Sent me a message that my parcel will be delivered today between 09:00 - 10:00 and they didn't for a reason "unable to locate premises ". Reallyyyy? No call,nothing. Losing money because of that. Do not reccomend. Avoid

If I could give a minus rating I would. My parcel has allegedly been "out for delivery" twice, but there have been no "delivery attempted" events. I've been home on both days and have comprehensive CCTV, so I KNOW that no delivery was attempted. After speaking to the original supplier, they said that Parcelforce assured them it would be delivered today. Now my package is "prepared for delivery", but not actually out for delivery. This is no longer a failing logistics company - it's gone beyond that. Any person or organisation thinking of using ParcelForce - DON'T. They won't deliver your packages, they won't deliver any service and they won't actually deliver you the truth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

i booked a parcel delivery , it was picked up and delivered , two weeks later i received a " surcharge " invoice with no explanation as to why , when i inquired about it i was informed that the item was " incorrectly " packed , upon further investigation it seems that the item needs to be in a " cardboard box " to be processed " through the system " , my shipment was indeed a cardboard box but i had due to lack of information wrapped the cardboard box containing the item in black wrap , this effort on my behalf to protect the goods and packaging somehow STOPS the item being processed through their automatic system so further charges are incurred due to the item being " mechanically handled " by a human being . If this is the case why did the collection driver accept the delivery and why did your booking system not inform me of the said restriction ???????

Shocking shocking handling of business!!! Driver attempts to deliver once instead of 3 times as states their website, decides to drop off your parcel where it’s convenient for him, not to the nearest post office and lies that specific one was requested. Rude, arrogant, careless, unhelpful customer service. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!

I did not receive my parcel and according to tracking it was signed by someone I don't know. I have called a number of times now to get information on where my parcel was delivered and told every time someone would call back which never happened. Really terrible service and poor communication.

Claimed they tried to deliver parcel but I was home all day and no sign of delivery person or parcel. Clearly was not here and blatantly lying about it. Scum.

24 hour parcel service is a joke. Had two deliveries recently that arrived late. Wasted time waiting in. Amazon is the only reliable delivery service.

Charged me custom charges when it was already paid by the company. And 2nd time that I ordered they didn’t do home delivery instead they dropped it to a local drop off point. Delivery driver did not leave any leaflet about it neither got any email from them. I’m still trying to track my parcel.

Worst courier service of them all, and there’s a lot of contenders. Fourth time in a row getting failed delivery attempts (despite no attempt being made as seen on home cctv) while they have “neglected” to leave cards on where to collect my parcel. Next thing I know it’s returned to the sender. The hassle is insane. Imagine getting paid to drive around and do nothing all day…

Not even my parcel, first knocked on next door then mine then next door again argued what my house number was and the neighbour has a safe place which he said he couldn't leave it in so I took in the parcel for my neighbour adter his bad atritude and sarcastic manner. He then knocked again and demanded the parcel back and left! I messaged my neighbour and told her everything and the fact he told me he had to have a photo of the package with the home owner or couldn't leave it!?! Ridiculous, we take packages for each other most days.

You said tried to deliver no one in,no card left 5 cctv cameras on street and my property no sign of any attempted delivery something seriously amiss with parcelforce I will be contacting toolstation about the matter hoping they will change courier, and make sure when I order anything online it does not come by parcelforce.

Christmas parcel posted (in good time) from Colyton Post Office 24 November 22 to Isle of Man address. Tracked to Milton Keynes Hub. Still there 23rd December 22. 03 January 23 update: Now showing "Collected Colyton Post Office 28 December 2022" !!!! What a truly dreadful organisation! Not one person in Parcel Force cares (to put it politely) despite my correspondence to them. "We're working in sympathy with Royal Mail. Please accept our apologies for any disruption etc.." I do not accept their apologies. They should be glad to have a job, one they'll probably not have in future. They have lost all public credibility and/or sympathy and I SHALL NEVER USE this rubbish, godforsaken organisation ever again! Their heartless and selfish action has ruined Christmas for so many people. Not even worthy of a 1-star rating.

Large parcel (bike) was due to be delivered today. Tracking states that delivery attempted at 9:32am but no one buzzed flat or left a card with further information (and no pre-delivery text message received). Impossible to reach a human via telephone, so had to contact Parcelforce via Twitter. Eventually an agent informed me (early afternoon) that the driver had been contacted and asked to return to attempt delivery. Now, it appears my parcel was returned to the East London depot at 4:11pm. Considering the depot is a 15-minutes drive from my home, it’s clear that little/no effort was made to return to attempt delivery. I must now wait until 3 January, because their driver failed to actually visit my home to attempt delivery in the first place. Clearly the driver(s) and/or company are incompetent. Recommend DO NOT USE.

So I received a text message saying delivery between 13-50&14-50 Door bell works door knocker works Received a txt at 14:14 say we attempted delivery , no card left and the website doesn’t recognise the package number.This is the second time in as many weeks and I’ve been in both times , at least they left a card the first time. Absolute rubbish service

A Christmas gift from my Daughter booked to deliver to my address was 2 days early soo incase atca funeral they said call next day he didn't even knock ,just pushed card through said return to depot but didn't say were ,day 3 still no parcel ,horrible company

Ordered Xmas presents Xmas 2022 had email to say will be delivered 19th December 2022 between 7am to 6pm waited in all day it's now 22nd December 2022 and still waiting for a delivery I gave parcel force one star only option absolute rubbish service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY find someone else

Lazy selfish p***ks should do some work instead of striking moaning about pay. Don’t like your job get a new one!! Instead, people who pay to have items delivered don’t get them because the useless morons fancy a nice few days off. Ridiculous!

Several failed deliveries because the drivers lie about "attempted deliveries". They don't even bother going to the recipient's address now. Just drop off the parcel at the post office. The customer service is just as useless. Parcelforce refuses to take responsibility for the inadequate practice that their drivers carry out. After numerous complaints I was told that the company resolves their complaints internally and there is no external body to regulate their actions. Basically they do whatever the hell they want to. Your complaint will be added to the pile of other millions of complaints, they will take no actions with the lazy drivers, they will carry on taking customers' money and provide a crappy service. What a load of #&£@*¡:£!

If I could give 0 stars I would...instead of leaving in my dedicated safe place I now have to drive 30 minutes to my nearest post office. Thanks Parcel Force!
