about using them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THREW MY PROPERTY AWAY WITHOUT PErMISSION. Failed to pick up parcel. I waited in from 8am to 8pm. Almost impossible to contact the company except by Twitter. When they did get it sorted 2 DAYS LATER (and they sub contracted myHermes), my package was in transit for several days. Took me days more to find out why not delivered. Turns out myHermes had damaged my item and simply thrown it away without permission. I can get nothing out of either company. Appalling.

Used Parcel2go to ship a box to USA via UPS with extra insurance. UPS lost the customs notes so held the box. They also failed to meet their own deadline for delivery so I asked for the box to be returned to me. Parcel2go were approached for a full refund but refused to repay the insurance stating "As the parcel has been sent the cover has been used which would void this amount for the refund. We would only be able to offer a refund for the carriage costs minus the cover."

They charged more for more insurance only for them not to payout when they're clearly at fault. 200 pound item which cost 30 pound to send only for them to refund the full amount 17 pounds with no ifs or buts!! Absolute thieves. The item was perfectly wrapped with photos taken as evidence -- word to the wise -- use ROYAL MAIL.

I decided to use Parcel2Go as a courier broker for shipping items for my small business. The price seems tempting! Most of my packages are worth no more than £20 so insurance isn't too much of a worry. Within my first fortnight using them, Parcel2Go lost three of my consignments, one of which I'd insured for £50 to at least cover the cost of goods. The claims process has so far tailed on for 2 months. First my customer apparently rejected delivery (she didn't) then the parcel was coming back to me but I had to wait 6 weeks (it didn't) now it's apparently been delivered (it hasn't) The can't provide me with proof of delivery or a signature, but have instead helpfully closed my case and rejected the claim. I've switched to the UK Royal Mail who are surprisingly cheaper, more polite and having put in my first claim in 3 months ... willing to pay out when they mess up. Parcel2Go have no phone number, their Live Chat operators are inconsistent and distracted. I won't be using them again. AVOID.

I waited in all day for Parcel2go to collect my large package (£82 courier fee) and they did not come. I tried their customer service number and there was not reply. They do not supply any tracking facility. Smells like a scam. I am phoning my credit card card company now to raise a dispute.

We paid for a delivery service in 48HRS as advertised on the parcel2go.com website. We were told we must order in the next two hours for collection the next day. 2 days later our parcel finally was collected. We explained to a rude customer service agent on their webchat that we paid for a 48HR delivery service as advertised and they told us "Collection is never guaranteed". Crazy company do not use, will be on BBC Watchdog soon.

Along with Scottish Power and Endesa, this is the worst company I have ever encountered. They don't even have a phone number, they use remote online chat advisers who are as useful as chocolate teapots - so you only have to imagine the kind of amateur operation that goes on at Parcel2go (In Post). Out of the 5 boxes of tiles I had returned to a company, they incredibly managed to deliver 4 of them over 3 separate days - spread across an entire week. Try get your head around that one... This was really awkward for me as the goods were part of a return, so it was quite difficult constantly checking in with the tile company to see how many boxes they now received. This was back in the 11th April 2018. After 9-10 days it became quite clear they lost my 5th box, so I started a claim. Today is the 2nd June, and I am still waiting for any kind of feedback from the claim, despite chasing this up numerous times. Last week I gave them a deadline until 1st of June, otherwise I am going to Trading Standards - a process I have now started. The reviews online and on facebook etc are horrific - please for goodness sake don't send anything valuable with this company. They are either utterly clueless, or their drivers and depot staff are thieves. My claim will be around £50 in total, and I feel I need to really spread the word about how useless this company is - it's the principle of it - how do they think they can get away with this level of service to myself and hundreds of other people!! If I gave my customers this kind of service, I would be out of a job very quickly. CROOKS!

Appalling customer service, the business model puts customer interest and service at the bottom, with focus purely on profit. It's all find if nothing goes wrong with an order, but the slightest error, and you will spend days even trying to speak to someone about it, let alone get it resolved. I will never use them again.

I purchased a collection service from my home to South Wales for a delivery next day. The courier didn't collect on the arranged day. I contacted Parcel2go next day and asked for a refund, the operator told me they would arrange for a collection that day. I stayed in all day and yet again no courier turned up. I contacted Parcel2go and asked for a refund which they are processing. Now I have to wait for a refund and arrange another courier service to take and deliver my parcel. One star is too much for this service....

Absolutely diabolical, booked a collection for Wednesday & no one turned up. I finally found the link for customer web chat, as the earliest the system would let me re-book for was Friday - too late. The advisor (Nadia 10:23:25 PM) informed me that she could re-book for Thursday, I was happy with this, she sent me a new label to print and attach. Around 5pm Thursday no sign of collection, I go back onto live chat and was then informed that the collection was never booked for today (thursday) by the 1st advisor but instead for Friday. So this item will be 3 days late and as its over the weekend, most likely 5 days late. I asked to be compensated to the value of my postage £20 odd, so that I could refund my eBay buyer and avoid negative feedback. I was offered £5 in credit, which I declined as firstly its an insult and secondly I will never use ParcelNot2Go again.

Firstly after my purchaser on eBay paid and booked a collection with palletways, stayed at home for the box to be collected they did not collect.. I am the seller, I paid the courier fees. I called parcel to go twice, the phone rang and rang, I waited and listen to jingles.. They never put me through. I contacted p to go online. I was asked questions about my pickup, I gave them ref number, I was told they can’t discuss with me as I neverplaced the order. I emailed my purchaser they tried, calling p to go next day no chance... I tried to call again, no chance.. I called palletways, they said they had no ref of a puck up for me. My customer called palletways, they were told the same.. This is now week 2..my customer gets an email stating that as palletways could not collect the box there is an extra charge of 20.00... ??? What collection, neither of us could sort another one out... My customer online got through to p 2 go once more, placed another pick up... they did not collect... Now madness is setting in £450.00 I spent out. The box is sat in Brighton,,, I got on the palletways, they found a ref, we went through to the palletways team twice.. Palletways said it was madness... P to go said it was a glitch in the system... no apologies, not an email... So... My purchaser spoke to palletways and a manager called Robert was going to pick up the box himself and sort the delivery.. Yes!,, it was week 3.... Palletways picked up on the Friday,,low and behold, no email, no text, or call, the box arrived the next day... This was an absolute nightmare... I post the experience on Trustpilot, p 2 go had it removed.. Do not use this company.. we never will again... Brighton to Monmouthshire 3 weeks... I could have walked quicker, enjoyed the scenery, no stress... What more can I say... well the p to go staff... hopeless... the palletways staff very helpful... happy days...

Absolutely awful ongoing experience with Parcel 2 go. My other half sold an item (worth over £1k) and chose Parcel2go to deliver it to the other end of the country insured. Got confirmation item had been picked up and nothing since. Item is presumed lost but we are going now round in circles trying not recoup both the value of the item and the delivery charge (which wasn’t not cheap due to the weight). Next step - legal advice. Read a lovely article on how successful your CEO is and spends months in Florida, but for us every day folk we simply can not afford the £1k+ We are out of pocket, as well as anxiety and time to sort this out.

My parcel should have been delivered a week ago but they don't undertand they have to contact me via text message cause it is costly to deliver my parcel to me as I am deaf. I have been contacted the service via chat 6 times and they always ask me the same questions without resolving the issue.
