Terrible company I send manikin to a customer for eBay and use them as Parcelforce delivery when equipped got there the arm was broken and cracked of a mannequinI had to resend a new Mannequin to the customer out of my own pocket Which I lost £60 now I put a claim through they told me they wanted pictures so I sent the pictures of the damage and how much it cost and then they wanted pictures of a parcel wrapped up which I didn’t have why would I take pictures of wrapped up parcel I’ve always used them in the past disgusting never use them again Disgusting with Royal Mail Wouldn’t give me my £50 I lost when they had the photos of the damaged item never use them again

This is the second time this has happened to me, and their customer service is also beyond useless. NEVER EVER USE PARCELFORCE

The worst delivery company ever. Don't try to send anything with them. They turn around my package with very important materials inside at list 4 days without any results. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

They returned a parcel to Germany due to “address issues” without even trying to deliver it. Little did they know I sent the parcel to myself from Germany and took a picture of the label! Address is perfect. They’ve delivered there 100 times before at least! Last time identical parcel with identical label from Germany in August. Social media team on Facebook and Twitter no help at all. They made a mistake but won’t hold their hands up. THEY messed up they should be helping. Just batted me back to DHL in Germany even though Parcelforce are the ones who messed up. Caused me a major headache as it’s been returned to my house in Germany and I won’t be there until 2022 and the parcel will be long destroyed. Currently trying to sort with DHL but Parcelforce have been 0 help! Could result in me being out of pocket considerably as insurance won’t cover this.

Sent a package from Australia to the UK. Parcelforce didn't send the custom charges letter to the addressee, on two separate occasions. As a result the package has been sent back to Australia where I'll likely have to pay custom charges to retrieve it. If they just need payment of the custom charges why not contact people via email/mobile. It's 2021. The package has been half way round the world and back again, but Parcelforce can't even deliver a letter within the UK.

Jan my PF courier is an absolute credit to his job and company. He is one of the most courteous, professional couriers I have met and nothing is ever too much trouble or effort for him…His manners are impeccable and I have so much respect for him. He does a fantastic job working to time schedules with a very happy smiley approach .. A true gentleman

I was scammed by Parcel Force Shame on Parcel Force. I shipped with them back in July. For months they told me my package was in transit. I assume because of Covid there were delays. The package never left the UK to make its way to the USA. When I contacted them, they opened a case and took 1 month to tell me that's it too late to honor my claim. They scammed me out of $400 worth of items plus the cost of shipping. They stole my money and my items and won't even make attempts to locate my package. They don't send your package, then when you attempt to file a claim, they deny you and won't even give you back your shipping fee. Disgusting company. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Just use UPS or FedEX. The sad thing is I had personal unreplaceable items in the package.

bought the globalexpress service (most expensive and secure offer). They downgraded it to euroeconomy ( I found out only by the 3rd call I gave them), they didn't even inform me about it, the parcel was even returned to me even though the customer service kept saying that they don't even know why this happened. I made a claim back for my money and they just ignore me. Conclusion. No parcel sent, no refund. They just stole my money and now ignore me. It's been over a month now

Parcel sent to an eBay pick up point and rejected as oversized apparently! Trying to arrange redelivery via the Parcel force automated system is painful, no confirmation that redelivery has been accepted? According to the automated system you should receive a call to take payment for redelivery, no call and no way of checking that redelivery has been accepted? I'm expecting this parcel will now get lost in the system. Not impressed at all!

I've had three couriers come to my house today Hermes Amazon and parcel force and guess which one "failed to deliver" ? I've been in the house all day and now I've got to fetch my parcel or pay these morons to redeliver.

Dropped a parcel off at local post office on 20th Sept. EK643723055GB Global Priority drop off service for parcel going to Queensland, Australia. Tracked it, was exported from Heathrow on 21st. Tracked it today to see what the live status ia to find that it has been logged as being picked up from my local post office on the 28. Thats 7 days after it has already left the country. I have absolutely no idea where my parcel is?

I am really disappointed with this service. They delivered my parcel to an address of "their choosing" 20 miles away from the address on the parcel claiming that they tried to deliver to my home address and could not find me which is untrue as I work from home. Thankfully a person at the place they delivered was kind enough to contact me and let me know that they received a parcel that had nothing to do with them and that Parcel Force told them that they delivered so even though it was at the wrong address they would not do anything about it. So now it is up to me to find a way to go and get my parcel. I tried to find a way to speak to Parcel Force but conveniently for them, all their communication avenues are automated so no way to get to the bottom of their pure incompetence this is the reason I decided to leave this review they are despicable!

Parcel sent to my son in Australia, delivery was estimated at 10 days. According to tracking it arrived in Australia after 8 days on the 17/9/21, it is now 27/9/21 and it hasn’t arrived. The service is not fit for purpose, use DPD!

Parcel Force are currently mis-selling a commercial service. Their EuroPriority service, delivered together with GLS, is supposed to be a tracked service with transit times of 1-3 days. For a short time we tried to use this, but it has taken as long as three weeks for them to succeed in delivering. The average is around 12-15 working days. We have refunded many customers, our customer services department has been run ragged with understandably angry customers. They try to hide when you approach them about this, and divert you to GLS, who direct you back to Parcel Force. It is about as clear a case of mis-selling as I have encountered. One lie they use is that the delays are due to the introduction of IOSS: were this true, we'd have seen the same issues with other couriers - we have not. I strongly advise you to avoid this dishonest and incompetent company.

Package didnt arrive, i call them and i have to wait for 20 mins for them to pick up, then they say we didnt find, i call again and they find it and said it will be there by the end of the week twice, but never came without any trače of disapering
