I contacted Revolut because 800£ were missing from my vault, at first they dont accepted my request but after they told me a minor bug was stopping me to see my vault and will take few hours/days for them IT dep. to sort out the bug is now one month i am waiting, the chat operator and even the manager they just tell me to wait because the IT dep is very busy. I send three complain forms and i dint get any answer by Revolut. Customer service very poor, service very bad. The worst bank in the world, no attention to the need of they customers.

Can not believe what a scam bank is that. Yesterday, I had a fraud of 600euros taken from my account in 27 transactions. The bank haven't even contacted me to inform the suspicious activity. They ignored my concerns and therefore I can not be refunded the missing money. They should be taken their licence away for such!

Apart from the revolving door of senior executives, when it goes wrong, Revolut's customer service is appalling. They have currently "lost" $2500 of my wife's money, sent from a US bank to Revolut 4 weeks ago. After denying they ever received it, when confronted with the wire trail, they initially denied it was accurate, blaming the sending bank, before eventually conceding that there was a fault at their end. But they won't interact with the sending bank which has asked to reverse the transaction to get the money returned, and their app just has an endless stream of excuses from multiple customer service reps who have no accountability to put things right. They don't deserve a banking licence until they can sort out their customer service. We heard of another case today where someone has been waiting for over a year for a $5k transfer to be returned. Don't keep any money you can't afford to lose with Revolut.

Let the companies steal your money. Reject chargeback in obvoious situations like cancelation od the flight. Claim that the decission is final, but after of half an hour discussion they can change their mind.

The app is awful! I tried to set up an account on Revolut as a Canadian expat in an European country. During the signup process, every single time my selfie was rejected and I repeatedly got error messages when trying to upload a scan of my passport. When I tried to log in to complete my sign-up, I continually was stuck on a loop where I enter my phone number, am asked for a passcode I never created, click on "Forgot my passcode", get an e-mail to reset the passcode, and the e-mailed link is to the same page in the app asking for a passcode or to click "Forgot my passcode". I also was unable to change my phone number after obtaining a permanent number. Customer service was unable to help me complete the sign-up, though not really through any faults of theirs. The Revolut chat app routinely froze, and it was a long process of multiple selfies and pictures of my passport or driver's license to get back into the app to chat. The customer service people weren't responsible for the app glitches so I felt bad for them, they probably got loads of complaints over how poorly designed the app is.

I would not recommend to use Revolut at all, because it’s absolutely unclear service and terrible customer support. 1. If you bought upper plan with necessary services, you calculated cost and profit for this plan, relax, all options of this plan can be changed any time. You never get your profit. 2. If you have serious issue, you never got resolution. They can only reply by a chat and you never know what you are speaking with. I spent 7 days chatting with different people who appeared in the same chat and asked me the same questions and finally escalated my case. I was exhausted to explain the same things 5 times, and my chat is still open and I still did not get answer. I do not even know how much time else I should spend. I just needed to transfer my trading positions to another broker, as my husband and some other my acquaintances did. However, I was not able to do it and Revolut support teams cannot advised anything, they just redirected me from account support team to trading support team and back and each of them know only part of the issue, but no one can resolve whole issue. It’s a shame.

Absolutely disgusting actions from automated so called artificial intelligence systems. This is what happens when you put your trust in these things. My poor mother is going back home for the first time in 10 years and this is what they do to her on Saturday the 13th of May at 1 am! Ridiculous!

I sent a referral link to a friend on May 5th, the friend immediately ordered a physical payment card for £5 and the card arrived 11th May. The final steps to complete the referral offer was for the invitee to make three £5 purchases with the card. I checked the status of the referral at that point and saw that the referral deadline had expired in the app! I contacted Customer Service who informed me that the deadline to fulfill the offer was 9th May, two days BEFORE the friend even received the card. The offer was therefore literally impossible to fulfill and is an absolute scam. Revolut refused to honour the offer. If anyone else has had the same experience I would suggest they get their friends/family/invitee to chargeback the £5 fee for the physical card to the original payment method, close their Revolut account, and look into Monzo or Starling both of whom offer far superior service.

AVOID - MANY better competitors BE WARNED they will close your account in a moments notice, treat you like dirt and in cases i've heard of take your money. Absolutely disgusting company. Used for years for basic transactions and exchanges. Gave me 3 days warning of closing my account. No explanation given and refusing to give details. I requested a detailed explanation with transactions for what made up thing i've violated. Refused to explain. I ran 5 figures through this account for many years purely due to ease of exchanging and paying family and purchases. I haven't violated any of their generic terms. HOWEVER there are many competitors which do it better and don't treat you like dirt.

Customer service is terrible. Trying to get in contact with them is a joke. I had money stolen from my account and they wouldn’t accept this. Even though I was 1000ks away from the transaction. In fact I had used it 7 mins earlier which shows on my statement. I will be getting g into h with the banking Ombudsman to take this matter further . Terrible service. Mark Jagger

Very bad security with Revolut. People please stop using this bank. They are very easy to get in the beginning but you will lose all money as it has got very poor security system. I lost my money from revolut account and I have not received any justice. I am very much disappointed with Revolut.

My brother stay whit business team on chat 3 days , no one didn't help ,no one explain. They like joke whit him. I not recommend this bank, because your money its not safe.

Terrible app it's hard to get to the functions you want. When closing an account it is made too difficult and they still send me email's even though i have not used their service in over 2 years

They are not to be trusted they are criminals they scammed me of 92100 and where blaming me for it they said I violated their terms a Dm froze my account okay even if I violated your terms that gives you no right to keep my money they never refunded, I had to contact recovery expert " cainpav @ gmail . C0m" to helped me recover my money from this theives don't involve your money with revolut will end in stories and tears, I was lucky mr Cain was able to help, victims can reach him for assistance what app on + 1 51 8 504 - 7564

Horrific experience in trying to open a Business bank account with Revolut in March 2023 for the following reasons: 1) There is no way to contact Revolut to ask a question about the business accounts or features. If you write to the customer service address, they write back to say "we don't provide customer support" and they tell you to look for the info on their website - which I already had, and could not find it, hence my email to ask for help from cust service. It took one week to get a reply from them, and it was useless. 2) If you do go ahead to their business account opening process, their QR Code system of providing photos on your iphone of your required documents doesn't work - the camera was completely black and I could not take a photo. I flagged this up to the cust support email, and they didn't care. They said they would look into it but didn't. Eventually, after waiting one week for a reply from them, I downloaded their app and tried that way, and hey it worked. 3) I provided all required documentation quickly, now that their integrated camera app was working on the iphone. Then the docs just sat there, and despite a message on the Revolut logged in account page saying the account would be open within 3 hours, there was radio silence and nothing was done, nothing progressed. I contacted Henry Lister in the Business Accounts area, and he went silent too, and didn't answer his phone or emails. I rang again, and the call was answered after 5 minutes of ringing by a man - Thomas Benavida Clarke - who simply said "hello?" - which made me wonder if I even had the correct number, since it was a very unprofessional way for a bank to answer the phone. He said he couldn't help because it wasn't his area and he had to go to a meeting, so he ended the call. I have chased this business account opening repeatedly, by emails and phone calls, and also started a chat in the logged in version of the app - and no agent replied. PLEASE AVOID THIS RUBBISH BANK!!! It is a disaster, with no customer service, and after this experience, I have zero trust in them, and I will be asking for a deletion of my personal information.

The Proof of Business is complete BS. I cannot activate an account for a month now. I've provided all requested materials such as Bank Statement, Supplier Invoice, Invoiced issued by my company, Website Ownership, yet nothing is approved! The website is still under construction, so this cannot be accepted... Most ridiculous part is that OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT PROOF of REGISTRATION is not approved as valid proof. That's the most ridiculous service. I certainly don't recommend using their services!!

Unfortunately it’s not a bank, it’s a group of hustlers . no customer service. Not working, money is missing from account. And no one is able to explain or resolve anything.

They had my account frozen for no good reason. No withdrawals, but they accepted deposits. All of my bitcoins trapped, for weeks!! And their customer service never responded to a single email from me! BROADOAK-CAPITAL .COM helped me get my money back
