I have autistic children who get very upset by someone knocking on the door . So I leave parcels for collection inside a safe porch . Parcels are clearly labelled and a note is left on the door to tell the driver. I have done this for years . I had a very rude unhelpful driver collect from my porch . He told me he would not collect from the porch in future. I complained to the Oxford depot. Absolutely useless. No help at all . Was told the driver felt uncomfortable. Other couriers happy to collect from a safe place. Why not parcel force . Why turn away business. Very upset by this . Parcel force don't care about customers at all . What if I was disabled or elderly and couldn't get to the door .

I wouldn't even give them one star. So I don't know what exactly happened. Here's the story: Delivery supposed to be made between 10am-11am today. Someone signed for it using my initials and it wasn't me. Contacted customer service and they said it's been signed for and that it had been delivered when it WASN'T. Left a note to my neighbours, no one fessed up. Luckily, managed to approach a parcel force driver and he gave me a number I could call. The operator was really helpful and managed to get the delivery driver to give it to me. I mentioned it to the delivery driver and he simply said he must have left my parcel at the back of the van. I didn't bother arguing about it and I'm just glad I have it. But what a load of bull! I can't say what happened and can't point fingers because I will never know what happened. But the fact remains someone forged my signature and if it wasn't the fact I approached a driver in town as I was walking passed and he was kind enough to help me out, I would have never recieved my parcel and I would have been blamed for it. I am appalled by this. No one knocked on my door, so I know what ever happened, it wasn't good. Next time, they should take a photo and prove that they delivered it to the CORRECT person or even ask for ID. Because people could easily pretend to be you and steal it. And you can't do anything about it. I'm also really frustrated the fact I get made out that they gave it to me. The fact the driver happened to appear and give it to me after all that drama proves someone either stole it or they mucked up big time. Still disgusted that someone forged my signature.

These people are best liars, they don't visit your address for delivery, they don't leave a card but they say they did. All day I am waiting at home for them to do the delivery but no deliver. noone rang the door bell but their website is saying that there wasn't anyone at the address! I think they are trying to get our money by arranging a paid delivery. I cant think of anything why they are behaving like this?

Awful service. Tried 3 times to deliver it (in the week when everyone in the family was home / off work / off school). Ninjas! Left a card saying it is at the local depot but I cannot find out where that is. (Or if the parcel is even there.) The website says 'the driver will have left a card telling you what to do next'. Erm, go to the depot? Resorted to writing to their customer service. No response yet. They really are just totally elusive and totally unhelpful. Will be avoiding any ebay seller using Parcelfarce from now on.

I sent an item by this company. The first time I had used them. I wrapped a breakable item in about 10 feet of thick bubble wrap and put it in a large sealed plastic bag. Then I wrapped it in about 10 feet of blister wrap. I put the item in a very large box. Packed the item all round with egg boxes and under the item. More blister wrap on top and more egg boxes. Sealed the box which had a huge printed "Fragile" sign. Put on more fragile signs. Guess what? The item arrived broken. To break this item there must have been a concerted effort or recklessness as to whether the item was damaged. I am now £29 out of pocket. Tried to make a damage claim, about 45 minutes later I was still going round the labyrinthine website trying to enter my details which it wouldn't accept. On the order page it said there was no trace of an order. This firm seems to be a complete shambles. Heaven knows what sort of people they employ. Avoid Parcel Force at any cost.

I was sent a text saying delivery would be Monday. No show. Another text saying delivery would be Tuesday. Then another text saying that was cancelled and delivery would be next day. Wednesday, no delivery. Still no sign of the parcel. Terrible courier.

Absolutely appalling service. They left a card in our enclosed porch on 19th August. Saying sorry we missed you. signature required so parcel returned to local post office for collection.. Strange, as we were in. Just a lazy driver I expect, couldn't really be bothered to ring the bell. So, I immediately phoned the number on the card and was told that the parcel would automatically be delivered the next day. That didn't happen either, so I phoned again and was told curtly that it would not be delivered now until 27th August. Once again, no parcel. So I phoned yet again, this time I was assured that it would be delivered that evening and that I would get a follow up phone call to make sure that it had arrived. You guessed it. No Parcel, no phone call either. So today 28th August I had to get a lift to the post office to find out what was happening. Low and behold it was there and had never left. I told the lady behind the desk what had happened and got no sympathy or apology at all. To sum this up, Parcel-force has completely lost the plot and rank among the very worst delivery companies. They should take a leaf out of the fantastic UPS delivery service.

I have clearly had a very similar experience to everyone else using this appalling service. I was expecting a 48 hour service, not a 350+ hour service. I have stayed home for 5 days now, each day starting with me making a phone call to the local depot, where I was told each time, "Your Parcel will arrive today". I have been lied to by the warehouse staff and by the managers on several occasions, stating that the adress on my parcel was incorrect, when it was not. I will never be using parcel force again in my life.

Not just bad, appallingly bad. If there were a no star option I would have ticked that, most was down to hopeless Parcelforce but as Parcelmonkey use them it's their problem. I'm now persueing a compensation claim and have demanded my money back. After sales seems to be run from India and there is no hurry to help with every question getting an off the shelf reply, 28 calls,4 promises of delivery and 8 of call backs all lies. Avoid! Stop press! 5 days later and now this shower are hiding behind technicalities to deny me a refund! So their contract to deliver in 48hrs is it seems not worth a jot..in their eyes at least. A small claims court ( which is undoubtedly where this has to go) will I suspect disagree. Parcel monkey/Parcelforce after sales = fob off and excuses nothing more, empty words and straight lies from beginning to sorry end, I would rather walk to collect a parcel than contemplate using these con artists again.

Utterly useless - the sooner this company stops trading the better. No point in recounting the sad story as I can see the same themes repeated over and over again here (and with no comment from ParcelFarce), but well done for: delivering a very valuable parcel to the right house number but a completely different street name and postcode, and even then leaving it with neighbour on yet another street a mile away. And then it just disappeared until £1000 worth of goods appeared on my doorstep, left for anyone to take all through the day. Tried to make a complaint - utterly useless customer service that was rude and dismissive. Every other courier manages to make deliveries to me and use some common sense, but not PacelFarce. if you are a retailer reading this and you use this 'service' I will no longer order from you because I would have zero confidence I would ever receive my order. What an utterly useless 'service'

Parcel was damaged in Transit. I entered the information required which failed. And in failure to provide explanation, Lauren my customer service representative, hung up on me. The other day, however, I did have some very useful customer service.

If you sell on eBay and use Parcelforce to deliver your items STOP TODAY or you will get bad feedback. This effects your rating and it is difficult to recover from this useless delivery service. The service used was nearly double the cost of other services and totally without control or care. The tracking system creates false information by using the incorrect date to start the procedure just to make them appear to be better whilst still late. PARCELFORCE = BAD FEEDBACK

I am the MD of a small company. Our company had a parcel delivery from RS components from parcel force. I operated the door entry as others were busy, the driver handed me the parcel and assertively asked me for my surname I gave him that, he then demanded my first name, As we are completely plagued by marketing people phoning up and asking to speak to me personally using my first name as if they know me personally, I gave him my initial. When he 'demanded' my first name I said my surname and initial is fine and at that he said as I had the parcel in my hand that's theft if you don't give me your first name. As we have a policy of zero tolerance for belligerence, abuse, bad attitude or unethical conduct I simply handed the item back and removed him from our company premises. I reported the matter to RS Components who were not in the slightest bit interested. It comes to something when a delivery driver feels empowered enough to act like that in the delivery of a service and then accuse a MD a clients customer of theft. There is no need for me to add my views on this only to say if any of our employees spoke like that to a client they would be dismissed for misconduct. We wont want parcel force to deliver to us again and since RS Components use them as a courier we will never deal with RS Components again either.
