Parcel Force are hopeless. Almost every delivery from them, I am at home waiting for them to appear when I get a message to say that delivery was attempted and that a card had been put through the door. Guess what? No card!
It's so frustrating as I have no control over choosing the courier from certain suppliers.
I would not choose Parcelforce!
