“Tracked my parcel - out for delivery I read. Hurrah I said to myself. I waited all morning it did not appear. After lunch checked again, tracking page stated Addressee requested different delivery address parcel returned to depot. A simple lie as no delivery had been attempted and I had not been in contact with parcel force. Later I spoke with customer service persons (after negotiating 'phone barriers) who were both polite and apologetic, but apologies do not retrieve my time lost and cannot redeem or excuse simple untruths. If you can, avoid parcel force, or as I have seen them justly referred to as 'parcel farce,' and save yourself time, stress, and probably money also. It is hard to imagine a worse service.”

“They lost my parcel. Two days in a row, the tracking said that the driver had tried to deliver but couldn't and had left a card, but there's no way that he tried because I was working all day literally next to the front door, and no card was left. After the second day, the tracking stopped being up to date, and when I called Parcelforce they said that the package wasn't on the van when it returned to the depot, and the driver "couldn't remember what he did with the parcel". Given that the package was three bottles of gin, I have my suspicions about what he did with it.
Then when the retailer contacted Parcelforce to confirm it was lost, so they could then send me a replacement, Parcelforce told the retailer that the package was at the depot and would be out for delivery tomorrow, so I then had to call Parcelforce again, then call the retailer to ask them to check with Parcelforce again. Eventually this happened and I now have the replacement a week late, but I will do my best to avoid Parcelforce in the future. Useless.”

“WORST PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE. They do not notify you when your parcel can no long be delivered. They leave you sitting at home waiting for the parcel that is supposedly “out for delivery” and just don’t turn up. Paying for next day delivery is a waste of money as they said themselves on the phone that they have too many parcels to deliver. Would be a good idea to hire more staff perhaps??!!! Disgusting service - BEWARE. Use Hermes, Royal Mail or anything other than Parcelforce. Absolutely terrible. Horrid service. They also hold your parcel hostage even when they cannot deliver it. Truly terrible. North west London area please don’t use this service. Beware. If you don’t want your parcel delivered then this is the delivery company for you.”

Apparently unable to locate my property - its only been in the same place for 35 years. first day delivery was due my ETA was from 00:00 to 00:00 but checking online the driver was unable to locate, i called and was told i would get a call from the depot. Nothing. On the second day no ETA but i checked online and parcel was out for delivery. after waiting 6 hours checked online and again apparently unable/ couldnt be bothered to locate. I called the helpline again and was told again by nice lady - ann marie that i would get a call. Still waiting for the call, still waiting for the parcel. . My house is in a housing estate, no other courier/ delivery company has ever had difficulty in delivering or locating my property. Parcelfarce are rubbish. Still waiting.....”
“Truly disgusting company. I wish I never had to deal with them again, but I can't choose what courier will be used when I buy things. Driver just claims delivery has been attempted, probably so they can just have an easy day - I never get an attempted delivery card and now that I have zero trust I have waited a couple of times looking out at the street and it's the same result - no van, no card but somehow the driver claims they attempted delivery. I have complained intensely and yet nothing has changed.”

These guys are criminally bad and I hope the country can do something about them as they seem to be tied to royal mail. Dont bother calling their premium number they will most likely hang up after your expensive wait. Their customs team I found to be an absolute joke. Liars as I said. Package heading back to states.”
