I need customer service email address .want to return a coat I ordered online just recently started to wear it pocket has split buttons dropping off purchased a lot from Roman always been satisfied apart from this coat poor quality don’t have receipt I’m sure you can bring it up on your computer. I am still waiting for a refund for dress returned in May. Unable to get through to anyone by phone and when leaving a message on their messenger site all,I get is an automated reply. Shouldn’t be taking orders. I have a feeling this company will be going out of business shortly. Wish I’d read the reviews before placing my first (and last) order !

Why does the company not have the curtesy of replying to my emails about serious return and refund issues?the telephone number provided does not work and I have had to resort to social media to write a dam ing report about your company .something has gone seriously wrong because I have been a loyal online customer for years. I have received two pairs of ladies trousers in separate parcels, exactly the same, £25.00 and £22.50. I already have these trousers and have worn them so have not ordered anymore Been trying for seven days to return them, they just say 'outage problems'. Exactly same thing with two more summer dresses arriving, already have dress, all paid for, don't need two more. What does outage problems mean and what do I do please?

I bought a dress some time ago in readiness for a cruise holiday. I tried it on today to see how it looked and my husband noticed the shoulder seams are totally different and as it is sleeveless and a dark colour it looks a mess. The tags are still on and the dress is unworn. How do I stand with regard to returning it as it is obviously some time since I purchased but is a faulty product. am a regular shopper at Roman Originals

Why do your dresses not have full zips? Ladies prefer to complete make-up and hair before dressing. I love lots of your dresses but will not purchase as they don’t have full zips.

I absolutely love Roman . Beautiful tops and very affordable, congratulations to your buyers they are brilliant. Clothes are much better than Marks and Spencer and Debenhams. I am always in the Redditch shop and looking forward to your autumn collection. But please, please can’t you sort out your returns policy as it puts many of my friends from buying as they can’t get a refund. I am sure it would increase your sales massively if you updated it. The other day I was going to buy another lovely top but the store was so very hot that I couldn’t possibly have tried it on and therfore I didn’t buy it. Please can you look into all this. Many thanks
