Horrible experience by Revolut. I transfered money on 2nd March and till date after chasing them every day with different team all I am told they are working on it .I guess they have no intention of either giving me back or the transfer, A big mistake I did by trusting this bank .I hope I get my money back it's over 2vweeks.

Revolut must be the worst customer support via live chat i have ever come across. I opened my account in the UK, I am trying to get a salary transferred abroad and it keeps getting blocked by the intermediary bank of Revout. Revolut has had a chat open for 16 days, 4 advisors who simply apologise over and over and then tell me their consulting their dedicated team, who can not give me a simple answer. Why is my payment blocked!!!! I have been waiting days and chasing myself. I would not go near this bank ever again, they are rubbish. Wise is a much better choice

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for wire to clear my account. After 2 weeks they returned the wire to sender without letting me know why. Do stay away from this company. It’s not worth it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told them several times that I could not transfer my remaining balance from my account to an external account, because mine is going to be blocked, but each time different assistants said the opposite to the previous one.

Hello. Revolut has serious security issues with their credit cards I have lost 4500 euros not being informed of some fraudulent use of my credit card

Tried to set up a top-up with Citibank using debit card and money transfer without success. Each attempt resulted in an error. Followed up with Citibank, which saw no attempt. Reached out to Revolut customer service, which asked me again to reach out to Citibank. It is clear that there are significant communication issues, and the product cannot be used. Spent a couple of hours in diagnosis, but no more - closed the account and removed the app.

The worst customer service possible. My brother got drugged, mugged, iPhone stolen and they unlocked it , opened Revolut and stated transactions. Revolut refuses to consider the situation, the crime report from the police and deny the process of claim to get the money back. Any bank would do this but not Revolut !! SHAME ON YOU

Actually can’t believe this awful bank has a 4.8. The app is extremely prone to bugs like expenses. Half the time it tells you there’s an error. I paid for a premium plan but the features didn’t even work. Asked to cancel and refund within an hour but was told it was too late and I won’t be refunded. Customer service is extremely slow and completely unhelpful. Angry at how much time I have wasted with it

The worst ever!!!! This Bank is like an entertainment company. I've got ads all the time for different offers they are presenting. I cancelled my account at the 10th of December without ever using it due to all these nerving advertisements, but I've never got an answer. Instead I've got ads and permanent new informations about changing regulations and I had to answer again and again, that I've cancelled the account and pleased them to stop sending me all these unwanted mails, but it's still going on and on and on...!

Avoid Revolut Bank: Danger i'm a Revolut client and my credit card has been used by Fraud that I have proved them Normally if there is fraud Revolut should chargeback (see European Consumer Protection Rules The problem is that Revolut does not do anything to my claim. And they have serious security issues regarding Credit Cards Please avoid this bank:

Few years ago I ask for a Revolut card with validity untill 2024. But now they decide to terminate it earlier to "give me a better card". Wtf so stupid, a card is a card and the only change I will feel is the hassle of changing my card details in every shopping website. Revolut team is obsessed with upgrades and it's pathetic. Also in the app, always changing everything is so stupid because users never get used to it. If I learn how to do something in the app I know in a couple months I will have to relearn again because they will do another stupid update and change functionalities. I am tired.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I am in my mid-50's, and very savvy to what good and bad customer service looks like. In my opinion, REVOLUT should be shut down by regulators in all countries. My story: Never used my card. It was an incentive card from my company. We had the option to move our incentive bonuses to the Revolut card, and it seemed like a good idea. Ha! I was saving the $295 for a weekend getaway. I NEVER used the card. Stayed in my wallet. The card was NOT lost or stolen. All of a sudden, multiple attempts were made to use my card all over the United States. Contacted the chat customer service - Ridiculous that this is the only way to dispute, and is a huge red flag. Bottom line: To their (only) credit, Revolut did flag the suspicious, multiple attempts. Once I confirmed the charges were fraudulent, they canceled my card, and gave me a new card, because they could see it was obvious fraud. Now they refuse to refund my card for one charge that was "Delayed", and eventually moved to "Reverted" status. The transaction, as with all the other fraudulent charges, shows the charge with a strike (line) through it, so Revolut is not paying the vendor. Yet, they still won't refund me! Quick note - The charge was to a health club that is 685 miles from my home! Pull out all of your money, cancel your card, and have your friends do the same. This company is conducting business in a way that borders on criminal activity, and breaks VISA's Zero Liability Policy, which promises fraudulent funds to be returned within 5 business days of the report being filed. Note, with my attachment, it states I have not been charged, yet I have not been refunded the money....

I was scammed recently the scammers took control of a device of mine and made a Revolut account without my knowledge to transfer the money from my personal bank that they stole into the Revolut account. Firstly how can a Bank generate a new account without seeing a Driving Licience or Passport for confirmation of ID. I have emailed numerous time to get this account closed that was in my name and guess what they will answer or cancel this account. DO NOT USE THIS BANK unless you are a scammer and you are free to do what you like

Had an unauthorised payment taken from my account - Customer service is in my opinion is terrible probably the worst i have stumbled upon. Denied my claim and refused to reverse the transaction. Left out of pocket. Submitted complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

USELESS customer service! Absolutely terrible. You can only speak via the chat and whoever is in that chat doesn’t know the answer to anything, probably a bot. so you have to wait a few minutes to receive a response even on the most basic questions, and 99% if the time the answer is that they will work on the problem and get back to you, which they don’t. The few times I have received a reply it’s been wrong, as they give general answers and not specific to your account or your market. Ruins my day every time I have to speak to them. No other way to contact them. Useless. (also can’t contact them if you don’t have a card and can’t log in to the app, which was my initial problem when I was locked out from the account - had to wait 2 years for my account to expire and then create a new one after countless emails with them)

Fraud activity from my account. Money being transferred to someone who is not on my payee list . Over 400 pounds have been taken from my account , contacted them and they allowed another transfer to be made. Getting nowhere with customer service , contacted police and anti fraud have them all the reports etc and they are doing nothing. I really don’t know know how or when I will get money back. I have no money now to feed my children.
