Rubbish service, waited all day on the 28th for my parcel to arrive to only be told it was picked up late and won’t be with me until Monday can’t even get a hold of someone of the phone. Bunch of cowboys…..

This company is the lowest of the low. They'll "attempt" to deliver your parcel when you literally see their van driving pass your address, leaving no card either. The staff at depot are rude, refuse to give your parcel after producing the ID, and spend 10 minutes lecturing you the parcel process when they could've just fetched them. Worst courier all round for three different places I've lived. This company is bad regardless of where you are. It's baffling when Royal Mail has (my experience so far) such lovely people and do deliver most parcels on time, and this pile belongs to the same parent company. Any self-respecting business should avoid Parcelforce when posting to their customers.

This is a worse courier with bad service, they are liars! they kept updating on their system that delivery has been attempted which they haven’t. Except the first attempt. I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday 24/06/2024 making sure there is someone available to collect it from them but they kept it in their depot without any delivery attempt. I regret using you in the first place. Liars!!!!

you wait in for a day then have to walk to the shops for 15 minus, guess what. Parcel force show up, leave a card and then take your parcel away for about 5 days. FFS just leave the parcel at the side of the house like I asked

Refuse to deliver my parcel, hit my car and then expect me to do a 80 mile round trip to collect it! So bad they make Hermes look competent

I’ve been waiting in all day for my package.. missed the delivery window by 3 hours. No update, no way to contact the driver. Total waste of my day, so disrespectful and disappointing. I’m still waiting.

They tried to deliver but I was out. Rescheduled for 2 days later as they don’t seem to offer the opportunity to select a safe place. Only option is with a neighbour. How many neighbours do you have that you can guarantee are in for 12 hours a day? They then tried to re deliver the next day when I knew I would be unavailable. Very poor. They seem to be living in a different decade!

Received a message saying that my parcel will arrive in this 1000H. I was waiting and there is none. Then when I check and track my parcel it shows delivery attempted. Disappointing.

The list of prohibited items is ridiculous. How they are still in buisness I have no idea. They should be replaced and any government support withdrawn. Who ever sorts delivery items for Aldi should replace them. Very very poor service

Parcel force drive parked across my drive way we both had heat conversion his argument where do I park this long vehicle well not across someone else's drive especially when your not delivering to that address. I think we both said something awful things to eachother but at the end of the day you don't park across someone's drive way as either an emergency may taking place or that person is blocked while trying to get onto the drive way. I probably won't complain as this lot they way he was talking sound like a Mafia and really this person shouldn't be working in this job if he cannot see what he has done wrong. I don't park across someone's driveway. I feel like our behaviour on both sides was wrong but I'm sorry who is this drive to act like him and parcels force are a mafia and if I complain nothing will be done and even if I didn't say anything then it sounds like they will do what they want. They are an aggressive company from my experience with them and it's not the first time one of there drives did this. Also he asked where he could of parked the van I pointed to a space which was big enough for the van and he scoffed. He clearly didn't care apparently it's my job to tell him where I'm parking he ignored me when the car came in the road and it's cul degrees sack where did he think I was going there is limited room to move. Don't use these guys they seem to act as if there Mafia and above everyone and the law.

IF WE COULD GIVE ZERO WE WOULD !!! We were travelling and wanted to send some souvenirs home to save room in our luggage. We packaged numerous items into a box using bubble wrap and other items to ensure there would be no damage. The post office didn't advise of any 'restricted or prohibited items to send' so we included two bottles of alcohol wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no way anything could move in the box. Upon arrival back in Australia we collected our parcel and found Parcelforce had opened it to remove the alcohol advising it was restricted. Upon doing this they didn't repack the other items securely and a statue was broken as it had moved around during transit. We sent numerous documents to Parcelforce in relation to the purchase of the items in the box and asked for compensation for the broken statue which cost 30 GBP. Guess what? They don't cover resin. In fact they don't cover numerous materials. They are refusing to compensate us for our loss and we are unable to replace the item. Not only were we not advised of what not to send, we were actually offered the opportunity to purchase extra insurance upon postage. We're glad we didn't now as it turns out that wouldn't have covered it either, we need 'personal insurance' for the item no what was offered at the post office. Had we known we couldn't send alcohol we would have made room in our carry-on baggage for it as it would have passed through customs without any issues. Absolutely furious at what has happened and how this has been handled by Parcelforce. Next time someone tells us they are going to the UK we'll tell them to carry their souvenirs and gifts in extra baggage as it's safer than paying 170 GBP to send it back, have it broken or removed from your parcel. On the paperwork that was attached to the parcel it states you can apply to claim your postage costs back minus a handling fee but they haven't even done that. Waste of money sending anything via Parcelforce!!!!!!!!! Don't ever do it!!!!!!!

Received notification that our parcel was out for delivery, arriving between 1 and 2 pm The van was about 2 miles away at 2.30pm, by 3 no map was on the app and a message saying it was scheduled for delivery today - 7.00pm and nothing received!!! Between Parcelforce and EVRI (old HERMES) herpes, you are battling to be the worst - you did a great job of getting 1st place. I think you should change your name to PARCELFARCE!!!

Paid £30 online to send a large parcel. Took it to the post office where it was weighed and inspected. 3 weeks later £86!!! taken from my account. "We received your payment - Large parcel surcharge" Theft - pure and simple. A policy worthy of the people who were responsible for the Post Office scandal.

Today, I received an email saying that a delivery would be made, so I waited at home. My husband was also at home all day, but no one rang the doorbell, yet I received an email saying delivery could not be made. For years I've been observing, but why is this company so utterly terrible? They have zero credibility. I wish their rival companies would try harder and provide a good service instead. This company is not professional at all. Only companies that can provide good service to customers should remain in business.

I was expecting a package. As per message it was supposed to be delivered between 8:15 to 9:15 am. As I live in a building I thought it will be better to be outside. I saw the live tracking and found the truck was just 1 mile away. I stood outside waiting for the truck. No one came and the status on live tracking suddenly changed to attempted delivery and that no one was there....THIS a BLATANT LIE BY THE DRIVER. I then searched and could not reach an agent. However pressing some different options eventually talked to someone who says he has passed on to the depot and the driver. I am waiting to see what happens...but this is for sure not a good experience. Parcel WM4969228. No card was left...can the driver show a proof (our apartment and card) ..I dont think so.....Parcelforce please check this.

Disgraceful company. I sold some books for 270, and paid to send them. Paid extra to make sure they were covered by insurance . Parcelforce damaged them and when I made a claim they said books are collectables which is wrong. I appealed but they still said this. Books are not collectables, they are not listed on their list of banned items and when asked at the post office what they were I was not told they were banned. Books are for reading, for education not collectables. They didn't want to pay for THEIR damage which is wrong They said the insurance I paid was for lose.....BUT I bet they wouldn't pay if they lost them as they claim they are collectables!!! I trusted them to deliver the items undamaged, not asking much? Well it seems it is! I would have been better off sending them with the company everyone hates!!! Date of experience: 30 March
