HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will talk in circles around you and won't help at all. They just copy and paste the same jargon and won't give you helpful alternatives. The wrong zip code was on my item and I never received my pops. Pop in the box won't do anything about it, i.e. they won't send replacement, refund or contact the USPS. They pretty much said I am SOL. I will never purchase from this website again, because the customer service is horrible. The pops are great and always come in great condition but god forbid you have an issue then you can kiss your money goodbye. Still have not received my items from over two months, and I likely never will. That's $50 worth of funko that has been stolen from me.

Well where do I start. My husband ordered Maleficent and Baby Yoda around a month now. We got a delivery from Hermes and a big box arrived and we though yes got them but when I opened up the box the only one the Maleficent pop..Where is baby Yoda? The box was obviously big enough for the 2 of them. So I messaged them through messenger and when you use the Facebook messenger unfortunately they only answer once a day..bit rubbish. So after passing messages with DIFFERENT members of the staff. Jake, shannon,Calvin, Dan. They eventually said they couldn't talk to me to let me know what's happening it had to be the Account holder. Now my husband who is the Account holder has been in contact with them but they have never been in touch with him. WHERE IS BABY YODA??? Now Calvin said it should have been dispatched on the 26th may. And it would be for pre orders first.....we have already paid for it. My daughter is extremely upset. Do we get compensation for this...or what??? Has Yoda gone on holiday....so sick of this now. My husband will be in touch....let's hope someone talks to him....BAD way to run a business, we should have read all the bad reviews before we ordered.😡😡😡 Once we get Yoda this will be the last time we use your company. OR you give my husband the money back.

I've never written a negative review before but I've had such a bad experience with this company and it's customer services team so wanted to warn people against buying from them. I had a problem with my order (which was caused by the Pop in the Box order page) and although it was a computer error on their part I got absolutely no help from their customer services team. It was incredibly slow to communicate with a member of their team (you can't speak to anyone at the moment) and when I did finally get any written responses they had clearly not read my complaint properly. They failed to either act on the issue or escalate my query or give me contact details for anyone who could help me despite me asking several times. My advice would be do not buy from this company, if you have a problem with your order you will be stuck.

Customer services is non existant you order from apparently UK but they post from usa so therfore think they can ignore UK distance selling laws they can't the items were purchased from a. UK website therfore UK laws apply do not order from this company at all they rip you off don't care about you as a customer and think they above the law avoid at all costs you have been warned

So I ordered a beautiful Loungefly bag which said 2-3 days delivery (which I expected late due to current Covid situation) but then I read all the bad and negative reviews! So I sent a message on the app, FB message, Instagram message and a email 😂 which took about a day and half for someone to get back to me! Anyway my back finally arrived on time when they said it would (late) packaged great and it was amazing! So I just wanted to say how very sorry I am for doubting the company and will be ordering again very soon

Awful service we have dealt with matt,Keri, Stacey, Tracey and Karen And have been no help just sent us around in circles and what looks to be just copying and pasting the same thing. We ordered 20 pops all which was in stock 4 arrived late which was fine, 2 badly damaged. No sign of the other 15 not been dispatched. Said we would like to cancel the order and have just been constantly messed about. I guess there waiting for the us dispatch so it ain’t there problem untill I send it back. Awful company, awful staff I highly recommend staying as far away as you can from pop in a box you will be Disappointed at every point of purchasing something from them. They don’t deserve any rating at all. Have reported to trading standards. Also never in my life have I reported or left bad feedback I have set up account on this occasion just for this company I’m that disappointed.

‪DO NOT order from @PopInABox ‬ ‪Tried to order a fortnite advent calendar on Nov 6th 2019 obviously for Xmas, the order was never processed as they were out of stock. Fair enough . I did not subscribe to any products and my card details should not have been saved in their system however , Turns out The company saved my card details and processed the order Jan 31st 2020 ! Took the money from my account with no explanation or communication ! Privacy policy people !!! You can’t use my card details to process an order months later , that’s FRAUD! After using the cringey live messenger app for a few days of confused back and forth, it turns out the item is now back in stock ! Hooray Xmas in February. ‬ So they decided to process and order on my behalf, an ADVENT CALENDAR on jan 31st ! I still haven’t actually received an advent calendar or received any confirmation an order has been placed on my behalf. I’ll be sure to return it . Hopefully their returns policy is as quick as their sneaky save your details policy . 👏🏻

Ordered a subscription box. First time customer. Noticed a few days later, the website said delivery date was the same day I ordered. Spoke to Harry I get a Hey! I thought, OK I'm down; its 2020, still a perfectly acceptable greeting; maybe a home run family business; OK I'm on board Harry, lets do this... My subscription has an issue i'll report that and someone will be in touch in a few days. A week passes... Spoke to Harry Reported again, few days, call this time i'm told. Few days passes.... Spoke to Kieron I cancel, I am not offered an explanation, after asking several times. You cannot cancel it yourself, the button is broken. The phone number on the website says Please phone us on 0844 xxxxxxxx any time during the following hours: Calls will be charged at blah blah, opening hours etc How do we call this number Mr Kieron? Sorry, we do not have a phone number right now. You may wanna remove that guys, yeah? Privacy policy is shocking, cannot request to remove your own information. You have to write in? I mentioned it was 2020 right. After learning this is a THG / HUT brand I am shocked and have come to expect far better...

order date - 2nd of december, two bits not recieved. £18.99 due back. I have never sent so many messages over something so trivial and yet no refund. no items were in uk and i would say to anyone not sure, just dont bother ordering as they will not help you on the 'customer service'. then eventually you need to get paypal to help as they wont help.

Would have scored zero stars if available to choose. I signed up to a monthly subscription box a few months ago. After waiting 20 days, still waiting for delivery, it transpired my order was lost, waited another 10 days for replacement. Not worth the wait... could have got the same Pop from Amazon £5 cheaper with free next day delivery. This same scenario happened with my second order from the subscription. I am now up to my third order, which I received after 10 days, although again a Pop i could have got from Amazon £5 cheaper with free next day delivery. I will be cancelling my subscription without a doubt.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Use a third party. Ordered 4 Pops, 3 delivered, no note of anything missing, no acknowledgement of anything, spoke to Dan a customer service adviser, who said that is standard, we didn't have it in stock so it will be longer. Still charged me for 3 to 5 day delivery despite it now saying it will be unto 20 days til i receive my order and if i haven't, contact them again!!!! JOKE! My order on their website says complete, the delivery note says complete yet i have one item missing and am out of pocket but all i get told is THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!!!!! WE ARE AWARE!!! So, you've taken my order and money, knowing full well you con not provide what i have ordered. I wont be using POP again and strongly advise against anyone else using them, just got through a third party vendor, i usually do and have never had any issues. I can understand things get delayed but at no point has anyone let me know, updated my order, emailed me or anything, they just delivered short and say nothing.

Ordered Batman The Dawnbreaker just after midnight on Tuesday and it had arrived by Thursday. Regular updates from Royal Mail advising about delivery times. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Pre ordered two pops. I finally recieved them but one was a completely different pop. Went back in to my account and they have actually changed my order. I could put this down to being my error except I have an email that shows my original order. I have contacted customer service but have not heard anything back from them.

I ordered from PIAB in April and the date keeps getting pushed back. I have asked to cancel this order and have been advised by customer services I am unable to cancel. They don't have the stock to fulfil the order and no money has been taken it could easily be cancelled but customer services are being difficult. I have been round in circles with customer services, they have offered me a free of charge returns label as a good will gesture!! It's a joke. Why they can't cancel an order they cannot fulfil is beyond me. Customer services and automated emails are not useful and you end up going round in circles with them.

Really, really, really, really, really, really bad... Would give 0 if possible. I've placed many orders, spending hundreds on this site, and still have some open orders now that I'm still waiting for... The Pops, if you get them, are great and in great condition. However, the problem is whether you ever get them. They estimate 3-10 days delivery (which you pay roughly £3 for every time), but I've not had one eariler than 3 weeks from ordering. I've also had orders go missing. They then take a week to process a replacement. That's process - not dispatch / deliver. Yeh... No form of apology (other than just saying a really round-a-bout "sorry") like money back or discount for next time etc. Nothing. Honestly, don't waste your time or money. Spend a little more elsewhere if need be, you'll be glad you did. UPDATE: it's now 2 months on and I'm still waiting for multiple orders. One was apparently dispatched over a month ago; tracking number doesn't work and still no sign of the Pop. After multiple pointless back and fore "support" emails (support is a really loose term here) where they repeatedly asked if I would like a replacement, they've now told me that it's out of stock and that the money "can be refunded", not _will_ be, just "can be". This was a pre-order too! Absolute joke of a company. They've even sent an email recently admitting how absolutely terrible their delivery service (read: service in general) was/is and are apparently improving it. However, it doesn't help the poor people who have already ordered. STAY CLEAR!!! UPDATE later that day: FUMING!! "support" are now telling me that they already refunded the Pop on 27th May - 2 days before I contacted them first informing them that there was an issue! As far as they were concerned they had shipped it out on 27th APRIL and all was fine. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE a bit later again: I have just spoken to DHL to see if I can find the missing parcel. They informed me that they never received the parcel, which is why the tracking number doesn't work.

Absolutely awful company! The biggest joke and scam of an online order I have ever experienced. Ordered an item in March and we are still, still communicating with zombie sprite replies now. The order has forced myself and my children to really think about buying from independent websites not linked to Amazon or eBay. My children have hated coming home to their repeated non parcel delivery thanks to tgis terrible retail experience AVOID!
