“Parcel sent to my son in Australia, delivery was estimated at 10 days. According to tracking it arrived in Australia after 8 days on the 17/9/21, it is now 27/9/21 and it hasn’t arrived. The service is not fit for purpose, use DPD!”
“Parcel Force are currently mis-selling a commercial service. Their EuroPriority service, delivered together with GLS, is supposed to be a tracked service with transit times of 1-3 days. For a short time we tried to use this, but it has taken as long as three weeks for them to succeed in delivering. The average is around 12-15 working days. We have refunded many customers, our customer services department has been run ragged with understandably angry customers. They try to hide when you approach them about this, and divert you to GLS, who direct you back to Parcel Force. It is about as clear a case of mis-selling as I have encountered. One lie they use is that the delays are due to the introduction of IOSS: were this true, we'd have seen the same issues with other couriers - we have not.
I strongly advise you to avoid this dishonest and incompetent company.”
“Package didnt arrive, i call them and i have to wait for 20 mins for them to pick up, then they say we didnt find, i call again and they find it and said it will be there by the end of the week twice, but never came without any trače of disapering”
“All you did was lie ,getting in touch with you was extremely frustrating .You lied that I had requested at later delivery date I had not I was sleeping at those particular time stamps on the tracking info since I work nights. You lied when you had it as out for delivery it wasn't and then it showed held in depo .Your driver who finally delivered it informed me that it never had left the depo he said the number of labels on parcel showed this he was very nice BTW no complaint with him at all .But the people who dealt with the emails Steven was one of them ,The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very nice. YOU REALLY NEED TO INVESTIGATE WHAT WENT WRONG IN THE MIDDLE ,My parcel was important it was car parts that I needed .I work unsocial hours and depend on my car for my commute. It is affecting me still since I have to now wait until partner isn't working and has time to fit them .I also have incurred extra costs due to your failing.I am disgusted with your decit and lies”
“Parcel arrived in UK 7 days ago and still not received it so tried to call someone after trying to track parcel on live update. Van moved around all day but still not arrived at my address. Thought I could speak to someone at Parcelforce on the phone. All attempts to drive you online so no-one to speak to. T”
“What went bloody right. Nothing. My daughter was waiting on a delivery from parcel force. The item was accidentally delivered to a complete different address somewhere in Glasgow miles away from me. Supposedly collected from Glasgow and delivered to correct address but still not received it. Now been collected for a second time apparently IN OUR STREET and taken back to depot for re delivery tomorrow. Stuff the delivery. We have now cancelled. OTHER USERS BEWARE.”
“The parcel which contained birthday presents for our son who lives in Lisbon just never arrived. WE are trying to make a claim for the parcel and have spent several hours doing this. They now want proof of postage (Which of course they have as they tracked this!) and proof of the value of the presents we sent. I WILL NEVER EVER USE PARCEL FORCE AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE STEERS CLEAR OF THEM.”
“My girlfriend lovingly collected chocolates from multiple sources to give me a taste of her home country and packaged them to send to me as a surprise.
Parcelforce not only didnt bother delivering, but claimed they left "we missed you" notes 3 times, which they did not. My girlfriend had to call me to help sort it out so I spend half an hour calling random departments until I found one with a human so I could try to arrange actual delivery, somewhat spoiling her surprise.
When it finally arrived I found it had been opened and several chocolates partially or completely eaten, including her favourite, which she had to personally go all the way to the other side of the city to get, before resealing it.
This is quite frankly disgusting, absolutely unaceptable and the very last time I will EVER trust anything to these people.
I left a complaint but sincerely doubt anything will come of it, which is why (and I told them I would do this) I am spreading this story far and wide until my anger at this violation of trust has subsided somewhat.”
“I was expecting a package from the UK to be delivered to Berlin, I tracked the package from the website and it says: ADDRESSEE TO COLLECT FROM DEPOT: Obviously, the postman who attempted to deliver the package to my address, did not leave a note which depot should I get it from or even an email. IAM NOT A GENIE / FORTUNE TELLER to guess where the hell my package is! trying to phone CS for 30 mins straight no one answers. unreliable service.”

When I tracking the driver all day every 1minute. I never even seen him on live map to be even close to that address.

“We sent a parcel via post office via parcel force. We packed meticulously yet the contents arrived as though the parcel had been trampled on and crushed. And surprise surprise they don’t cover anything that has been kit built. Useless and expensive service. Will never use again.”
“What I don’t get is why unlike every other delivery/courier company they don’t leave the parcel. They put a note through with no details on it and only to say they will try tomorrow. Well like them I have to go too work and cannot stay in waiting for a £13 item all day. Absolute joke of a company and basically with this item I have left a note too say they can have it, I am not here in the week so there is no point in trying to deliver it. I normally look to see when buying which courier they are using but unfortunately I didn’t on this one, as I have sworn that anything Parcel force are delivering I won’t buy from that seller. As I said just a total joke and no wonder they only have a one star rating.”
“Absolutely useless, delivery's delayed for no given reasons, they never even ring the doorbell or leave a card, they just give me the latest delivery slot possible and then drop off my package at the post office 5 minutes before it closes. At the very least they are providing employment for the mentally disabled.”
