“Do not use this company. I paid for a delivery and put in specific dimensions and weight.
They outsource and told me that UPS had audited my parcel and wanted to charge me an additional £125. The original fee was only £30.
Luckily I hadn’t unpacked the item and was able to take photos and weigh the parcel.
Complete fraudsters, stay well clear and use a direct reputable company.”

“I recently requested that a parcel containing credit cards be delivered sealed securely and promptly to Israel. However, the package was delivered a week late with the contents wide open for anyone in the delivery chain to access. When I took this to the complaints department, they blamed it on the packaging. This was a complete lie as the packaging was checked with the delivery personnel before it was sent. I would never use this service again and would not recommend its services.”

Of course I've attempted to cancel the order, imagine what - they are trying to impose 6gbp cancellation fee on me for cancelling a service they have never delivered...?! “I paid , ask to come at 18th november, they arrive , knok the door , I open the door, the man just jump into the van and run away . I rebook for the next day , they didnt come and send me another e-mail to rebook again . The link to rebook doesn’t work . There is no phone number to call . The support doesn’t care! “I was just charged £6 for nothing, as I had to update my order and there is no option anywhere to call I selected to cancel immediately after booking. They still haven't refunded me, but state I am to be charged for cancellation. I have now ordered via Transglobalexpress who call with courtesy and have ensured my order and payment ks secure while this website is holding my money for nothing. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank, as at no point was I warned there is a cancellation fee at the point of sale.”

I entered the correct dimentions and weight of my parcel on their website and booked the courier. Then I was chared three times as much when they incorrectly claimed my parcel weighed 40kg not 22kg.”
“This is some kind of scam - I booked up yesterday paid 20 GBP to have a document collected and delivered within 2 UK locations by UPS and no courier turned up. I tried to contact parcelcompare and other than the portal there is no one to call or ask. So I phoned UPS and they had no order from Parcelcompare at all. So I to cancel the delivery which is what they recommend and I got charged 6 GBP for the privilege. So they earn 6gbp for nothing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS>”
“Parcel not collected on arranged day, 3 days later.
UPS were the carriers, should have bought label, said he would put it on parcel in van, he didn't.
As a consequence, parcel lost.
Collected from me on October 19th, never been seen since.
Despite numerous attempts, they have failed to locate my parcel.
Only the shipper can initiate an investigation with UPS.
November 11th, still no trace.

“They managed to deliver my 30KG parcel ok to Eire, but Ive just received a standard email (which could have easily been deleted) advising another £345 will be debited, because their carrier TNT have advised them (after delivery) the parcel was 728 KG (nearly 3/4 ton) I have to now prove this is incorrect to reverse this with a picture of the parcel on a weighing scale, even if this was the case it should have been flagged or refused during sorting, not after delivery, it seems to me a clear scam that some will fall for, or not even realise is occurring
So I can only currently advise to approach this company with extreme caution”
“Do not use AVOID at all costs. They took my collection and drop off point, they took my money even sent me the pdf to print off the labels. But they never sent the collection details to the actual courier. So my parcel wasn’t collected and here I am a week later sending daily emails (as they conveniently have no telephone number to be reached on) Tamanpreet Singh is a scam artists. Takes your money and doesn’t fulfil his end of the contract. Then he sends you emails full of grammatical mistakes and tries to lay the blame on the courier company when he never sent off the data they needed in order to do the pick up and delivery.”

“The collection and delivery went fairly well. The problem came a few days later when I was asked to pay a substantial extra amount of money. My 30kg parcel had been weighed at 123 kg buy TNT. When I weighed the parcel it was actually 27 kg but I rounded up to 30kg in case of error. I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the parcel weight and size. Clearly this was impossible as it had already been delivered to its destination. I refused to pay the extra and after several weeks they agreed not to charge me, this they said, was a gesture of goodwill. I would not recommend them.”
