“Words fail me to describe their CS. Paid ridiculous amount fo money for the same day collection, needless to say no one showed up. There's no tel number to contact the company, somehow managed to find a web chat service. Useless! The guy (support possibly in India) told me he cannot help me, I have to use online portal to decide what's going to happen with my parcel. Of course I've attempted to cancel the order, imagine what - they are trying to impose 6gbp cancellation fee on me for cancelling a service they have never delivered...?! I've just opened a dispute through PayPal. Terrible, terrible experience deepen by their shambolic customer service.”

Takes your money and doesn’t fulfil his end of the contract. When I weighed the parcel it was actually 27 kg but I rounded up to 30kg in case of error. I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the parcel weight and size. “Do not use avoid like covid!!! Booked for a parcel to be picked up and delivered, received the labels through email. Was waiting from 11am to 6pm. Nobody came, I called dpd at 5:40,the company I selected through parcel conpaire, asking if their driver was on its way and they told me that they didn’t have any date other than pick up point and delivery address, The driver never turned up, they told me to take it up with parcel compare, so I tried tht but parcel compare had no way of contacting them directly no telephone number no online chat just an email address. Now two days later after my package was supposed to be collected I received an email from parcel compare telling me that the pick up failed, when we waited all day for the driver that never turned up, asking me to rearrange pick up. I’m trying to get a refund because they didn’t provide me with the service they were co reacted to, my parcel was supposed to arrive on mo day with my customers and now I’ve had to rebook it with an other company so it won’t arrive until end of the week. Complete joke, do not use parcel compare unless you want to lose customer, headaches and lose money ! Avoid at all cost go directly to ups, dhl or post office do not use them at any cost. I’ve also put in a complaint with .gov.uk complaints system. Not happy at all ! Took them 2 days after pick up to send me that message!”

When I countered this with evidence, they proceeded to ignore the evidence and provide a copy/paste generic message of their findings. Apparently having evidence of correct measurements doesn’t mean anything for this company.
I dealt with a person by the name of Lewis Enfield - who is abhorrently terrible at his job and doesn’t know how to read a message nor understand the basic mathematics of measurements. I’d have a better chance of getting the message across to a cat!
You are honestly much better off going to a competitor courier company than to deal with these crooks. Look for a company with decent reviews and take your chance on them instead of ParcelCompare.. or rather ParcelScampare.
Update: This company is actively trying to flag 1-2 star reviews to get them removed. Notice how all the invited reviews give 5 stars and note the name 'Kate Hunter' all the time. Many of us have used ParcelCompare service, but haven't received a link to review them - which makes me question the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews. Avoid at all costs!”

The parcel dimensionson my on order were: 118cm x 67cm x 10cm & 34kg.
The Actual Parcel Dimensions were: 115cm x 65cm x 8cm & 33.4kg.
(I always increase the "Order Dimensions" by a small amount to give some leeway)
Parcel Compare now claims the following:
"Your shipment was audited by the carrier and found to be larger than you originally declared.
292.0 x 64.0 x 16.0 cms, Actual weight: 34.00 Kg and Volumetric Weight: 60.00 kg"
So my parcel has "Grown by 174cm" that is 1.74Mt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
