Only if there was an option for minus stars for these incompetent bunch of idiots. Their outstanding enquiry list changes everyday. Most of the information was provided already. Lies about timings and what not!!!! Please avoid these idiots.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Not worth 1 star ... there should be minus options 🤬 Six months down the line they are still coming up with queries that should have been dealt with months ago. Unfortunately our buyer and their buyer are using them but it looks like the chain is about to collapse due to PPL's gross incompetency. The delays are causing huge mental stress for all involved in the chain. They do not respond to queries from the other Estate Agents or Solicitors in the chain. For your own sanity DO NOT USE !

UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT and RUDE If I could give no stars I would. What an absolute incompetent, unprofessional, rude and dishonest bunch of people. How they sleep at night I do not know. If I worked for this organisation I would resign out of embarrassment. Communication - virtually non existent, send over 15 emails to our named conveyancer stately clearly I wanted her to call me on my mobile number, absolutely zero response. Tried to call her on her number and when I did get through, I got through to someone different. Put on hold and nothing, eventually being disconnected. We were told that our named conveyancer (Karen Coaker) was out of the office, on the phone, not available right now, "I can see her in her office but shes not available now". Eventually told she works from home 100% of the time. Professional Ability - After four weeks into the conveyancing process we were told they could not act on our behalf as the type of mortgage we had could not be dealt with remotely. We spoke to our mortgage company and they informed us there was nothing they couldn't do remotely and it was a simple process to transfer the mortgage to a new property. Eventually they refused to act for us and we were put in the position of starting the whole process again. To say they are incompetent and unprofessional is an understatement, legislation needs to be brought in to protect clients, Cowboy organisations of this nature should not be allowed to trade. Try to find out who their CEO is !!!! Good luck.

everyone should be very careful i got scammed on this site twice, fortunately i was very lucky to get a recovery company site from my good friend who has been a victim before, the company helped me to get my lost funds back and I'm very happy honestly speaking, I should have dropped this company site link here, but this scam company refused. you can help yourself out by contacting their mail if you are a victim too. Premier Lawyers are they really lawyers or a bunch of GCSE law students hoping to fraudulently pass their A Levels with a 12 week course on how to extort as much money as possible from duped clients. Seriously though, it’s now been 7 months with this company and my daughter is no where near in completing on her first home with no chain involved. Excuses after excuses, resent email, recorded deliveries and so forth. Forms that were sent off via email five months ago have been asked for again and again. Recorded deliveries that have been signed for have been lost or misplaced by them. Escalated costs for unnecessary searches added to the bill without consultation from my daughter. Phonecalls never answered, emails ignored. This company is an absolute nightmare. Please AVOID at all costs, for your own sake, health and wellbeing. This company will drag you down.

So many fake reviews on here and I understand some might have a positive review, but PPL are absolute liars, change stories, give you completion dates that they can't honour - thousands of people with issues and they never get on with the job 13 months in and still no end in sight even though they're saying we're ready to exchange. Funny how they don't bother answering the phones or responding to emails throughout all this time. The amount of stress and wasted money they have done to me and countless others is astonishing. Absolute scum.

I don't understand how they can even get 3.5 star average in here, I would give zero if I could. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They misquoted and kept adding surprise extra charges, lost our online record for our sale, duplicated our record for our purchase which meant they ignored the seller's solicitor emails for a month but kept blaming them, lost documents that were sent signed for and confirmed arrived, put my surname wrong on a legal document, asked for irrelevant information from our sellers, queried a water pipe supposedly under the house that didn't exist and failed to exchange contracts until 2 days before our moving date. It felt like they didn't do anything until you rang and chased for an update. We sold in January last year and moved in June with just three parties involved in our chain. The whole thing caused me so much stress it affected my mental health to the point where I just wanted to get on with my life rather than put an official complaint in but having heard of someone else experiencing exactly the same, I wish I had. Hoping that at least putting this review on will prevent some people using them.

I wish I had done some research into this company. It is essentially a call centre, it gets passed around case handlers who are clearly not qualified solicitors, anything that requires more than a template response is not dealt with. Some enquiries are repeatedly sent. They appear to create unnecessary work and that is likely to be so they can charge more / accumulate add ons to the initial relatively low fee. It is completely false economy, and the stress and subsequent financial loses should not be underestimated. I would not use them and I would also ensure that you don't enter a purchase where anybody is using them, it is truly not worth it.

DO NOT USE PREMIER PROPERTY LAWYERS - especially if you’re a first time buyer! I was a first time buyer, using help to buy wales with a gifted deposit - I provided all of this information at the time of requesting a quote for a price of their services. Cost came in at about £2,700 - this was about £500 cheaper than my local solicitor - so I went with Premier Property Lawyers - what a terrible mistake!! By the end of the process with Premier Property Lawyers they had actually charged me more than £3,200 for various additional charges (which I’m sure were justified within their T’s & C’s) claiming that they are standard charges for Help to Buy cases. Anyone who reads this… please! just don’t do it - pay the extra and go to someone you can see in person. It’s just not worth the savings and you probably won’t save anything anyway!!

ZERO STARS! Absolutely horrific experience with PPL who's we now name "P*** Poor Lawyers". They have dragged their heels at every possible opportunity, only working on cases when you chase daily. You never speak to the same person and have made our process double the time frame. Losing the bottom end of the chain due to taking too long with a lack of communication throughout. They only needed to purchase the searches from the previous solicitors when the sale fell through and it took them 6 weeks to obtain! They could have done them twice over in this time! If you want a mental breakdown....hire PPL! For professionalism, speed, continuity and efficiency (and for your own sanity!) GO ELSEWHERE! I am still waiting to move! I think hell might freeze over before we get to move and apparently we have a manager on the case!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worse company I have ever used. Please do not use this firm. I own few properties and never had experiece as bad. This is a typical factory type firm who are risk averse and do not care one bit for client. They do not care if you you sale or purchase goes through because they work off template 'computer says no' type format and do not read your emails. They successfully spooked the lender despite providing all the evidence ensuring our purchase falls through. In the end we got rid of rid of them. Honestly if you have been recommended this firm I would immediately request you to run from these crooks

Having so many issues with incompetent conveyencers, say one thing then don't do it, say they have sent queries to land owners then turns out they didn't. I wouldn't say they were much cheaper than a proper lawyer - just not as competent. so slow in getting anything done, avoid at all costs,

my buyer used this company..should have been straightforward cash purchase no chain..took 6 months..3 weeks after sending them documentation and answering queries about it they told me they hadn't received the documentation...yet had sent my answers to another party..I got the impression the sale was managed by very inexperienced people and a class of 5 year olds would have done better with the sale as a class project...they caused me as a seller so much stress..
