This is now the forth bad experience we have has with parcelforce. We were lied to about our delivery not arriving, they honestly just don't seem to care. If we see something will be delivered with parcelforce now we just wont bother, it is not worth the stress and hassle.

Absolute joke. Downloaded the App giving clear instructions if no-one at home. Fall back is always that they will drop at a Post Office in the area. Waiting for three parcels from three different companies - wasn't aware all 3 were using PF. Not in on 2 occasions, parcels needed signature so safe place not an option, fair enough, but didn't bother with neighbours!! As three parcels wouldn't leave with local PO as too big (shoe box size!)….. now held at a depot 16 miles the other side of London and asking me to pay £12 for Saturday delivery. Joke of an operation - absolutely fuming - steer well clear!!! DPD are far more efficient and orderly.

I was out when Parcel force tried to deliver so a "where's my parcel" card was left. The lower corners of the card had been torn off, this is where the contact details for delivery are. I arranged a delivery, waited all day but no delivery. I then get told that the package has been returned to the sender.

Nobody know where my parcel or my driver is, and after taking time off work to wait for 3 god damn hours customer service says they'll call me back but calls at 7pm when the drivers aren't delivering anymore. Just to say they don't know what happened but the parcel wont arrive today. I can keep taking time off work to wait for this one parcel yeah? Can't choose a time for delivery, calling customer service takes forever to get information and no GPS tracking. Never ever ever using again if I can help it.

Parcel Farce, what a load of s****. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm Why does Adidas use them? I shall be complaining to them too, just for choosing this company. Everyone reading this should do the same - complain to the original company hiring them. Hopefully, they'll change their couriers if they get enough whingers. Seriously though, it took 8 days to deliver a parcel that was touted as next day delivery. So many phone calls, assurances and saying they'll try and make sure 'it goes out this time'. Insane service, how on Earth are these clowns still in business. 1 star actually looks glorious compared to their actual service.

on January 24, 2019 I sent a parcel through parcel force but 3 days later the same package was back in my house, I was informed that it was not possible to send the package because there was no connection with the other country, parcel force charged me £ 82.38 and so far have not returned anything, leaves much to be desired from a company like parcel force that does not do the job and gets the money, shame

Very poor Service, they tried to deliver my parcel which is far enough was unable to deliver them on both Occasions. But what struck most is rather then leaving my parcel at local post office, driver decide to take it all the way back to depo which is base in Basingstoke 42 miles away from my house in Swindon, when I asked why was it not left at local office response I was give was “driver might have not had time to drop it at your local post office or there is no local post office” been such big company it’s not good enough reason, driver should have used his common Sense of dropping parcel at local post office rather then me had to drive to Basingstoke depot to collect my parcel which end up costing me £20 on fuel. Absolutely joke I might had well collect my parcel from company. Please use common sense next time

Paid for Express 24 AM on 20/6/19 on a 6kg parcel to arrive by 12 noon 21/6/19. Cost of postage £21+. I dropped the parcel at 0945 into the local Nottingham depot at 10:51 on 20/6 and noted that it then travelled to a Coventry depot (North West Processing Centre) arriving 00:21 on 21/6. The next scan was at the Newcastle depot at 09:45 21/6. It has sat there all day until now at 1400hrs when the promise was to deliver by 12 noon today. That is what I paid for. Customer services tell me that there was a delay between Coventry and Newcastle which meant that deliveries had all been dispatched by 0945 today and no further drivers would be available. I have received a call from the Newcastle depot who say that a lorry broke down etc etc. So what do we have here ? A company that makes a promise, breaks a promise, and thinks that an apology for the inconvenience will suffice. The item in question was to arrive in Hexham by 12pm to catch a ride to Oban in Scotland as an urgent part for a boat that is taking on water. No amount of apologies will satisfy the emergency at the destination. I am told the parcel will be delivered tomorrow, a day late, and perhaps too late in the big picture. Should I believe that second promise ? Should I avoid using Parcelforce in future ? Rhetorical questions perhaps. I should mention that the quality of communication and professionalism of 'Paula' at the Newcastle depot(and her two colleagues in earlier conversations) who calling me twice to explain the situation and to apologise, was first class...unlike the dependability of the carrier service itself.

Posted in Rotherham 17/6/2019. 2 days later it goes to Coventry? Where it stays for 2 days then goes to Manchester which is 43 miles from Rotherham. Then put on transport to Inverness who then deliver it when they get it. We are flying overseas tomorrow!!!!.. Total time 7 days (IF it gets here).Still not delivered!! This is the worst company in the UK.

I paid for next day delivery for a package from B&Q in London. I waited all morning for my package and at 1pm. I got a text message saying that they attempted to delivery my package. This is false because I didn't move from my apartment, not even for 5 seconds and my intercom is working perfectly fine. I contacted customer service immediately. They said they would call me back. They never called back. I called again. they said they would tell the driver to come again. I waited and waited. The driver never arrived. I called again... and they told me that the driver went to the address 3 times. I am afraid that the driver is simply incompetent and couldn't find the right address. This company made me wait an entire day waiting for a package that never arrived. Customer service on the phone was not helpful.

Im extremely unhappy with the service they provide. The parcel was late one day and now I have to reschedule the whole thing. Because I can’t trust them with the dates anymore I decided to reschedule to my work and now have to wait 3-4 days, because it’s a different zone of the city. What a horrible day experience... Don’t recommend you this company If you work on time schedule.

i use/used Parcelforce every day for our manufacturing business, over a month ago now they lost a parcel that the goods took us two weeks to make and cost us the wages of the staff member for two weeks and they say it is at there depot somewhere lost. we have it insured for £100 not enough to cover the parcel but we did not expect it to get lost so this seemed good enough at the time NOT THAT IT WOULD HAVE MATTERED ANYWAY! so to cut this long story short its now 7 weeks later and we have used Resolver to help because they just ignore you on their website claims, they only reply you have to send them proof of the value a screen shot from Ebay or a receipt? this is after we have said at least 3 times we made the PARTS! and then we are told ok well how much profit did we make on the job!?? WHY? we insured it for a lot less than it cost us and you have admitted losing it but you say we are not entitled to the £100 because you take any profit we made out of this claim! so i have been told by the managing director this. Parcelforce will instead consider a compensation payment of the sales price less 20% so yes basically it don't matter what you insure the goods for because if like they have lost it and you cannot prove the value they don't accept a copy of the invoice to your customer, this is not acceptable evidence for them, so don't waste time they fob you off for as long as possible go straight to Resolver and you will feel less stressed and actually start getting somewhere. even if you have now had to pay that staff member for another 2 weeks to remake the parts and the cost of material you have had to replace and then that's ignoring the fact your customer is really cheesed of that his parts are late. but yes please take off any profit i may have MADE!

---------------------------------------- BEWARE OF PARCELFORCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been a customer of Parcelforce for over 40 years and took my item a heavy exterior sign to the local Post office and it was accepted and insured as a valid item. I had looked at an excluded items link on the Parcel Force site and the item was not on the list. My item got delivered over two days late and smashed to bits despite having foam each side and securely packed. I put two claims in, one for late delivery and one for total loss damage £150. Parcel Force then produced yet another link of uninsured items which is so huge it almost infringes the trades descriptions act of Parcelforce being a carrier. They refused to pay the damage claim and had the cheek to close off the two day late delivery claim as well. I reopened both claims and the late payment one was settled, the damage one after long wrangle they refused to pay. Below is the final response from the managing director's office which basically says we are an unregulated company so go away there's nothing you can do. They know full well that if we stuck to the limited list of items they will take and insure they would not have a business hence why at the local Post Ofiice they take everything for money. They are a law unto themselves so AVOID AT ALL COSTS but if you have issues then this is the CEO email address so don't bother with their complaints portal which is useless keeps freezing and crashing just go to the top. This was the extract from Mr Simpson's office ! Parcelforce Worldwide do not have a regulatory body or ombudsman as we operate in the non-regulated part of the market and all complaints are handled internally, in line with our terms and conditions of carriage. Your complaint has been responded to by the Managing Director’s Office, which represents the highest point of escalation within Parcelforce Worldwide. gary.simpson@parcelforce.com https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/parcelforce -------------------------------------------------------------

Only gave 1 star as zero wasn’t an option. Parcel supposed to be delivered by Parcelforce Friday then told Saturday but no parcel now Monday. Parcelforce obviously think people can just sit around waiting for their parcels. I seriously don’t know why businesses choose Parcelforce for their deliveries, they are useless.
