“ This company refused to refund a returned item, their engagement with me was dismissive and I think calculated. I ended up paying for a dress I don't own because I had no choice. I will never purchase from Roman again and I urge others to be cautious and track returns carefully. ”

“ Roman packaging is all plastic which is unacceptable. Two plastic bags where one would suffice and this has been the case for my occasional purchases over the years. Clearly no attempt to stop using plastic in order to be environmentally friendly, probably because it's quick, cheaper and possibly because the owner is focused on profit? Clothing mostly synthetic fibres too. Not good. Postage takes up to a week and returns cost £3! Be very careful ”
