Parcel is ready for delivery at Gloucester warehouse , bit being a Saturday and closing at 12.30 they can’t be bothered to deliver despite it being tracked . Don’t recommend, don’t understand why companies use them when they don’t deliver and parcel just sat there . 😡

It has been in the UK for 8 days and in the local delivery depot for 3 days (2 after payment of customs charges - only paid after I complained and was given a code - It took 3 days for the customs payment letter to arrive) I booked delivery (using the Parcelforce system) on a Friday and it did not arrive.

Firstly 2 days in a row I got a text saying a delivery had been attempted but no one was in, both days here was no card left, so i used the automated phone system to say that I would collect from the depot.
