“Why cant you just leave it outside the door?
Not all of us are in and we cant all access the post office. Also have you seen the queues?
I got to rate Hermes parcel service for leaving deliveries front of my door and taking a photo of proof.
I doubt I will use parcelforce again.”
“Absolutely horrendous experience. They rearranged my delivery 4 times and didn’t deliver. Newport depot promised 2 of those deliveries and after waiting in all day there was no show! Tracked my delivery and it would change to addressee advised to collect??? The manager of depot refused to speak to me I wonder why? This went on for 13 days constant phone calls and wasting my time waiting in all day!! Absolutely shocking customer service would never order anything that’s delivered by parcel force again! Oh and the excuse was the driver couldn’t get it in the van!!”
“Waiting for delivering and cannot compromised with their time schedule, they sent message the parcel delivering today between 4-5pm but waiting till now nothing, after 8pm the driver appeared and the box damage and the content inside also marked I believe some of the employer decided to cut the box to check the contents inside box and also by doing that cut up part of the contents.”

“The worst company EVER !!!!! Drivers don't ring a door bell. Just getting msgs on phone "We attempt the delivery bit no one was available " and I'm in my home, sitting and waiting for them. “My delivery driver went to the wrong door and no one answered the door at the address, so my delivery driver gave the card with further information to another house, thankfully I know the person”

They sent a text saying they will come between 10 and 11am and they never turned up. I called them 3 times and they have no iformation where the driver is and whether the parcel will be delivered. absolutely circus!!”
“So, an expensive parcel was sent recorded to be signed for through Parcelforce. It was signed for but I didn't receive it. So I need to know where it is.
My challenge to the world is this, try and find a number so you can speak to an actual person so you can explain your problem and locate your undelivered parcel.

“Worst experience ever!! Paid EXTRA money WITH insurance to get a PlayStation sent carefully to the buyer, box was extremely damaged upon arrival to the buyer, and 2 of the controllers were damaged to the point of being no use at all whatsoever! Buyer had to buy new controllers, and Parcelforce refused to refund me due to the fact that they require ‘polystyrene’ to package the contents, this was never mentioned to me when they were happy to take my money for the postage and insurance, and just like to try and point it out AFTER they have damaged your parcel. I appealed it saying no one had mentioned this to me upon purchasing the insurance and postage, they then replied saying it had to be double packed with 2 boxes not 1 (this was a new excuse to the one they had emailed before) and just kept repeating themselves about their terms and conditions on their website. Who goes to the post office and looks up terms and conditions before posting an item, you are expected to be told this when paying for it!!! Had to pay out of my own pocket for the controllers the buyer had paid for, so what was the point of me sending with Parcelforce? Will NEVER use again over my dead body, and would have been better off driving to the location and handing the package over myself”
“We were advised that our parcel would arrive between 1300 and 1400. Tracking system showed the driver a few miles away but suddenly disappeared from the system. 1900 and no parcel. No way of speaking to a human in customer service. Will my parcel arrive tomorrow? Who knows. What a lousy, useless excuse for a courier service.”
“If i had the option i would not even give 1 star. I have been told they are unable to deliver a parcel to us as our delivery route has been changed to between 1pm - 6pm. When advised we are a business that works Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm they could not help. Eventually agreed they would pit it on a pre 5pm delivery for today. Now been advised that it has been returned to the sender as they could not deliver it on Saturday!!!!!!!. Requested a manager to call me back last Friday still waiting.”
“The WORST service EVER! I went to pick up a shipment from Parcelforce East Depot in London. The first employee, short with blond hair, was very rude. She said my package was at the depot, but there was a set delivery date on Monday (today is Saturday!). So I have to wait another two days. And she couldn't give me my parcels, even though he was with them! I asked to speak to a manager. The clerk said the manager told her to find and give me my box now. What is this manager that did not want to show his face and speak with a customer? Half an hour later, the little clerk returned and said they could not find my parcels. I'll probably pick it up on Monday. Very rude, looking with evil eyes, without any smiles. And the second employee, tall with black hair, was struggling to work. For 30 minutes, she did not smile at any client! And one of the employees in the depot came and began to touch her waist and down.
What is this manager that did not want to show his face and speak with a customer?

“My parcel went from Nashville to Heathrow via Miami quicker than it travelled from Coventry to Nuneaton (10 miles). They contacted me to say it would be delivered between 11.40 & 12.40 today - no sign!!
Tracked the package on line to be told it is between 7 am & 7 pm. Why text me to say otherwise? We have waited in on the basis of their text.”

“Ordered a redelivery, never came. Raised a complaint, another week goes by, parcel delivered along with another parcel. When I open the second parcel, it’s for someone else, with my name and address stuck over the top. (I have refurbished a house, so get a lot of parcels). Complain again and ask them to collect.... another load of questions about the sender, the recipient blah, blah. I don't know! It’s not my parcel- just take it away and deliver to the poor person waiting for it. Awful service, don’t use them.”
“Absolutely abysmal service!!! Arranged for a parcel to be collected over a week ago and NO DRIVER TURNS UP. I've spoken to the online help 7 times now each time they promise it will be collected the next day and promise to upgrade my service. STILL NO DRIVER AGAIN! I've asked to speak to someone in charge but apparently they don't have anyone in charge or any phone number to complain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Just to add after speaking to a supervisor tonight apparently the guaranteed delivery doesn't mean the delivery is guaranteed it actually means if your parcel is not delivered at the right time they will give you your money back. Not sure if that is false advertising or just plain fraud either way it's not a great business ethic to work to.”
