Appalling company. Parcel2Go. Company2Avoid. Promised delivery ,missed. And missed again. Meanwhile, there is no information supplied by the tracking number other than 'Due to operating conditions, your delivery is delayed.' Meaning sitting somewhere in a warehouse unlikely to ever be delivered. Impossible to contact this company other than via website round-about. Just to be clear, unless you want more stress in your lives AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

I would leave a zero feedback if I could. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Everything is ok until things go wrong in this case everything went wrong and I am still fighting 2 months later. I sent a parcel with them via DHL, I received an email from my customer stating he had not received it. Looking on the DHL tracking it showed a picture of a parcel just left on a doorstep with a house with a blue door in full view of the street despite me paying extra for a signature & insurance. DHL told me and emailed me that the parcel had been delivered and they had a signature and they were talking to the driver about procedures but to deal with Parcels to go direct as I had booked it with them. The picture then disappeared from DHL website. I thankfully did a screen shot and sent it to my customer and he said that was in fact not his house and sent a picture of his house which is completely different a large white house with a white door!! Parcels to go agreed to a claim & despite me sending everything they asked for over 3 week period including a screen shot of the sale, evidence of value, my customers proof of identity!! (thankfully my customer agreed to sending his driving licence with important bits blanked out) my proof of purchase, pictures showing that it was the wrong house etc etc, they closed the case saying it was prohibited items and would not have been insured. I checked the list & in fact Tableware is insured for loss!! My customer in the meantime looked on google street map and found the house in the picture. My customers house number was 453 and the parcel had been left on the doorstep of 353!! the woman who lived in the house said she worked 12 hour shifts & anyone could have taken it. Despite many online chats to their customer services (You cannot call as there is no phone number) I finally got an email to email them direct. They agreed to reopen the case because of the information I supplied and have agreed to pay me £12.50 plus £8.00 credit note on the postage...!!!! I paid to insure these plates at sale value of £110 despite the value being £250 so to offer £12.50 is an absolute insult... the DHL driver clearly left the parcel at the wrong house & then signed for it himself. I have yet to see any signature or receive any apology from either DHL or Parcels to Go. I paid for a service that I did not receive and have proof that this was left at another house but they still will not cover the full insured value of the loss claim. I have emailed them outlining everything and providing proof of negligence and advising them of pending legal action. There are so many errors with the service I received and the proof is there for all to see but they choose to try to fob me off with a £12.50 settlement. I feel so strongly about this that I have no option but to take this to the small claims court. Shame on you Parcels To Go..the service I received was shambolic. UPDATE I received a reply to my review below from Parcel To Go...how can they say these are prohibited? these items are part of a dinner set & are therefore covered for loss according to your list. Here is a copy of that list from your site..dreadful that you charge people for insurance and then try everything not to pay even when you leave parcels on someones doorstep 50 houses away!!! with all due respect Steph, I have been emailing/on line chats/updating the claim information you have been requesting since 27th October and I am no further forward than the day I started. You as a company should be contacting me to resolve this fairly & honestly and not try to do all you can to not pay the claim. You & DHL are at fault I have not been given the service I paid for. This is the fastest response I have had since this started. Items Protected For Loss Only: The services provided to us by the couriers will send the following items, however, they will not protect for any damage. If the item is lost within their network they will refund the cost of the carriage and the items value (Parcel protection must be taken out for any loss to be claimed). Antiques, Items Over 100 Years Old. Bicycle Coffee Machine, Coffee Grinder, Coffee Roaster Cycles, Bicycles, Unicycles, Tricycles. Dinner Sets

My contract with Parcel2go to arrange deliver of my parcel was placed on the 30 October 2020. My Parcel should have arrived its destination 3 November. Making a complaint is hidden within the website Live Chat, keeps you hanging. When you are eventually connected, the call handlers are at the same time dealing with other customers, more waiting between texts. As of 7 November 2020. Parcel2go, say they have located my parcel and concluded the complaint as resolved. Parcel2go stop short of saying when the parcel will be delivered Therefore not resolved. As of 11 November, Parcel2go confirmed my parcel is still at the Hermes Depot and would chase them for delivery date and get back to me, i still haven't heard back from them. Finally they said my parcel was damaged and will be returned to me Today, Friday 13 November I'm now told my parcel is now lost! Which is it, damaged or lost? I paid extra for the insurance cover. only to discover their is no 3rd party Insurance Company it seems to make an claim against. 18 November, I haven’t received an update from Parcel2go. 23 November, i still haven't received an update from Parcel2go. I have emailed their CEO James Greenbury i haven't received any acknowledgement or reply from him either. To clarify, there is no 3rd party Insurance Company protecting my parcel. 2 December 2020. Parcel2go or Hermes can't tell me if my parcel its lost or broken. This being their justification not to do anything. I will be seeking legal recourse against Parcel2go and its CEO James Greenbury

DO NOT USE! - Dealing with Parcel2Go has caused me well over £500 in losses + something like 10 hours effort trying to communicate with them. They are deceitful! It has been hell dealing with the from start to finish. Please, please, please if you are reading this avoid them at all costs! I have had absolute nightmares from start to finish. Across maybe 30 interactions with thm they have told me the truth maybe once. Finally after waiting weeks to receive my items (I paid for next day delivery!) It turns up in the wrong country. Then when it finally gets to where it needs to be items are damaged. I paid a lot of money to insure my items through them. Somehow despite sending them in the manufacturers original packaging they have decided not to reimburse me for these damages. Please see my previous reviews for further details. https://uk.trustpilot.com/reviews/5fa912e15e693f0acce36305 https://uk.trustpilot.com/reviews/5fb53f0b5e693f0accec501c

I bought a classic car part online and booked P2G to collect it and then i was offered insurance when I clicked to pay and as it cost me £350 I bought insurance as well,The seller triple wrapped it in bubble wrap but P2G smashed in while in thier care and refused to pay out the insurance saying car parts aren't covered even though I openly declared what was it and they accepted my money, Avoid them at all costs ,no customer care ,cant talk to a human ,will give you any excuse when they smash your parcel

If I could give minus stars i would. I had a parcel sent 2 months ago wit Parcel 2 Go, that went with TNT. It was supposed to go from London to Lisbon but because of Parcel 2 Go's error my parcel had the same tracking number as another parcel. The 2nd unknown parcel reached it's destination (Turkey) and thus their system said my parcel was devliered. Wrong! I know there were 2 tracking numbers as my girlfriend and I managed to get a very helpful person on the phone from TNT in Lisbon who told us and showed the two parcels on screen. That being said, the lady was not able to help us retrieve my parcel, I was told I had to go through Parcel 2 Go I have made a claim a month after my parcel was missing, but because you can't speak to anyone on the phone, unless they ring you. You must go through their online chat function which is slow and tedious. When I finally got to speak to someone (her name was Asha) after hours of chats, I explained to them what happened, but they completely ignored what I said and told me they are still looking for my parcel. I said I was reasonable and gave them the benefit of the doubt to find my parcel, but now it is a week and a half later and my parcel is nowhere to be seen and P2Go are still asking for documentation from me. No calls, no apologies, no care or attention. I have uploaded all the files they have asked for in different files and formats. I have sent emails to complaints department and there seems to be absolutely zero care for my case. I am fine with parcels going missing. I'm sure it happens all the time. What I find atrocious is the lack of care they give to try and solve a case. They make it incredibly difficult to speak to anyone in the company and it seems they want to drive you mad inito submissison. Well not me...I'm stll fighting to try and get my money back as I very much doubt my parcel (which was a gift to my girlfriend) will ever be found. The WORSE customer service I have ever come across. Do not use this company. I will never use them again. I paid: £32 Items were worth £150 I have insurance: Still no money back Terrrible, Terrrible, Terrrible, Terrrible, Terrrible, Terrrible, DO NOT USE!!! p.s. If parcel 2 go read this, I doubt it, and they resolve my case, I will revert back to this review for an update.

Impossible to get any help with my parcel, Impossible to call or contact about my parcel since I ordered through Amazon. Status says delivered, then At depot, and it is now 2 weeks delayed even though It says it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Still have not received parcel. Will never ever use then again, strongly advise against using this company. This is the worst review I have ever given to anyone.

P2G lost my parcel or it was stolen, the chances of getting any compensation from them, well there is more chance of getting a Xmas card from the Pope. Take no notice of the emails they send, they are just stalling for time until the claim period runs out. You can't answer any of the emails anyway. Ebay has already refunded my buyer and taken the money from my account.

Rubbish service. James Greenbury the CEO does not care about customers. I have used Parcels2Go on odd occasions and they were fine. But when things go wrong that is the time to see how companies cope. I sent an iphone through this company. When it arrived the iphone itself was missing, only the packaging remained, with the sellotape neatly sliced with a knife- obviously stolen at some point in its journey. I tried to get hold of the Customer service department to find out what was happened. This proved incredibly difficult. It is not possible to speak to a person in Parcel2Go. The only action possible is to go through the CHAT. I had three chats and asked for someone to phone me back. I was told someone will call you within 2 hours. They didn't. I was then told they would phone me before 4pm. They didn't. I was then told they would phone the next day. And guess what? Yes you are correct. They didn't. That is not the fault of the call centre girl It is directly down to the CEO James Greenbury who obviously does not care about customers. He is the reason that Customer Care is non-existent in his company. Never use this company in future.

I have booked Hermes via parcel2go and the process has been a nightmare!! First, the courier driver "dispatched" by Hermes said they attempted to collect on a certain day/time (25/11/2020), which never happened. My house has CCTV, which I reviewed and no one even entered my driveway, let along knocked on my door. As the service was booked with Parcel2go, I attempted to contact them direct, which was a joke as they only have online chat available and no telephone number per chat advice provided by Parcel2go's online "customer service team". I cannot advice this more strongly, use another company to send and/ or receive your parcels other then Parcel2go or Hermes, both aren't worth the prices they charged and should be shut ASAP by the powers that be. EDIT: Today is the 27/11/2020 and I still have 5 x parcels that have not been collected. I can't stress this advice enough, do not use parcel2go, book your courier direct with a legitimate and reputable carrier such as DPD, Parcel Force or similar. Avoid companies like this who have no accountability and who are not the carrier, but in fact a middle man. Many people will be shopping for presents this time of the year and purchasing online. Ensure your store or seller does not use Parcel2go or Hermes couriers, both services are very poor.

My parcel was lost / stolen but it’s okay it’s obviously by fault because I trusted them to deliver my parcel without taking extra insurance out to cover their bad practices . Tried to contact CEO but to no avail . I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company. Big profits little customer support .

We placed an order with P2G to ship a parcel containing customs permitted goods UK to Australia, the documentation required to import this parcel was not furnished to customs by P2G even though this could have been done in retrospect - the parcel was duly returned to us in UK, it all took around 7 weeks. During this time P2G demonstrated their inability to manage their suppliers and feed back to customers resulting in a very frustrating and stressful experience. Their platform obviously doesn't function.

I've sent a item to Brazil but they can't get the custom bills from couriers , item got a 200 pound charge -courier asked money w/o showing proof they payed customs or explain charges (100 pound value item) and they refused to help even after 25 days. They act as a courier service, but they just pass the item and wont help if any issues They only have live chat that copies and pastes their TOS. Feels very fraudulent , can't believe they allowed to operate in UK .
