“When I see that something I ordered has been posted via Royal Mail, I breathe a sigh of annoyance that crescendos into an exclamation of an expletive. I can't help but contemplate what transgression I had committed to offend the seller so much that I was punished with them putting my item in the hands of Royal Mail. Then comes days of frustration climaxing in the receipt of my damaged package. At the time of writing, I still have more packages in hell (mail centres) including an 8 day old Royal Mail "1st class". The only redeeming factor about Royal Mail these days is at least they aren't Hermes, hence two stars and not one.”

I waited and watched for my parcel to be collected and then at 11.03 am I received an e mail stating they tried to but could not collect as there was no parcel in sight. bearing in mind I did not request form a safe place as I don’t have one. Besides, at this time I was outside working on my car and no way did anyone from Royal mail come!
So, I had to then spend a half hour of my time and travel to take my package to the actual post office…Infuriating! So, back at home and at 12.04 my postman knocks with my post and asking for to collect my parcel…lol…He was as bemused as me how they could say they tried to collect…A totol untruth, What is going on??
So, 40 mins on hold to speak with customer service, = advised to make a claim online and that managers do not speak to customers wishing to complain, despite me asking for it to be escalated.
Called back after discovering that my complaint is not possible to report or make a claim against in what is the mine field of their awful online platform. Another 50 mins on hold and then as soon as gave my ref’ they hung up.
Then another 60+ mins , told the advisor I want to speak with a manager and escalate this matter, she rudely told me that managers do not speak to customers and promptly hung up on me….
AWFUL EXPERINCE. Gov’ needs to step in and sort this outfit out, its not on how its so badly managed.”

As a small business owner, they have caused me countless problems resulting in refunds, cancelled virtual events and lost items. I'm a painter, these items can't be replaced - they are one of a kind. To say I'm frustrated, not only at their service but at how impossible it is to get hold of them, would be an understatement. It's upsetting, not just disappointing.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are they slow but they also lie. I was supposed to recieve an item at the end of December. When I tracked my parcel online it was written that they tried to deliver my item but I wasn't at home. LIES. I was at home and I know for a fact they did not try do to anything.. It also said on their website that I should have recieved a " something for you card" which would give me details about my parcel. Surely, that wasn't the case.
I ordered for it to be redilevered on 12.01.2020. it's the 14th now and still I haven't recieved my item..
I too less time for it to arrive to the UK from Bulgaria- approximately 9 days to be precise.
Royal Mail's had my item for what seems to be 15 days now..
How is that possible?
Their service is a disgrace, a nasty twisted joke. I literally can't believe they are not bankrupt yet.

“Overpriced, stuck in the dark ages tech wise - their tracking doesn’t track only tells you when attempted delivery. Charges on parcels are ridiculous compared to courier services. Delivery slow and not within promised time frames. A joke of a company”
“Track and trace is just a piece of nonsense not fit for purpose. All it does is inform you that an item was posted, and them informs you that the next update will be once delivery has been attempted. How this information allows you to "track and trace" your item is beyond me.”
