“Absolute rubbish.
My parcel was sent on 6th August but taken to the Exeter depot 30 miles away, no explanation given.
It was sent for delivery on Mon 8th bit returned because they couldn't find my address. There is a big sign on the wall in the middle of the village.
Tuesday 9th August it was returned to the Exeter depot because 'of an adverse weather event'. Interesting as my 125 mile bike route took me from home to the north coast down past the parcel depot before returning. I didn't notice any Tsunami or earthquakes in the Exe valley, although at one point it did look like it might rain.
But what REALLY makes me angry is it is SO difficult to complain or make human contact. All messages online or on the phone just give automated messages to allow a rescheduled delivery. By refusing to give my postcode 14 times I was eventually out in a queue to a very disinterested person who booked it in for redelivery and told me 'perhaps a tree had blocked the road'. This is possible because winds gusted to a mighty 18 miles an hour yesterday. However there are many routes to our village. I think the driver can't be bothered because the usual route to the village is shut for roadworks for 33 days. But as I say there are several alternatives. This service is costing me £42. I really need the parcel as I have to send on some of the contents for repair.”
“They have no consideration of your parcel nor dealing with any issues that arise with it. It's all good if it works well and your parcel arrives without a scuffle but dealing with their customer service is the worst, they take long to reply, they keep passing you on to their next colleague and are always adamant that it's your fault even though you provided all the information that was required at the time. I would definitely not recommend their services for the risk of having to deal with their horrible customer service nor being able to get your money back.”
“Dont believe a word they say IF you ever get round to speak to them. Despite supplying enormously detailed information on how to find the house which is next to the only shop (!) on the High Street they still failed to bother to find it. Eventually after 3 days and a driver who refused to return I followed him back to their depot and took it myself to the right destination. They don’t care. They can’t be trusted. They should be taken over and they should read this long list of complaints and just wonder ‘Why are we in business?. They don’t deserve to be.PATHETIC.”
“10 minutes of rain during a very sunny day. Parcel returned to depot due to adverse weather conditions!! Tracking not updated after 2 days so unsure when to book another day off work to wait in for parcel!
Will inform the company i buy from of the poor service from their choice of courier and hopefully (if enough complaints recieved from their customers) they will think about using a more reliable service.”

“The should change their name to ParcelFarce. I paid customs charges and arranged delivery for today. Took the day off to accept delivery. Surprise, surprise... tracking says customs charge not paid and parcel still at depot. ParcelFarce are useless.”

“When Parcel Force mess up, which they do pretty much 100% of the time and you need to contact them good luck. You end up in a recorded message hell, a maze from which there is no escape and the elusive goal of speaking to an actual human is virtually impossible. Instead you get an endless series of dead ends where an incredibly condescending recorded voice talks incredibly S-L-O-W-L-Y as if you are a tiny child. It's a truly unpleasant and infuriating experience.
As for delivering parcels, they're nearly always multiple days late and promised delivery days are missed. They're truly the worst delivery company in the UK and I would suggest you avoid them at all costs.”

first time my battery failed I was on so long and still never got a customer advisor.
second time I waited over 40 minutes

“I would give them no stars if I could. I sent a well packaged item using them. It was clearly marked FRAGILE GLASS HANDLE WITH CARE, which was ignored as the item was damaged when the went to deliver the item.
Trying to get through to them to complain is pathetic, no customer service, and try to pass the buck when it comes to paying compensation.
Never use them they are useless, and a waste of time.”

Terrible tracking system, can't reach any customer help. Wish I would have checked all of the 1* reviews on Trust Pilot before using Parcel Forces terrible and expensive service! #avoid”

I'm sure I will be told it was Brexit or Covid, but surely they knew about them when they told my wife the item would reach me in 1 or 2 days.
I'm tired of companies using Brexit and Covid as an excuse for awful customer service.

“Worst service I have ever had in my life.. Impossible to speak to anyone and if you do finally get through your on hold and then tell you as many lies as possible to get you off the phone!! Still awaiting a next day delivery 5 days on they state they have tried but can't find address. We have deliveries from them and other providers regularly and have never had any issues. We don't live on the moon!! Don't use parcelforce use a more trusted company.”
“20/7/21 Still waiting for small package posted 13/7/21. Tracking is useless showing package going out from depot everyday then going back again. V difficult to speak to human and then unhelpful. Now tracking say incomplete address, yet all other courier companies deliver without issue. Not the first time. I avoid using Parcel Force if ever I can. Management need to get a grip of the company and sort it out……completely incompetent.”
“If I could give zero stars I would do so. Wasted a whole afternoon waiting for delivery. Had been given a specified time but allowing for traffic I gave them leeway. Has been delivered this morning, so I suppose that's something. The excuse by the delivery driver. HE RAN OUT OF TIME. What about the time I was inconvenienced.
Customer service is appalling, App is worse then useless.
Only plus is that when I eventually managed to speak to a lady in Belfast not Edinburgh as the depot I needed she managed after emailing Edinburgh to give me an update. At least one member of staff was helpful and apologised even if it was not her fault.”
“If I could give this company no stars, I would do it. I purchased an online International Priority service with a collection. They said they will collect between 9-5, never came. When I contact customers services, they told me the driver came but found nobody, which was a lie. I was waiting for them all day and never left the house. They provide no solution and the parcel was not collected on the day agreed. Customer services told me to call the depot, but I was on hold for hours and nobody replied. They also said the depot will call me back, that never happened either. Lie after lie after lie. The collection was pushed to the next day, although I paid over £70 for a priority service. I still do not know if they will come to collect the parcel, because I have to wait again between 10-5. Awful company!”
