“This company is a scam. There are no phone numbers or trading addresses and the parent company offices listed in London do not exist.
Follow the trail on their website and you will see almost anything you want to send is in fact excluded from the insurance they claim to offer for free!
And with no head office how can you claim through the courts?”
“We sent a box to the USA and AFTER it was delivered DHL who Parcelcompare used to send our box said it was bigger than we said and nearly DOUBLE the weight
A weight an OAP like myself could not LIFT to weigh in the first place
Parcelcompare asked for photographic evidence from us of our box but REFUSED to give any from DHL !!
This has gone on for over 2 weeks and causing us OAP’s great stress which with us being in the highest Covid tier is terrible

“Waiting since 4/11 to send me a package through TNT. They picked the package from UK, they gave us TNT tracking number and the status of tracking is still up-to today 14/11 COLLECTING. They informed us that they lost the package and that they ll refund us the shipping charge. They item is gone. Tough luck. Our mistake to chose them to send it.
Updated: 28/11 today after 15 email exchanges with Parcelcompare and 200 excuses (they told me they lost it and shall wait few days to search for it, then that they can refund shipping cost but not the item, then that i have to show proof that they got it from my cousin, then that i have received the item so case is closed, then they are looking our matter with the carrier, then we must present more proof of evidence and that they cannot do anything further) i decided to forget it as they dont even reply anymore. Thank God item cost only 65€ and shipping 40€.

I do understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I am sorry but unfortunately I cannot investigate further without correct evidence of collection as it is required to forward to the carrier in such cases.
I have emailed the carrier many times and they are asking for proof of collection as there are no scans available for this shipment.
If this document can be provided then we can process an investigation with the carrier and search for them.

“I wont be in a hurry back to use parcelcompare again. Paid via paypal which was fine. Never got a printable label or despatch number so had to pay a second time when parcel taken to local drop of point. It might only be £4.66 that I've lost but at the same time it's very disappointing.”

They outsource and told me that UPS had audited my parcel and wanted to charge me an additional £125. The original fee was only £30.
Luckily I hadn’t unpacked the item and was able to take photos and weigh the parcel.

“I recently requested that a parcel containing credit cards be delivered sealed securely and promptly to Israel. However, the package was delivered a week late with the contents wide open for anyone in the delivery chain to access. When I took this to the complaints department, they blamed it on the packaging. “I paid , ask to come at 18th november, they arrive , knok the door , I open the door, the man just jump into the van and run away . I rebook for the next day , they didnt come and send me another e-mail to rebook again . The link to rebook doesn’t work . There is no phone number to call . The support doesn’t care! “I was just charged £6 for nothing, as I had to update my order and there is no option anywhere to call I selected to cancel immediately after booking. They still haven't refunded me, but state I am to be charged for cancellation. I have now ordered via Transglobalexpress who call with courtesy and have ensured my order and payment ks secure while this website is holding my money for nothing. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank, as at no point was I warned there is a cancellation fee at the point of sale.”

I entered the correct dimentions and weight of my parcel on their website and booked the courier. Then I was chared three times as much when they incorrectly claimed my parcel weighed 40kg not 22kg.”
“This is some kind of scam - I booked up yesterday paid 20 GBP to have a document collected and delivered within 2 UK locations by UPS and no courier turned up. I tried to contact parcelcompare and other than the portal there is no one to call or ask. So I phoned UPS and they had no order from Parcelcompare at all. So I to cancel the delivery which is what they recommend and I got charged 6 GBP for the privilege. So they earn 6gbp for nothing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS>”
“Parcel not collected on arranged day, 3 days later.
UPS were the carriers, should have bought label, said he would put it on parcel in van, he didn't.
As a consequence, parcel lost.
Collected from me on October 19th, never been seen since.
Despite numerous attempts, they have failed to locate my parcel.
Only the shipper can initiate an investigation with UPS.
November 11th, still no trace.
