Used and paid extra for 24 hour delivery, they couldn't even do it in 48 hours. In fact 48 hours later and the tracking shows it hasn't even left the delivery depot. Absolute shambles, and this isn't the first time.”
“My brother passed away to suicide last year. Dad+2friends are meant to be doing a charity cycle ride from lands end to John o’groats but parcel force only delivered one of the bikes and said they can deliver the other two bikes on Monday but they had their whole route planned out with b&b’s booked. They raised over £5,000 for the charity MIND. This is disgraceful and disgusting! This is a worthy charity with a personal cause, it doesn’t seem hard to deliver all bikes together, when that was clearly implied. “Several times we received only 1 of 2 packages having to wait another day for the second package. Predicted Deliver times are always wrong. Either early or late. Tracking app doesn’t work. Even worse, when I called customer services they couldn.t have been less interested "it's been delayed - you'll have to make a claim once it arrives".

“I have been expecting a delivery from Parcel force. I hadn't heard back in a week, so I queried this. The sender told me that it had been recorded as TWO failed delivery attempts. I said that wasn't possible as someone was at home all day both days and no one left a card to say there had been an attempted delivery.
I called parcel force to complain and they apologised and said they would rearrange a delivery. The customer service lady asked for my number in case the driver had an issue and also asked for a safe place to keep the item in case I wasn't home.
I waited a further week, and nothing had been delivered! I called parcel force again and they said the attempted delivery had failed and the parcel had been returned to the sender. I AM FURIOUS! No one contacted me or even left a card to say they had been there. Either someone is lying, or the way Parcel force operates it a HUGE JOKE!
I contacted the sellers again and asked then to send it back (but not via parcel force). They still sent it by parcel force (annoyingly) and apparently there has already been one failed delivery attempt. AGAIN NO SORRY WE MISSED YOU CARD! UNBELIEVABLE.
PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCELS THROUGH PARCEL FORCE! Use DPD or myHermes. Trust me on this”
“Absolutely useless. They have no control over their drivers (who themselves are lazy, dishonest and work shy). They turned up 30 min before my timeslot, didn’t call, didn’t wait, and the tracker didn’t show they were there. I the turned up 10 min before what I knew my timeslot to be only to have the tracker update at the start of my timeslot saying they’d already been and gone. The driver then lied about coming back and refused to redeliver even when a manger got involved. Utter scum! My pacakage is fresh meat and when they redeliver tomorrow it will have to be binned. I’m disgusted by this service”
“Cannot fault Darren our Parcel force delivery man (Baldock delivery area)..Always has a smile and friendly no matter what the weather.. nothing too much trouble for him. We had a couple of really heavy deliveries and he put them exactly where we wanted which was so helpful. Items recieved were in good condition package wise. Very happy with service”

I was waiting for a parcel weighing 10,800 kg, but the courier delivered me only a piece of cardboard, which contained only my address and a sticker with a bar code. I asked the courier where the package was sent to me, they replied that he did not know, and I only have this piece of cardboard !!! I refused to accept this as a package !!!
We called so many times and received answers that they contacted us. In the end, we were told to send the list of things in the package to an email. We did everything they demanded of us, but received no response. Nobody ever called us by e-mail, and we did not receive a response from them.Absolutely no help with losing the package.!!! For 7 days I didn’t receive any response from the department.!!!”

“This seems to be the laziest courier company. I order online very often, and only for Parcelforce very often i need to go collect the parcel from a PO. It beats the purpose of home delivery. Just today, the delivery guys came dropped in a note without even ringing the bell - I was at home. When I called Customer Service and told them my mother was by the window and she saw someone approach the house but with no parcel and hence did not go to the door (thinking it was someone passing) the guy did not ring the bell, just dropped in the note quietly. I got an sms 10 mins later and rushed to the door. The CS lady refused to believe me, implying I am lying. She refused re-delivery, and when i got upset she cut the phone on me. I then complained to Wholefoods who were great, they found out about why he did not deliver the parcel and have made sure they redeliver. They did not deliver as he came when the food waste truck was in our lane, so could not bring the van in. The pkg is not very big or heavy and my lane is small, yet the guy walked to my house without the parcel to drop the note and thus did not even ring the bell. I wish wholefoods stops using them. Previous time despite instructions to leave with a neighbor I got a note to collect it, and they left it at the further PO. And at that time also refused re-delivery. Terrible service and even worse customer service.”

“My experience with Parcelforce has been so bad I would never use them again. I booked a home collection as the parcel was heavy and large. This is the email I sent to them "Unfortunately the parcel was not collected. I had to take it to a Post Office and it was quite big and bulky which is why I paid for a collection.
I waited in all day Monday, so on Tuesday morning I needed to go out. I rang Parcelforce Depot in Milton Keynes to see if it was actually going to be picked up. They could not reassure me that anyone was coming so advised me to take it to a Post Office!
This is the second time I have used Parcelforce to collect a parcel from my home, and they did not turn up last time either! I didn't think I could be that unlucky again, so I gave Parcelforce the benefit of the doubt and booked on Friday for collection on Monday. The window is 9am to 5pm so very restricting. How can they let you book a collection when they have no intention of collecting! I don't think the Milton Keynes Depot drivers like coming to Dunstable, however what about all the other Parcelforce vans that collect from Post Offices? Surely one of those could have popped into my road and picked it up.
Safe to say I dare not ever book a collection with Parcelforce again. I know it's not your fault. Rant over and I needed to get this off my chest and I think your managers should see what is going on, so please could you pass this message to those in charge." I have previously had a bad experience with Parcelforce when they delivered a Parcel that was absolutely destroyed and after filling out umpteen forms and sending photos I was never refunded or compensated! Stay clear!”
“My parcel being taken back to post office. I am elderly and have to go at least a mile !! there was no need for this he knows that they leave parcels on back porch disgusting he didnt even tr? I was coming up the road and I tried to get his attention but he just banged on door and jumped into van no attempt at all totally unlike other delivery companies absolute rubbish”
