The delivery driver said he came in to my house but no one open the door that is why he drop the parcel to neighbour. but he doesn't know i have a Ring doorbell and cctv in my house. It's clearly showing no one came to my house. I have tried to contact parcel force and waited 41 minutes on the phone then they said we were closed and cut off the line.

Passed comment about my perfume being very strong and he could smell it from getting out of the van?
I was shocked and literally stuck for words.
