Rarely get any mail, also recently receive an important letter 15 days late.

3 items ordered, all from different UK suppliers via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. All now 7 days after posting according to Royal Mail 'tracking' -which must be the worst in the delivery business - none has arrived. Why businesses use Royal Mail is a mystery to me. They are the absolute worst.

I paid for tracking of my now lost parcel, but the tracking number given does not work. I have complained, but thay ignored the issues, and sent a meaningless standard reply. when I tried to complain again the web site refused to accept the complaint. These must be one of the worst businesses for customer service.

I paid for a first class signed for delivery on the 08/06/20 and my items have still not been delivered. I've made several complaints using their complaints procedure on their pathetic site, and have had the same response, that is blaming the coronavirus for non delivery. They even have the cheek to ask if they resolved my complaint in their replies, which are obviously computer generated. I expected a delay due to the current pandemic, but over a month is totally unacceptable. Worst service and company out there. I would have given no stars if I could.

Terrible service 2 parcels not delivered in 2 weeks, both broken, both replaced at a cost to me. My small business is relying on Royal Mail.

The worst delivery company going, why companies insist on using only Royal Mail for shipping is beyond me. ‘Tracked’ parcels that will just show up at some random point, most other companies let you follow it to your door so you can at least have a vague idea of a time. Then when you miss it you have to wait days for a redelivery? So as it’s a Saturday I now have to wait until Tuesday? Terrible service.

Shocking company who, unlike the supermarkets and many other company's, have not managed to step up during the corona virus pandemic. Delivery now only seems to be twice a week, yet we have never received anything to communicate this. Parcels and letters take forever and many go missing. When you take the time and trouble to fill in the online form to ask for a parcel to be left in the shed, they ignore it and take it to the sorting office. Then you decide to collect it from the sorting office the next day (Friday), because you need the parcel for a birthday on Saturday, you find the sorting office only opened from 7-9am - SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! How is this a service?? Utterly shocking and they couldn't care less!!

The Royal Mail website is one of the poorest around. It almost competes with the gov.uk site. When you have finally not found what you require, you then have a roundabout journey to the same place. When you want to complain, it ends up with you getting to that same place again. I had to resort to emailing the CEO to complain. They really need to test their systems with actual customers. Whoever is in charge of IT at RM, they need to be sacked! USELESS!!!

have sent two pictures on two seperate occasions.both were securely packed,and also fragile stickers put on,they looked like they had been thrown all over the place,glass damaged,frame damaged,royal mail dont deserve that status,will never use again

They failed to redeliver my parcel, even after I complained to them. I was waiting for so long and it never turned up. Then ebay refunded me and I was then told by the seller that they tried to deliver it and he quoted the tracking info. Anyway they never left a red card and now it's sitting in the sorting office and I've been given a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the package!! I hate Royal Mail, they are a sloppy, crappy company with people who don't give a f*** about whether of not people get their mail and I wish they would go under. They've never given me any kind of compensation for any of the endless problems they create. I hate them!!

Paid extra for next day delivery, we’re in all day, get a text saying they tried to deliver but nobody was home - don’t even leave a card so I doubt they tried. Then you have to wait 2 days for them to even try to redeliver!!!

Pay extra for 24 hour delivery and it's not delivered because they only deliver in the morning??? They actually suck so much.

Still awaiting package from uk to ireland and its been 3weeks and answer to everything is they are backlogged. It hasn't even left the UK... And 3 weeks ago received my package withing a few days. Same sender to same location..

Would give zero stars if I could! Shocking service. Always late on deliveries I've paid to receive on a specific date and when they finally are about to deliver and I'm inside my apartment waiting, they rather leave a card saying the parcel it's too big for my letter box. Obviously trying to ring the bell must not be an option! Or even simply leave the parcel outside letter box like everyone else does! (it's a private building, you have to enter main door to access mail room so it's perfectly safe) Avoid at all costs.

I always make sure there's somebody home all day when I know I will get a parcel delivered. This is one of the many times I've been waiting at home all day just to come out at 7 PM and find the card from Royal mail saying they couldn't leave my parcel because it doesn't fit in the mail box. It's an en enclosed building and you have to get in from the main door to access mail room. So what I really don't get is: why in the world wouldn't the mail man just try and ring the bell to check if I'm in so I can just go out on grab my parcel instead of having to reschedule???!! Or why don't you just leave it outside the letter box like everyone else does?? And the biggest problem is the item reference number is always missing!!! How am I supposed to reschedule a delivery? Last time I went to the office to enquire about the missing reference number, the lady at the desk didn't even let me finish the question before starting to talk over me and say that's not her department and there's nothing she can do. What a joke.

Terrible service.... package from Scotland to Essex - according to tracking was at Camden on the 3 of July? 7th of July still no delivery??? I could have walked to Camden and collected quicker!! Utter joke of a service, and as for the tracking option?? It will only update once a delivery has been attempted!!!
