“What went bloody right. Nothing. My daughter was waiting on a delivery from parcel force. The item was accidentally delivered to a complete different address somewhere in Glasgow miles away from me. Supposedly collected from Glasgow and delivered to correct address but still not received it. Now been collected for a second time apparently IN OUR STREET and taken back to depot for re delivery tomorrow. Stuff the delivery. We have now cancelled. OTHER USERS BEWARE.”
“The parcel which contained birthday presents for our son who lives in Lisbon just never arrived. WE are trying to make a claim for the parcel and have spent several hours doing this. They now want proof of postage (Which of course they have as they tracked this!) and proof of the value of the presents we sent. I WILL NEVER EVER USE PARCEL FORCE AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE STEERS CLEAR OF THEM.”
“My girlfriend lovingly collected chocolates from multiple sources to give me a taste of her home country and packaged them to send to me as a surprise.
Parcelforce not only didnt bother delivering, but claimed they left "we missed you" notes 3 times, which they did not. My girlfriend had to call me to help sort it out so I spend half an hour calling random departments until I found one with a human so I could try to arrange actual delivery, somewhat spoiling her surprise.
When it finally arrived I found it had been opened and several chocolates partially or completely eaten, including her favourite, which she had to personally go all the way to the other side of the city to get, before resealing it.
This is quite frankly disgusting, absolutely unaceptable and the very last time I will EVER trust anything to these people.
I left a complaint but sincerely doubt anything will come of it, which is why (and I told them I would do this) I am spreading this story far and wide until my anger at this violation of trust has subsided somewhat.”
“I was expecting a package from the UK to be delivered to Berlin, I tracked the package from the website and it says: ADDRESSEE TO COLLECT FROM DEPOT: Obviously, the postman who attempted to deliver the package to my address, did not leave a note which depot should I get it from or even an email. When I tracking the driver all day every 1minute. I never even seen him on live map to be even close to that address.

“We sent a parcel via post office via parcel force. We packed meticulously yet the contents arrived as though the parcel had been trampled on and crushed. And surprise surprise they don’t cover anything that has been kit built. Useless and expensive service. Will never use again.”
“What I don’t get is why unlike every other delivery/courier company they don’t leave the parcel. They put a note through with no details on it and only to say they will try tomorrow. Well like them I have to go too work and cannot stay in waiting for a £13 item all day. Absolute joke of a company and basically with this item I have left a note too say they can have it, I am not here in the week so there is no point in trying to deliver it. I normally look to see when buying which courier they are using but unfortunately I didn’t on this one, as I have sworn that anything Parcel force are delivering I won’t buy from that seller. As I said just a total joke and no wonder they only have a one star rating.”
“Absolutely useless, delivery's delayed for no given reasons, they never even ring the doorbell or leave a card, they just give me the latest delivery slot possible and then drop off my package at the post office 5 minutes before it closes. “Absolute joke. I was out on the 10th and left instructions to leave with neighbour. They didn't. No note left. Tracking said they would try to deliver. I check tracking at 10am on the 27th. Apparently they use Delorians now driven by Marty McFly as my parcel had been delivered at 7pm that day?! No delivery. No note. Online tracking says DELIVERED but not where. No texts, emails notes, nothing.1st September I get a call from my local post office asking why I haven't collected my parcel which has been there since the 10th?! Also I only have day left to collect or it will be shipped back to China!!!! I then get a call from Parcelforce following my complaint telling me they will pick up my parcel and deliver to my home. I've told them not to touch it. We'll see if they listen.
The same service previously told me by note and tracking my parcel had been left with Mrs Jolly. No house number. There is no Mrs Jolly. She does not exist. She is as real as the quality offered by the company. My neighbour who can be trusted (luckily) later handed me a parcel. Disgraceful.”
“Absolutely disgusted by my treatment. I previously considered parceforce the most trusted courrier and used them as a favourite. A driver made a mistake and openly admitted the mistake and profusely apologised leaving an insured parcel in a communal area. I cant claim because I'm not the sender and despite having the drivers contact details and this going against all there protocols all I'm told is contact the sender. The sender has dissappeared and are international. Honestly absolutely disgusting I couldn't be more upset or disappointed. 750 pounds gone, even an employee said that parceforce won't deal with me and at any cost will try getting out of refunding this parcel. Do not trust this company!”
“i used parcelforce for the first time and sent a glass frame which was bubble wrapped and tapped and in a box and they delivered it broken although says on package handle with care, wasted my money on the item and this service, the worst ever do not use this company unless you want your parcel to be broken and damaged, they do not handle with care they throw the packages around despite paying extra for this service”
“The parcel was not delivered by Parcel Force despite the fact that we were at home and instead a note was left saying the parcel was at the local post office. This is not the post office at the local shop 200 yards away but one of two possibilities in Sidmouth 4 miles away. We have to visit each to establish where the parcel is as tracking doesnt work. This is normal service via Parcel Force it happens every time .... no problems with other couriers who derlived on the same day. Disaster when ever Parcel Force are involved.”
