Ordered parcel for collection on 13th, waited all day but it was not collected. Rebooked for 14th, waited all day to hear from them at 5 that no collection will made today and that I should rebook. I cancelled and ask for refund. Still waiting for them. There’s no contact number or email address, such a pathetic company!!!

Avoid. No way of speaking to someone, other than online chat. Important parcel lost of a present for my grandchild and documents for the rest of family, Sad to say avoid don't be in the same position as me

Avoid. No way of speaking to someone, other than online chat. Waited in all day for a Saturday collection, they didn't show. Best they could do was say sorry and organise again for the Monday (today). It is now 19:00, they have one hour to fulfill their 2nd attempt, and call me synical, but this simply isn't going to happen is it. Christmas time, drivers not collecting parcels, no way of tracking or contacting drivers. No accountability or responsibility by them. No leg to stand on. Avoid, avoid avoid. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY IN UK FOR… THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY IN UK FOR DELIVERY. PARCELS SAID DELIVERY WHEN THOSE ARE NOT, YOU CANT CONTACT TO ANY ONE AND THE ASK YOU TO WAIT 2/3 DAYS TO UPDATE YOU. THEY DOING GIVE ANY COMPENSATION WHEN PARCEL IS LOSE,SO YOU BETTER USED ROYAL MAIL OR PARCEL FORCE FOR ANY DELIVERY OF MORE THAN £20, I HAVE CONTACT EBAY FOR THEM TO NOT USED THIS COMPANY ANY MORE, AND I TAKING SIGNATURES TO CHANGE THE WAT THAN THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS SOME ONE AT HOME ALL DAY AND PARCEL DELIVERY TO WE DONT KNOW WHERE Collected In Transit At Depot Out for Delivery Delivered

Parcel delivered late and they make it impossible to make a claim even after they had taken my money for delivery guarantee.

Parcel2go is a rip off. They make it difficult to make a claim for late delivery after selling the delivery guarantee insurance. The is no e-mail, no live help, no telephone. Stay away.

Have now waited two days for collection of a large item and no sign of the courier. Hermes the courier say that they haven't been issued the pick up yet!! Unable to find anything on the website about how to have a live chat with someone or contact someone about this!! after 2 good experiences I will not use them again as there is no way of contacting the company

I wish I read the reviews before booking. 2 x 20kg parcels internation. DO NOT USE THEM. My childrens christmas presents and many things are in the 2 boxes. How can 2 huge boxed get picked up 3rd Dec and not tracked from 5 Dec and not 15th December they are nowhere. Parcel2go are useless, no contact from live help, just stupid responses.

Never use Parcel 2 Go internation service. Do not ever use Parcel 2 Go international deliveries. Worst service ever. For 3 weeks none of my parcels are delivered. Wrong tracking details show. But on Parcel 2 Go website they will show as delivered within a week. Whereas it hasnt even left UK. I am even struggling to get answers from their customer services. Everyday i sit for about 2 hours to know where my parcel is. No information sent. No satisfactory answers given and kept in dark as to whats happening. Worst part is customer services even dont reply for hours. Worst con company. People never use them. Use a proper courier to avoid the headache. Extremely unprofessional con company. They will take your money and parcels. Be careful. Your evenings will be wasted in talking to them.

Booked collection service with Parcel2go, the courier did not turn up. Contacted Parcel2go via live chat (as no other means of contact) and was told that "Collection are not guaranteed But we have a high rate of success on it". WOW! I said "Collection advertised as a service". Received standard reply "We can only rebook or cancel." Ok, I asked how to complain, what is the process. The operator stated: "We cannot escalate this". I asked whether he wants me to go directly to Ombudsman. The operator responded "Sorry for that". I would advise you to stay away from the company. P.S. And, interestingly, a lot of my questions were cut off from the chat transcript. I have copied everything to the MS WORD and it is different from the transcript I have received by email from the parcel2go chat.

Company is a steaming pile of poop. They will arrange a collection AND THAT'S IT, after that your item is in the hands of lady luck. If it gets there, great, if it doesn't tough-titty, they don't care, will fob you off with cut-n-paste responses and hide behind their screens till you go away. Use at you own risk.

I ordered the collection of 2 parcels over the last few weeks. 3 out of 4 picks up failed. The customer service employee Martyna was absolutely awful, no compensation was given for the hassle and I was told I needed to pay £10 to upgrade to get my parcel picked up. I've asked for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Next day service is misleading. On both times I have used this company it is 5 days. The live chat is near impossible to find on their website but it is virtually useless as it is a non personal service. The only courier that you can speak to and I trust is DPD.

Claim that the package was larger then described with an additional surcharge. Not worth the hassle to debate but beware anyone using the service and make sure you have photographic evidence of the package dimensions.

AN APPALLING EXPERIENCE! I do not know where to start. I have just seen the reviews on here and now realise my experience is not unique. The stress of using a company like this is unbearable. They do not allow you to phone them or e-mail them and all you have is the live chat line. Most of the time these people (they are part timers probably working from home) simply copy and past pieces of text from standard scripts which often do not properly relate to what you are discussing. This is not even chat in normal parlance. If you want to send a parcel to somewhere in the EU (for example) and select say DPD, you are probably ok and it has worked for me a few times. If it is outside the EU forget it. The reality is that the goods have to be described in detail so they can send a 'commercial invoice' for customs purposes but they only provide a box 2" wide on the web site for this purpose! If you enter your description in textual form and scroll to the right, you will most likely find the parcel gets rejected at the airport as inadequate description. The service these people provide is shocking and incompetent. So what did I do, I thought I would try ParcelForce, a supposedly reputable company part of the privatised (unfortunately) Royal Mail group. But wait a minute, I feel like I am using Parcel2Go and guess what, ParcelForce are using P2G to do their payments and customer service, via the same chat line of course! Can you believe it! So, if you want to send a parcel, first option is to go to the Post Office even though its costs more at least you can speak to a real person. If you want to send a parcel abroad, go direct to people like DPD or DHL. Dont use these P2G people, as the other reviewers also say, they are simply a bunch of crooks creaming off massive profits through presumably rippng of huge numbers of people in the UK. I am sure many parcels get to their destination and in my case a few of them have (via DPD although booked through P2G) but if there is a problem, it is an absolute nightmare and as I say the stress is unbearable. Never again for me. I really hope they ultimately get what they deserve.

NEVER AGAIN! After previously having had no issues with parcel2go, a parcel went astray which was not their fault but the way they dealt with the claim was appalling. I had insured the item, which they accepted but then the claim went into a never ending string of excuses and supposed escalation of authorisation from claims supervisor, to claims manager, to commercial director, and the only way to obtain payment was to issue legal proceedings in the small claims court. So be warned!

Save your time, money and sanity! Day 2 of no pick up for an international express delivery. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER!!!! Ok, well they have live chat that they hide behind and after day 2 of no pick up of my parcel, they just said tomorrow I can re-book again (!!!), or get refunded. They really do not care at all!! I will NEVER use this terrible company again.
