Called them again the next day and got through to a very rude advisor in a foreign call centre who just couldn't care less and tried to fob me off with it being out for a third delivery attempt on a Saturday! I finally drove 10 miles to the local parcel force depot and picked up my parcel after 30 minutes of searching.
