“If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely atrocious. If I knew a company would be delivering via Parcelforce, I wouldn’t order. First time they claimed they couldn’t find my address and I had to find all of this out by locating the tracking number as absolutely no information was received via text email or app, nothing. My house has been here since 1927!
Second time they are now claiming my parcel has been delivered and collected by me and I have received nothing. No card through the door, no parcel. No text message and no information given.. So now I’m going to have to go through the rigmarole again of contacting them and finding out where on earth they have delivered it to etc. The supplier I ordered is no better claiming someone else in my house collected it for me but I live on my own!
Avoid at all costs.”

was waiting for a server blade to be delivered, checked tracking which showed the driver was just down the road so was keeping a close eye on the security cam when all of a sudden I get this
"We attempted to deliver your parcel on Friday 29th October 2021 at 9:42 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next"

Update - I have now been told that the delivery driver has made a mistake on the postcode "what a load of BS" and they want to charge me for a Saturday delivery the nerve of them I really hope this review does damage to you PF”

Apparently they attempted delivery and I refused the item, which is impossible as I was not even at my home on the day as it was not the delivery day I was told. So for them to just send my item back based of a lie is a complete disgrace. Worst delivery company I've ever had the unfortunate problem of dealing with.”

Parcelforce say they've attempted delivery - sometimes not even leaving a notice card - if they have even attempted delivery...who knows?
I live in a secure block of flats where many couriers leave parcels in the lobby which is behind two security doors - so its pretty secure. I asked Parcelforce to leave the Parcel there. Parcelforce claim they cannot on request of the seller - most likely a scam to get people to pay £12 for Saturday delivery or the fee to collect from the Post Office. I contacted the seller who said that it is their policy that I should not incur any extra costs for delivery by having to stay, collect from the depot or the post office and they will refund my card and collect the parcel from Parcelforce for me. Parcelforce were using the seller as a excuse for thier actions. I am waiting to see if Parcelforce will mysteriously "lose" the Parcel - judging by the content of the other reviews on this site. Luckily I am protected under Section 75 so there's not much Parcelforce can do.
In short, given the choice DO NOT USE Parcelforce. If you have to (as a recipient), make sure that you protect yourself financially by using your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (or the post-Brexit equivalent), and giving yourself the option of cancelling through Section 75 on a credit card if Parcelforce try anything.”

If you know I'm in leave parcel and TAKE A PICTURE NO ONE should EVER be FORCED to open their door OR have the THREAT of not having a parcel left as IT'S THE RECIEPIENTS PROPERTY!!! “Parcel not delivered, returned 30 days later badly damaged. Originally sent insured up to £1000, Parcel Force does not feel responsible for anything. After over 6 months of filling a claim, still nothing. Real scammers, avoid if you can”
“The worst courier company by FAR!!! Time and Time again, I've had trouble with this rubbish company. Sometimes giving my parcel to complete strangers. nearly ALWAYS slow to deliver and then sometimes not even getting to my property and saying it could not be delivered simply because the driver could not be bothered to get here. The returned parcels are promised for the next day return delivery but they are just left in the depot to be knocked around and damaged. Absolutely appalling. AVOID at all costs. There are so many others and ALL ARE BETTER!”

“Just followed my tracking number to the Parcelforce website and found that today and yesterday they have recorded "The addressee has requested a future delivery date". Quite simply, this is not true. We have not been contacted, have not requested a later delivery, and there has been someone at the delivery address at all times.
I assume it is a lie in an attempt to make their service look better than it is.”
“Terrible company I send manikin to a customer for eBay and use them as Parcelforce delivery when equipped got there the arm was broken and cracked of a mannequinI had to resend a new Mannequin to the customer out of my own pocket Which I lost £60 now I put a claim through they told me they wanted pictures so I sent the pictures of the damage and how much it cost and then they wanted pictures of a parcel wrapped up which I didn’t have why would I take pictures of wrapped up parcel I’ve always used them in the past disgusting never use them again Disgusting with Royal Mail Wouldn’t give me my £50 I lost when they had the photos of the damaged item never use them again”

“They returned a parcel to Germany due to “address issues” without even trying to deliver it. Little did they know I sent the parcel to myself from Germany and took a picture of the label! Address is perfect. They’ve delivered there 100 times before at least! Last time identical parcel with identical label from Germany in August.

They made a mistake but won’t hold their hands up. THEY messed up they should be helping.
Just batted me back to DHL in Germany even though Parcelforce are the ones who messed up.
Caused me a major headache as it’s been returned to my house in Germany and I won’t be there until 2022 and the parcel will be long destroyed.
Currently trying to sort with DHL but Parcelforce have been 0 help!
Could result in me being out of pocket considerably as insurance won’t cover this.”
