I want to dispute the charges that are on my invoice. I have already paid them because I want my parcel but I know they're in error. My grandmother in North Carolina sent me a Christmas parcel and she told me she paid around 100 dollars to send it. Why then would I have to pay around 65 pounds to collect it? This doesn't add up and after doing some digging into your company and history I believe there are errors in your invoicing or worse that these charges were made dishonestly. If these charges are not thoroughly justified and explained, weighted against the charges paid for the parcel in the US, then I will be seeking legal action.

Hello I am waiting for a Parcel from Portugal sent to the UK on the 19/5.The Portuguese depot reckons it arrived there on the 20/5 at Coventry. Parcel number CE802727380PT. Until today the parcelforce has not delivered the parcel and reckon they do not know where it is. Please check with the international depot.

The name and address of the package is DONNA THOMAS, 23 MERTHYR DYFAN ROAD, COLCOT, BARRY, VALE OF GLAMORGAN, WALES CF62 9TG. Checking the tracking on your website it states delivered and signed for on Friday 18th October at 14.04 and signed for by D THPMAS??? The delivery depot was at NEWPORT over 20 miles away. My client has still not received this package. Can you help me please.

I can confirm that we can’t be bothered to deliver parcels. We spend most of our day writing invisible ‘attempted to deliver cards’ out. This takes up most of our day while we sit at home watching repeats of Eastenders!
I have a claim being examined. You emailed a message asking me to check - sure I click the link and 'Safari cannot open the page !'
I try alternative ways to access my account and after some time a message opens 'no information'

Received a text from parcel force to say was being delivered Thursday , waited in all day Thursday no parcel. Then had a text to say parcel on its way again from Shrewsbury would be delivered by ALEX on Friday between 12.35 and 1.35 again waited all day no parcel .
Now tracking saying give back to Shrewsbury . Whoever Alex is dies not do his job properly . This happens all the time with parcel force, a disgrace
Disgrace...where is my package...I paid $91.40 for delivery to UK. US Postal service said I mailed it on time. Package NOT received by friends in Widnes outside of LIverpool...they have been told that they must pay a surcharge...are you (*&^% nuts...I paid almost a hundred dollars already...Deliver it now..without a surcharge. I had an attempted delivery. Not on day they said. I wasn’t in. NO card left! Can’t get to talk to anyone human unless I want to sit with phone all day! Not impressed. Why wasn’t I left a card??

parcel force has dissapointed me they have delivered my parcel in Slough. while the parcel goes to Gloucestershire now they can't send the driver to pick up the parcel and send to GLOUCESTERSHIRE Depot. i have been on the phone for 3 days and emailing they are pathetic not willing to solve problems
Why don't they provide an delivery slot like other couriers. They say between 7am and 6pm which is archaic and when you need to pop out for an hour you can guarantee they'll come whilst you're out. How can they still be in business is this day and age?
