“I've been using Runwaysale for about 7 years now and have loved the service I received as well as the incredible deals... however since it has turned to MyRunway I've been disappointed again and again - numerous items suddenly "out of stock", items missing from my order, orders taking over a month when estimated shipping says 3-5 days, items scrunched up and stuffed into their little bags... and now, cherry on the cake, they're now stamping the items with their MyRunway name and it DOES NOT WASH OUT! Not sure what is happening guys, but get your house in order or you'll lose your clients.”

I had two watches in my basket at R1999 each and other items,put the transaction through then the app timed out. I had to go to dobtge checout again only to gind ggat tge watches price has increased to R2199.In the same time thepre was a message for 20% off sitewide.The transaction went though but the 20% was not deducted from all the items.I sent a complaint and was told the watches is new stock and the 20% was not for all products. It seems like the complaint was in vein.”

“I started purchasing online beginning of 2020 and its started out great then they slowly started cancelling items or not packing them with the rest of my order and I have to run around so they can investigate what went wrong. I've had many items that they cancelled on my orders and when i tried to reorder it's out of stock or sizes which left me annoyed but then i sent back items for refund and they partially refunded me and I'm still waiting over a week now for the rest of the refund.
Then i though i got lucky on black friday where i just went on their app and found diadora sneakers for R0.00, something got me thinking take two pairs incase there is a problem with one they can still send the other one
Order placed successfully and two day later I checked the progress of my order and it said items ready to be shipped
I waited patiently but came friday still no notification so I went on the app to check the progress just to see that my order has been cancelled
I'm very disheartened by this as no one even called or emailed to let me know they cancelled my order”
“I since ordered my product on the 26th November 2020 for someone who is birthday'ing on the 4th December because they say the delivery takes 3-5 working days, sadly I am still waiting for my product and the birthday has passed.”
“I bought clothes that where too big, I returned them, they reached Runaway sales website yesterday, today they inform me that they received the order, but it will take 3 days for the order to be checked and I get credited the money I used on the initial purchase. At the same time I request that they reserve an order I want to pay with their refund, and they inform me they do not reserve orders. Runaway sales service is so poor, this is the first and last time I will be buying from Runaway sales. My order number is 201019100961739, that's if you are willing to resolve my issue.”
“I was very impressed with Runwaysale in the beginning although it almost took 3 weeks for my items to come from their local warehouse. Nevertheless I liked what I have bought so I didn't worry that much. I received an email stating that my items has shipped 3 days later it was delivered.
I tried on both pair of boots but they are too big unfortunately. I've tried on numerous occasions to do a return but to no success. I've send emails to their communications team but no one is responding on my emails.
I'm quite disappointed in your customer service and the service I'm currently receiving. You will be the reason that I won't be able to do the return within the 30 day period!

“I had a very bad service and since I placed an order on the 5th of May, its end of the month and I still haven't received it. What's even worse is that when I called they said they don't know when they will deliver. I'm so disappointed, I will never buy nor recommend any of my friends to buy from Runwaysale”
“Have been ordering items from runway for a while now but am very disappointed with thier super slow service this time around. I ordered items on the 1st of April until today have not received them. I do understand that we were under lockdown but they started delivering winter essentials which is what I also ordered from the 1st of May but when I check the status of my items it still says waiting for stock to arrive at the local warehouse for two weeks the status remained that way. I also ordered a bag on Sunday the status from monday says item waiting to be shipped its now Thursday still the status has not changed i emailed them and called them the consultat was really nice and promised that I will get my items but so far nothing has changed. Am not happy at all.”
