poor excuse for a parcel delivery company ,i cant believe this is what our royal mail post office offers.sold a mobility scooter on ebay and it turned up at the adress with bits smashed all over it,funny enough the part that was worst affected was not shown on the delivery photos ,the carry handle on the back was so bent the scooter would not unfold ,looked like it was crushed by a forklift .parcelforce offer a customer service number but there is no option to speak to an advisor ,its ridicolous and very frustrating.terrible ,terrible service total stress and frustration.oh and it was a day late !!

Parcelforce lied about an attempted delivery. Disappointing to see a company resorting to tactics like this. I was gardening within 6 feet of my front door all day today. My security cameras show me working. No Parcelforce van came down the drive today. No calling card was left as nobody actually attempted to deliver anything. Quote "We attempted to deliver your parcel ZR1183336 on Wednesday 20th March at 16:53 but no one was available. Your parcel will wither have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel stats will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next" I called Parcelforce but their automated system doesn't have an option to complain or speak to anyone. So what next, maybe another day off work to wait in ?

tracking said parcel would be delivered between 11 & 12. was in all morning. ring doorbell let's me know if anyone gets near the door. Tracking changes to "we tried to deliver but you wasn't home"... no you didn't you liar or there would be a card in my letterbox wouldn't there?. I'd rather they was honest and said look we're under staffed or couldn't be bothered etc than bare face lie and try and make it look like my fault!... I hate being forced to use this company.

Had to return hospital home monitoring equipment. Received a message they’ll come between 1-3pm they didn’t turned up. Then they told the hospital I wasn’t available. Which is clearly a lie. Hospital booked again for them to pick up the parcel 2 days later. Again I received a text saying they’ll come between 3-4pm. I phoned the hospital to prove I was in at 3:45pm they had already left a message saying customer wasn’t available. I’m so angry and disappointed because I stayed at home for 2 day’s waiting for these unreliable people. I’m sure soon you’ll see them in a panarama documentary with their lies.

Had a delivery on 24 hour express overnight. 2 days later it’s still not arrived. It’s needed for a business and so far clocked up £50 in staff wages overtime waiting for it. Unable to access address. They deliver to us regularly in a town centre and drove past yesterday and today. He just went home early! Customer service lady has assured it will come tomorrow but no apology. It’s not good enough for the price they charge and the breakages they cause. As it’s the carrier our supplier uses we have no choice but given the choice we would avoid at all costs.

Picked up, flagged as on way to depot then nothing. A ‘search’ was undertaken, nothing found. After chasing I was told to put a claim in. Then 3 weeks after entering the parcelforce system my item appeared for sale on eBay. Hours spent trying to get something done as I have loads of pics with conclusive marks to prove it’s the same item. Parcelforce quickly agreed to pay out but all I want is the item I bought. Now as PF have agreed to pay the claim the Police say PF would need to contact them not me, somehow I don’t think this is going to happen. Messaged them about this yesterday, no reply today. I won’t be using them again. BTW the item sold quickly on eBay before I knew about the claim payout otherwise I’d have bought it again, ironically the seller listed Parcelforce for delivery, you can only hope for karma.

Like many other parcels being shipped by this farce of a service, has yet again been lost in transit. Sat in the depot now for a week and not moved, tried calling but it looks like the phone has been thrown away and it’s an empty point. Total and utter shambles of a company.

Absolute scam!!! Posted via royal mail and tracked the parcel as it was due to be delivered. There is a scammed who is using they profile and scamming customers into paying customs fees and you never get your parcel. After hours on the phone I managed to find out there is no depot in South Africa, they use the SA postoffice which anyone who lives there is non existent. If you want to post via royal mail make sure you know who they are partnering with for the delivery!!!

Yesterday I booked for a parcel to be collected for international shipping. I paid for the shipping. Early the next day I got an email saying I'd made an error with a code I'd provided, but I wasn't told which code it was so I couldn't correct it. I rang Parcelforce six times to try to find out which code was incorrect. On three occasions I got to talk with real people, one of whom was no help, and one who gave me incorrect information, and one who advised me I would get the best service via their Chat service. I tried the Chat service two times and on both times my contact was shut down after 10 minutes waiting time (with no reply from any agent) and I was given a survey "HELP US IMPROVE!" to complete. My battle now is getting the 79 pound refund. I strongly caution anyone on using Parcelforce.

Parcelforce services are opaque and non transparent. in my recent experience the agent that sold me the service was un trained and lacked knowledge in the variety of services and mis sold me a service that was totally unsuitable and did not provide what I explicitly asked for. I asked for an item of high value ( jewellery) to be sent fully tracked, insured and signed for and paid for extra insurance. I send in the post office frequently, but usually within the UK. The staff know what I am sending as you declare it and consign it with the customs form attached. They sold me the Global Value service which is not tracked at all. Also NO services on Parcelforce are suitable for jewellery and no compensation will ever be paid. The unthinkable happened. The parcel is lost / late 6 weeks since sending. Parcelforce sent me a dismissive 4 line email when I claimed loss that I was not covered. I paid, needlessly for extra insurance which cost an extra £15 for a cover that was never going to honoured anyway. There is no re imbursement for the postage if an item doesn't arrive on most services . They have taken weeks to reply and I still have no updates whatsoever. it is like playing the lottery sending overseas with this company. Terrible, cold and robotic customer care and responses. Would NEVER, NEVER recommend this courier to anyone. They urgently should train their staff / post office agents who sell on their behalf their products so they sell them correctly. I lost over £800 AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE 2 HOOTS.

A big box of plants arrived at my door in Edinburgh. There were clear instructions on the outside saying there were plants inside and to keep the box a certain way up. Those were completely ignored and left the wrong way up and if it hadn't been for excellent packing by the garden company I would have lost many of the plants.

Couriers are the ultimate downfall of e-commerce. I booked with Parcelforce because I thought they had a good reputation, and I used Trustpilot to conclude that—mistake number one. Ultimately, the order I shipped to an eBay customer in Wales using a 24-hour Parcelforce label was not delivered because the driver couldn't find the address. A postcode with ten houses, which he apparently couldn't find, now deemed as the incorrect address for an eBay customer who has over a 1000 buying feedback score. The driver couldn't be bothered to locate the correct house, and now, four days late, the order sits in the Parcelforce sorting office with "error" on the tracking. I contacted Parcelforce, and they wouldn't hold the driver accountable nor contact the buyer to confirm the location. I'm informed that Parcelforce drivers do not have work mobile phones but are allowed personal mobile phones. My advice, avoid Parcelfarce.

Never, never again ! I sent a letter with the Global express option on 21/02 for £47 and after 1 week, it's still not arrived! And when I want to raise a claim, I am asked evidences that I can't provide (such as invoices), while inside were important legal documents that do not come with invoices! Terrible service. Never again!
