DHL and others are way better.
Failed to redeliver an item despite asking for this service twice.
No card in post box to provide evidence that they had actually visited my address.
Can't speak to a human being to address the issues, utterly shambolic.”
“I’ve been waiting for my parcel (200£) for 7 days and it was finally delivered today.
But there was neither a call not a email notice saying what day it is coming.
I expected it to be 27 of April and indeed they tried but failed to deliver it, although I was at home!
And they now offering to pick it up at the post office paying 1£ for it, although they should not be charging anything for it was their fault!
So now anyone should pay 1£ for your greatest service, for not getting job done, nice business guys!
You seem to not know your job at all!
And you didn’t even care to send an email!
Now I don’t have any chance to pick it as I’m leaving the country for 2 months.

“Rubbish. They came at 11.06 today. My, at home husband, spoke to them through ring doorbell, as he is unable to come to the door due to ill health, asked them to leave the parcel in the porch. He did not reply and took it away to a local post office. I now have got to go chasing after my box of chocolate bars, which I can't do until tomorrow. I won't use them again! Every other company asks for a safe place to leave it: my enclosed porch. Worth paying slightly more for the DPD guys...or indeed anyone else.”
“Not in when delivery attempted on Friday - lucky to be in on Monday and chatted to the driver - he admitted they're rubbish, will not leave any parcels, will only reroute to a local post office (of their choice) but will then cost you £1 to pick up. Great!”
“Awful service - paid for tracked 24 hr service which arrived 4 days late damaged and broken by Parcelforce. Because this was glass they are stating that this is excluded in their compensation which is not mentioned anywhere in help & advice only when there has been an issue and they have broken glass and damaged a frame as a result .

“Quite possibly the worst service I have ever recieved has been from parcel force. I had to call well over 10 times to be sent on a wild goose chase for a package that was apparently tracked but not a single advisor could tell me where it had gone to. Just deflecting me to random post office around the area while they never got around to the cause. Meanwhile they have not offered a refund for the package or the multiple times I payed to have it redelivered.
Absolute terrible company. I would not advise anyone use them and will be telling everyone what I know the same thing.”
“Parcelforce collected a parcel from us for delivery on the 20th March. It is now 17th April and the parcel has still not been delivered to its destination.. The parcel is large, it cost us over £500 to buy just 3 months earlier. We chose Parcelforce thinking it was a reputable company how wrong we were. I now intend taking Parcelforce to court.”

They are totally incompetent. As with the other reviewers they say they attempt delivery but instead just shove a card through the letterbox saying 'we missed you'. I was in all day. When i requested a specific day to be delivered that i was going to be in they instead tried to deliver it the day before. I wasn't in. Now it's gone back to the depot for me to pick up as they won't deliver anymore. The depot is 30 miles away!
Not only that but when i tried to get them to leave it in a safe place i couldn't do that because you have to register and the website and app were down!!!!!
Please steer well clear of this company. They are lacking in any ability to carry out their job.”

i sent a parcel to Brazil which was worth about 200£, i paid everything from England and when my package arrived in Brazil, i was informed that i still have to pay a fee of 250£.......

“Delivery booked for Thursday. Told it was to be between 17.11 and 18.11. When I tracked it the map showed driver was just along the road from us - but it never arrived! Tried to talk to customer service TWICE but couldn't get through. Now of course it's gone back to depot and hopefully will be delivered today! We wait in hope. What a service!!!”
“My cousin sent me through Parcel Force on November Louis Vuitton hand bag for Christmas ( she bought insurance for package) package got lost( I understand that can happen, but they don’t want to give us money back for what was insured) Parcel Force didn’t respond us for over 5 months!
We called and emailed so many times! I highly don’t recommend Parcel Force! We have to hire lawyer to help us to get money back!!

“I can see by the other reviews that I am far from alone in my negative experience with this company, will anything change though? Was expecting a delivery before Easter but they put a card through the door instead to say that they had taken my delivery to the local post office, which was then closed for the entire Easter period. Had to take time off work to collect it. What's wrong with following the instructions and leaving it in the safe place (as every other delivery company seems to be capable of doing). On contacting Parcelforce I was told that the seller had requested that parcels are not to be left, the seller is saying that Parcelforce is at fault, but from these reviews I can make my own mind up. Will be enquiring from future sellers who they use to deliver their products and will be avoiding Parcelforce wherever possible.”
“Their customs process is flawed. Currently trying to pay what i owe BUT i have to wait for a letter to be delivered from Parcelforce first, so i can call them and tell them the number on the letter that they sent. I'm just praying that it is not up to Parcelforce to deliver this letter, to be honest i am slightly worried at their ability to post it..... “I pad for express24 delivery at 14:38, 5th April 2023, so the recipient should received it sometime on 6th March 2023. Their website also states guaranteed I day delivered. I tracked the parcel on 6th March 2023 and it stated it was still at the depot. I contacted their customer services and was told it would not be delivered until Tuesday 11th 2023, so rather than 24 hours, over 100. If you pay for a guaranteed 24 hour delivery, that is what you are supposed to get. The person on their helpdesk, was very unhelpful, I though a help desk is to do what it says "help". As Parcel Force have broken the law (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Fraud Act 2005), I have informed them by way of the CEO's of both Royal Mail (ceo.office@royalmail.com), Parcel Force (aaron.r.barnes@royalmail.com) and Parcel Force's customer service director, (susan.howlett@royalmail.com), that I am taking legal action against them. If they brought something with a 12 month guarantee and the supplier did not honour it, what would they do? Unlike most if someone kicks me, I kick them back.”

“I was expecting a delivery on the afternoon of 3/4/2023 by Parcelforce and remained at home to receive it.
Whilst at home I received a text message from Parcelforce stating they attempted to make the delivery but were unable to do so as nobody was at home and that the driver left a card at my house indicating how to arrange re delivery etc.
Firstly nobody from Parcelforce visited my home and no card had been left.
Through their telephone automated service I have arranged for the parcel to be delivered to a local post office this Wednesday 5/4/2023… we shall see how that progresses.
The information In Parcelforces text to me about a driver attempting to make a delivery and leaving a card is a blatant falsehood.
Out of curiosity I decided to research reviews on Parcelforce and there is a wealth of evidence provided by people that paints a picture of a woeful incompetent business. It is apparent from the reviews and my own experience that they engage in being dishonest with customers and treat them with contempt.
My advice to any business is to reflect seriously about using Parcelforce to make your deliveries and to any individual making a purchase to enquire from who is supplying them who they will be using to deliver your parcel.
If it’s Parcelforce think again.

“Not a service I enjoy unfortunately the seller used parcelforce it’s a pain as they drive off if not in all other delivery firms would of left it in enclosed porch website didn’t give me a safe place choice so bad for environment and I went to collect it and it shuts at 14:00 dose not open early either so two trips not impressed with the service I would of expected from this company.”

Was expecting a parcel , at home was tracking. Suddenly message delivery attempted , not at home. Was at home,no attempt. Also have a concierge who accepts parcel if could not be delivered. Have done this before for Christmas parcel which was not delivered in time. Hope businesses look at the reviews and use reliable trustworthy alternative couriers.”
