“No one ever answers the phone, my package arrived in 2 days from France but somehow I’m waiting 3 days to be delivered in London. Worst company ever!”
“I have been tracking my parcel all day , the tracking online service showed the driver was just a few streets away, my parcel was going to be delivered between 16:30 - 17:30 time came & passed no delivery, I checked online & it stated the driver had attempted delivery, I have been in all day ...not once did anyone ring my door bell.
I would rather they say sorry we ran out of time to to deliver your parcel, not a complete lie that a delivery was attempted.
Based on the other reviews here, things could get worse.”
“Total garbage company. Promised a delivery Yesterday on a 24 hour x 4 parcels, waited in all day never turned up.. Then read on the website they attempted a delivery at 7.24 pm.. hahaha O no they did not..
Now promised a deliver by 2pm and its still not here.. I cant see how PF can continue this way for long. And expect to see them go down the pan very soon.. Hopefully after they delivery my parcel ???”
“Same as everyone else! The parcel was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. It's sitting in their depot. Customer service keeps saying it will be delivered "today" but nothing. Now I'm headbutting with HP to get my money back.”

They never knock or ring the bell at your door, rather leave a delivery attempt card and force you to arrange redelivery with extra charge. You cant even talk to customer service about any issue, its bot!

Completely destroyed a very valuable item. Accepted liability for the damage and then after 6 months of chasing them, they closed the case. Disgraceful treatment of customers. Easily on par with the poor quality customer service offered by Hermes/Evri”

“Returned a basin thru these cowboys... It was completely smashed upon arrival despite being packaged correctly. Fully insured and they won't pay out. They don't care what your package is and treated with no care and decency.

“Absolutely worst service i have ever known ,had to call customer services a dozen times and every time just lie after lie ,cost me 2 days of work ,not one customer service operator who could barely speak english .in the end had to drive 60 miles to the depot to pick up the parcels myself .and be greeted by a person with the personality of a chicken nugget who seemed to make it as hard as possible to get my parcels ,.an absolute week of total stress ,they really should be shut down ,terrible terrible service.”
“Robotic customer service on phone lines. After numerous phone calls 33 in total. Tell u continuously your query being looked into. Delay in sending a claim form. If your not on the internet ( alot of older people arn't. Wait weeks for the form. Then tell u your 30 day claim limit is up. When u try to ask legitimate questions that they can't answer & show no intention of investigating for u, they tell u they are terminating the phone call. Atrocious customer service. Then tell u to contact the police if you thunk ur package has gone missing. I thought that's the service we paid for. Is that not the job of parcel force to investigate if an item goes missing while in their charge. Would never use this service or recommend anyone use it.”
“One failed delivery due to "no one in" - someone was in and no card was left... Five further 'attempts' failed due to 'insufficient address'. After speaking with customer support three times - understood to use same driver who is unable to use Google maps or Waze to find addresses. Last customer support person I spoke to tried to be cute with me ie playing games. Asked to speak with a manager told 48 hour time frame was policy - I told hime policy was to deliver customer parcels. Still waiting for my parcel...”
“My parcel needed a signature so I patiently waited in for the 1 hour time slot they gave me. No delivery. But 15 mins later a txt came through to say a delivery had been attempted. Complete lie and card was left. After phoning their call centre, I arranged for it to be delivered to the not so local , local post office. A few hours later I get a txt and voicemail telling me they had delivered it to a completely different post office 10 miles away from the first ‘local’ one. They couldn’t organise. P*ss up in a brewery ! Absolutely hopeless”
