I don’t like to put any reviews but this one has gone beyond any limits They took my money Asked me to wait all day Never came to pick up They were not nice about it at all Didn’t want to give me my money back Lied many times Please don’t have the massive stress – don’t deal with them

I had a parcel, which wasn't delivered as they said it was missing documents which it wasn't. Apart from the initial cost paid, I also had to pay an extra £10 to have it returned to me. WORST service!

I waited in all day for my delivery I checked online status said delivered, so what obviously happened is delivery driver likely signed for it himself and lo and behold got himself a nice iPhone , hope they check his gprs to see if he even came by my address then il see neighbour for cctv fingers crossed and put it all on youtube for the world to see, unless theres a street with same name as mine lool ,thing is its obvious by size and weight whats in the parcels, find my iPhone app is turning out to be such fun im told

Worst parcel mediator company. Used this for 2 months for my e-Commerce business delivering upto 50 parcels a month and service was so bad I have decided to stick to Royal Mail for international as well as UK deliveries. Unreliable, lack of information when a parcel is undelivered, Poor customer service. STAY away from it if you want to maintain goodwill with your customers

We moved country, the boxes arrived late, destroyed and 1 box in particular hasn't arrived yet. We paid extra money to ensure it and to be delivered after 3 days. 8 days later we haven't received the box and when we complained they argued that they needed an invoice that proves the value. What the point in paying extra to be delivered early and to insure an item if they don't respect the agreement! The all service has been a disaster so far so we were expecting apologies, not additional problems. We move country every 3 years and it is the first time we used parcel2go. It will be the last time. What we didn't know either is that they will subcontract other crapy companies to do their job once the boxes crossed the border. Avoid this company!!!

I currently have 2 parcels posted to 2 different European countries on the same day 3rd July 2018. In both cases the parcel was lost but miraculously were found & so say continued their journey & are now marked as delivered. My claims for compensation were then dismissed. The parcels were not returned to me & both customers say they have not received them. I have asked for evidence of delivery such as signature etc. No such proof has been given. It seems like a cop out to me. Just mark it delivered. I have contacted the chat line on numerous occassions & whilst getting through quite quickly am left holding for up to 55 minutes. I am looking for an ombudsman now to recover my loss.

If i could i wouldn't give this company any stars absolutely appalling company and service would never recommend, i sent a parcel to be delivered to China at the beginning of June 2018 and parcel is still not delivered and don't think the insurance will help either that all falls away even if its their fault, now they are trying to charge me extra as please see email below "Thank you for your email. Any additional cover taken out at the time of booking is for loss or damage of a parcel, this does not cover if a parcel cannot be cleared through customs and is disposed of. As advised if the parcel cannot be cleared and delivered your options are to either return the parcel back to you or have it disposed of in which charges will apply for both options. The parcel is not lost or damaged and waiting to be cleared by your recipient. Please advise how you wish to proceed as the deadline has passed and the parcel can automatically be returned or disposed of at any time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and I look forward to hearing from you" BE WARNED DON'T USE!!!

lost 2 parcels on the same ticket. cant find on their website where to get refunded. one was insured for £160 but they want proof of value, non delivery and ticket no. They had all of these when they took the business, so why put the onus on me to supply (again) ? They are only as good as their drivers. I had one parcel for me delivered to my house no. but on another street. The house was empty and up for sale . It was only when the owner returned to check his post that he found the parcel on his doorstep. All I could get out of P2G was the driver has delivered it. Yes - but to the wrong address. I wont use myherpes via p2p they are appalling.

parcel2go.com where do you think I should start Well the answer is not use this company at all unless you want 2 to 3 days delayed collection and up to a week delayed delivery even though I paid extra insurance £11 to guarante a 7 day deliver they still don’t want to know or issue a refund All I can say is that these a bunch of idiots Now I am instructing a solicitor to put them straight A’s I don’t feel they belong trading

Seven days to find out my parcel was being returned (no reason given) I called live chat and after nearly one hour I was fobbed off with them saying it will take a further 1-2 working days just to tell me where my parcel was and why it was being returned. They kept saying "we will refund you" which does not help my standing with my customers. I see P2G has a 63% one star rating. How come there site shows 4.9 stars when you Google them? Does management ever read these reviews? Do they even care? I think not. Shocking customer service. I asked for a transcript of my live chat to be emailed to me. Of course that was not sent.

The worst courier in the uk , pay your money and forget it, have an issue forget it they do not care.Pay for international courier at your peril. I tried them again after the one time i must have been crazy to thing they could not be worse than the first time. Customer service they do not care just give us your money

This is one of the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. Never want to resolve any intern problem or any other issues properly... Don't even expect to get your money back if your parcel has been damaged or missing they will ask you everything impossible and find a reason not to fulfil their obligations.

terrible, just terrible. Just dont do it. they are terrible. parcel was collected by Hermes, who prompty "lost" it at the depot. Thank goodness i insured it at full value and if you are foolish enough to use parcels 2 go i highly recommend that you do the same. Just dont trust these unaccountable oafs with your valuables.

Don’t waste your money and time. Plenty of decent couriers available out there. Don’t be next disappoint customer. They lost my parcel, contact with them is only by live chat. Worst experience ever.

Don't use them. As they rely on third party couriers the blame is easy to pass when they do achieve. Out of a total of 20 parcels sent 3 were either late or didn't arrive and caused me no end of grief on ebay. Not wirht the dice roll and will only use proper service in future - Worth paying a bit more with someone with a decetn reputation.

Have a look at their list of items on prohibited items and no-compensation list. In essence almost everything that you can think of is on this list which in essence means that if you have a reason to claim you will be refused compensation. Shocking that this practice is legal, all you can do is use some other shipper and read their list of items not covered should an issue arise(the small print that most of us don't look at as we assume it will be fair, we don't have the time, it will be things like batteries/dangerous substances/firearms ect.) THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!- USE THEM AT YOUR PEARL!!!.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would like to give ZERO stars but it won't allow me. I arranged a pallet collection, they arrived on the wrong day, I cancelled as I did not want another repeat perfomance. They tried to charge me for a missed collection which was their fault. I provided CCTV footage and after lots and lots of live chat sessions and emails back and forth, I eventually received a partial Refund, then more emails, then another partial refund, then more emails then another partial and final refund. No Telephone number to Call just email or Live Chat. Rude, Uninterested Staff that insulate themselves from the problems they create. They make it easy to relieve you if your hard earned cash but very difficult to get a Refund. Do not touch this company with the Shitty end of a very long Bargepole, if you have any intelligence please save yourself some major Hassle & Stress, Avoid this company and use a more reputable one

Absolutely awful. We sent a wooden garden table with them. Packaged well and fully insured for the £226 cost. It arrived in pieces, looked like it had been dropped off of the back of the lorry. Awful customer service on live chat. Apparently the whole of the complaints department is 1 lady called Asha/Asa who seriously lacks any kind of customer service skill!!? It took a very very long time and a lot of emails for them to deal with my claim. Even then they wouldn't pay the full amount. We had 3 options given to us, none of which were a full refund. Disgusting. Will absolutely NEVER use them again. I wouldn't trust them not to break a feather pillow.....

AN HORROR AN HORROR. After three month. They finally found out they lost all the parcels. They lost it, found them, lost it again, lied to me, never bothered to send a text cause I am deaf, nada, nothing. Today I want my money back but they want proof of values...which is a shame. They made a mistake, I waited 3 months and I still need to do something for them to have some money back.. are you a real company? Never use them for the shake of it. It will save you money and time. Thanks. They ALWAYS REPLY ON TRUSTPILOT BEING NICE.... BUT THEY DONT HELP.
