Absolute joke. I was out on the 10th and left instructions to leave with neighbour. They didn't. No note left. Tracking said they would try to deliver. I check tracking at 10am on the 27th. Apparently they use Delorians now driven by Marty McFly as my parcel had been delivered at 7pm that day?! No delivery. No note. Online tracking says DELIVERED but not where. No texts, emails notes, nothing.1st September I get a call from my local post office asking why I haven't collected my parcel which has been there since the 10th?! Also I only have day left to collect or it will be shipped back to China!!!! I then get a call from Parcelforce following my complaint telling me they will pick up my parcel and deliver to my home. I've told them not to touch it. We'll see if they listen. The same service previously told me by note and tracking my parcel had been left with Mrs Jolly. No house number. There is no Mrs Jolly. She does not exist. She is as real as the quality offered by the company. My neighbour who can be trusted (luckily) later handed me a parcel. Disgraceful.

Absolutely disgusted by my treatment. I previously considered parceforce the most trusted courrier and used them as a favourite. A driver made a mistake and openly admitted the mistake and profusely apologised leaving an insured parcel in a communal area. I cant claim because I'm not the sender and despite having the drivers contact details and this going against all there protocols all I'm told is contact the sender. The sender has dissappeared and are international. Honestly absolutely disgusting I couldn't be more upset or disappointed. 750 pounds gone, even an employee said that parceforce won't deal with me and at any cost will try getting out of refunding this parcel. Do not trust this company!

i used parcelforce for the first time and sent a glass frame which was bubble wrapped and tapped and in a box and they delivered it broken although says on package handle with care, wasted my money on the item and this service, the worst ever do not use this company unless you want your parcel to be broken and damaged, they do not handle with care they throw the packages around despite paying extra for this service

The parcel was not delivered by Parcel Force despite the fact that we were at home and instead a note was left saying the parcel was at the local post office. This is not the post office at the local shop 200 yards away but one of two possibilities in Sidmouth 4 miles away. We have to visit each to establish where the parcel is as tracking doesnt work. This is normal service via Parcel Force it happens every time .... no problems with other couriers who derlived on the same day. Disaster when ever Parcel Force are involved.

Day after day, parcel after parcel, Parcelforce tracking says Out For Delivery, but no delivery is attempted. What is going on at Parcelforce? No other delivery service is this bad.

24 hour delivery took 6 days to arrive. We were advised of a delay of one day with no explanation. We left a note on the door saying to put in our 'safe place but this was ignored and taken to local PO. The card left in the letterbox shows an option of leaving in a safe place but PO said this is not allowed. Seems to me that if they are to stay in business they need to wake up and take a bit of care in what they're doing.

PLEASE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!! THEY LOST (OR STOLE?) A FIGURINE WORTH £400 THAT I SENT TO GERMANY AND WHEN I SUBMITTED A CLAIM THEY WASTED MY TIME FOR 3 MONTHS REQUIRING DOCUMENTATION AND TODAY, 3 MONTHS LATER THEY TOLD ME THEY REFUSE TO COMPENSATE ME AND I PAID EXTRA FOR INSURANCE WHEN I SENT THE PARCEL!!!!!!! NOW ON TOP OF EVERYTHING MY CUSTOMER IS ANGRY AND IS NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ME AGAIN THANKS TO THESE CRIMINALS. BE WARNED!!!!! THEY'RE CROOKED

Utterly and completely useless Utterly and completely useless. If I could award no stars I would. How long does it take to receive a parcel after a failed delivery? 4 yes 4 weeks!!!!! Delivery was requested on a Tuesday so Parcelforce decided to deliver on the day prior. 5 attempts with their non human contact centre plus email contact failed to deliver. Finally resorted to contacting the seller of the goods and 5 days after that the parcel arrived. Parcelforce you are a disgrace

Absolute disgrace. Posted envelope from Australia to POBox in the UK. Very important documents. However for my envelope to arrive in the UK in the hands of Parcel force. Parcel force look at the address ; it’s a PO Box oh ‘actually’ we don’t deliver to POBoxs. Return to sender. Posted on the 7th July 2021 . Posted this review on the 20th August and still hasn’t even been returned. . Furious beyond words . No not ever use Parcel force . Utter disgrace

Lazy drivers don't even attempt to deliver parcels. They don't knock or ring doorbell, just shove a pre-filled attempted delivery form through the door. Hermes, Yodel, even Royal Mail will leave parcels in a 'safe space' box, there's no excuse for Parcelforce not to... now I have to wait and pray that my parcel actually turns up in the post office, find ID to take down, and go and collect it myself! Awful, lazy and outdated service!!!!!

Never use them. Their drivers lie and say 'attempted delivery - card left' even if you've been home all day with no delivery attempted and certainly no 'card' left. Customer support is utterly useless and is basically just a middle-man to forward concerns by email to the relevant depot (they can't even call the depot to follow up). I can't think of any company worst than this.

In future if I want to order anything online or over the phone I will ask who the company employs to deliver their parcels. If the answer is Parcel force I will cancel my order and try elsewhere. Their attitudes border upon bizarre. In this "paperless" age why do they still insist on printed utility bills, driving licence or passport as a form of id to collect a parcel from the post office. They would not accept any emails or texts from parcel force themselves if it's on a mobile phone. Well the force isn't with you. Try a new name... Dinosaur Delivery. Admittedly it was Friday 13th when they ruined my day but still!

Everything...i was to recieve a parcel from england and was not given the dropoff location..5 days internet searching and emailing england was unfruitfull..excuses and NO usefull info on how to retrieve my package...NO actual people to talk to...No customer service...a screwed up useless computer system that gives you No info on how to retrieve your package or where it finally is...parcelforce is ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY...NO PEOPLE TO TALK TO EXCEPT IN ENGLAND..Tracking stopped once it hit the province a three letter destination (not a name) and i still havent got my very expensive package...parcelforce could not deliver a glass of milk ...

Could not find address, twice. Despite Post Offices, Hermes, Amazon, DPD and all others finding it easily. Totally inept company, do not use them. No explanation offered by their customer services. Drivers must be visually challenged!

I was expecting a delivery from Parcelforce apparently couldn’t find address I live on a housing estate I get parcels every week from Hermes yodel but Parcelforce had an issue pmsl more like couldn’t be arsed pathetic how are they still operating
