This company has taken my money and nearly 10 months later I have issues still unresolved. Lost over a weeks worth of holiday for installation and call backs to be left bitterly disappointed everytime. Poor finish on all frames internal and external. Damage to carpets, brickwork and primary stack. Work area not protected and not even cleaned afterwards. The stress has made me physically sick but this company does not care!! Time frames certainly not met and engineers do not possess the skill set to complete work to a satisfactory standard.

I could give you a zero star otherwise I WOULD of. Ok so had a door fitted great looks amazing about 12 months ago I notice the handle and letterbox were discolored which was strange as it hadn't been fitted a year ok no worries as bi was told their furniture had a 10-year warranty with the door Happy Days or so i thought the gentle can out replaced the handle which was the long one above a meter in length also replacing the key cover and the letterbox which he was about to replace when I noticed it was totally a different type having black plastic back instead of a solid brushed chrome one as like the one fitted so the guy rang the office and said he would order the correct one and have the office call with a new date for it to be fitted this was over 14 months ago and I'm STILL WAITING every bloody time they make the appointment NOBODY TURNS UP SO PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES

My experience with safestyle customer care is poor. Agreed an insulation time and deposit was paid. The scaffolding was erected. On the day of insulation we were told 2 teams would arrive and the insulation would be completed on one day. I have now had the scaffolding up for 10 weeks. On the first and second day of insulation the cladding and letter box was not put on the van. We have been lied to regarding dates of completion. My husband had to take unpaid leave and at midday we had a phone call stating unfortunately the fitters are unable to attend. The customer service is poor and no one really cares about the customers. Constantly lies after lies, with an apology that is not really meaningful. The windows are of good standard and some of the fitters complete work to excellent standards. When you are paying a lot of money you expect good customer service and high quality work

I have contacted them four times for a quote and each time been promised a call from their Romford office. I have now given up. Why would a potential customer have to chase this company to give them their business??? If this is their customer service before taking my order I dread to think what it would be like after!!!

Time Wasters Quoted me double what another company quoted then agreed to lower the price so I decided to go with SafeStyle as they are a bigger company. This was a big mistake as I paid them deposit and everything was in place but shortly after Suvyeor visited they insisted that I needed scaffolding to have my window fitted in and this would cost an additional £450. Previous company which quoted me agreed to do the job without scaffolding (this is to replace one window on side of house.) and they were confident to use my carport to stand on which has been used by my roofer to put his ladder on and climb to the top of the roof. SafeStyle clearly just trying to get extra money and inconvenience me. When I initially spoke to their sales rep I sent him pictures of my carport and explained to him that another company had already been round and were happy to stand on carport and do the job. The SafeStyle rep said he was happy from the pictures that I shown him that SafeStyle could also do the job with no scaffolding. After hooking me in and getting sale they then change their tune which is why they are time wasters! I have cancelled my order as untrustworthy. When you agree price for job you should honour it. I was actually going to use them next year to change the windows and doors on one of my other properties so glad I have found out now what they are like.

We had our windows doors fitted 9th Aug , lads who fitted them no problem, but when they had left I stood and looked at the door it wasn’t till later I realised the letter box was crooked and the door was scratched, I then looked at my neighbours door that was also crooked, they also used this company so I walked down the road where yet another house had used this company their letterbox is also crooked. We have been fobbed off again today, and we had the glass changed in the door as that was also cracked we were told they would fit a new panel he didn’t know anything about it. I really wish I had looked at these reviews as they would not have got my business, it was bad enough the survey man was arguing with me about things I do not recommend this company to anyone and the person I did I will have to apologise, I did think it was strange they wanted the money very quickly.

Safestyle installed approx 10 doors/windows in Feb 2020 and since then there are still unresolved issues. I have had numerous engineers and locksmiths out all telling me different things. One engineer said put Vaseline on the windows to help them open! I didn’t spend over 12k to be told to put Vaseline on them. Finally the 4th engineer said all the windows and doors had been ill fitted and will have to be re done which will take 4 hours. So almost over a year of being fobbed off I finally get someone who knew what they talking about and told the truth. The locksmiths even said the windows had been poorly fitted. I have had many cancellations, engineers have also come to my property with the wrong materials several times and my appointment gets rescheduled every 3 months. If you decide to go with Safestyle you take a chance on the cowboy fitters they send to do your windows and or doors. I assume the ones who have rated this company positively is due to them having decent fitters doing a proper job. I had 2 more windows done, but this time used a local builder to source the windows (as they all come from the same place) and with the installation and labour this cost me £600. I so wished I had done this originally as would have saved myself 50% of the costs. As a gesture of good will, Safestyle issued me with a pathetic £200 compensation and 18 months have passed with still unresolved matters. I would recommend customers to source a good local builder to get them the windows and install it for them for fraction of the price.

DO NOT USE!! Had 3 installations done by Safestyle and with a total of 5 issues so far and the windows have been in less than a month, I would not recommend. All issues caused by badly being installed in the first place and the response you get when phoning to get it fixed is disgraceful. One of my windows installed is also a fire exit (Installing a faulty fire exit Im sure is illegal but they done seem to care) and it doesn't actually open due to a loose latch on the locking mechanism getting stuck and when I phoned wanting it fixed Ive been given a 5 week waiting time. This is disgusting and a real shame as the windows themselves are very nice, just they seem to employ anyone who can turn a screwdriver. Quick enough to take your money and slow doing anything, just Bad workmans ship. Would not recommend employ someone who actually cares about their work and their customers.

When SAFE STYLE UK fitted double glazed windows to the rear of my property, to say I was pleased would be an understatement in fact I was elated with the workmanship of Kevin Hopes , he explained what work he would be carrying out , removed the old fittings, fitted the new SAFE STYLE UK and cleared up any debris ,well done SAFE STYLE UK in employing a fellow like Kevin.

Had windows and door fitted beginning of May 2021 and there were a few snagging problems that needed sorting. For instance one of the bedroom window locking system is stiff and doesn't seem to be fitted properly, the letterbox fell off after 1 day! Bricks need replacing after bay replaced with straight window, internal door no longer closes after bay replaced and a few other repairs reported. Absolute zero after sales as phoned and reported to be fobbed off and no one calling back with an update. Promise great customer service and experience but do not deliver! Would never recommend and wished we had gone to a local business

Salesman arrives without notification. Stank of smoke. Pleasant guy, but heyho. Safestyle promise to beat any price. That’s rubbish, in small print it states ‘any price’ from leading companies. I refused, then they ring back reducing the price by £150. Then rung again. Different sales person, because I questioned the price his tone changed, clearly obnoxious. Be very careful with this company.

Really bad company to deal with. Putting pressure on you to accept the deal and sign up for insulation there and then. Not fair on a customer to make there decision right away you have to shop around or even think about things. then putting pressure on someone, not so nice. And then a call from customer services guy tell you don't know how you been dealing with. our people have to make the live that is unprofessional. I don't recommend the company to my friends or family.

Had windows fitted 10 years or so ago I’ve been chasing damp in my house ever since thought it was the house till I’ve started painting the outside and realised that they’ve not even sealed the windows one of the windows has got a 2 inch gap in it and was filled with polythene seeking legal advice looks like somebody measured up incorrectly and then just bodged it to get the job done

Do NOT buy from this company, after spending £20,000 and fitted only 3 weeks ago, numerous breakages etc, the glass shattered in one of my doors this morning with nothing and no one near it, I now have to email photos etc but they do not cover this???????? I have windows i cannot close as the handles are too stiff or are out of line, appalling company and service! No wonder they wont let customers review or post on the page! and i would post photos but it will not allow!!!!!!!!!

At the beginning of my journey with Safestyle I thought all would be good. The salesman John was lovely and the product looked fantastic, got offered a good deal to have all the windows in the house replaced and also replacing our existing conservatory. Not a small job!! The windows have been fitted still left with outstanding issues of windows not fitting properly and was very disappointed by the quality of the product. Have chosen to have the anthracite grey which is foiled wrapped on top of the white PVC. Wow the finish is appalling and looks like it will constantly need to be repaired. Edges of window joints are incredibly rough on all windows. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. Then as if that's not enough I then have the conservatory installed, that commenced on Monday 19th July, and then on the Wednesday they found that the glass wasn't delivered, which then turned out that it hadn't even been manufactured!! Why start a conservatory without all the products??!! Common sense really which Safestyle really don't have at all. Then after convincing them that I need some sort of roof on Friday morning they fitted a ply wood temporary roof. I was promised on the Monday that Chris from the Crayford depot would ring me to arrange when glass would be coming. He never calls you have to constantly chase up, No glass I was told on Monday!! I asked to speak to Martin Pike, who is the regional director but he hasn't had the courtesy of calling or even emailing me!! No surprise with this company. I found out on Tuesday where and when my glass will be ready, Monday 2 August!! Not that anyone from Safestyle has had the decency to call. Last night it rained a lot and I had water running down the insides of my conservatory walls!! Now I have damp walls. Now this will be costing Safestyle more than just sorting out my conservatory it is also the redecoration, as have to say when the windows are fitted I believe a lot more care should be taken not to ruin the current decoration. I only moved into the house at end of October and had the entire house redecorated not that you would believe that now!! This is the biggest mistake I have taken choosing Safestyle and just want to cry at the state of my house. You have ruined my house thanks Safestyle!!!!" I have many other comments about how my windows sit and look but would take too long to write!!

We wanted quotes for the windows, doors (2doors 1 french door, 7 windows) in the whole house. The salesman gave his typical speech about not been a better product on the market so there is no reason to get anymore quotes about 45 minutes after his salesman pitch we finally got to pick out window and doors we liked. he then went on to say i can get you a super deal with the window buy back scheme and a free colour upgrade if we had a leaflet which we said we have not got. he went to his car and got one for us and said dont tell his boss. he finally gave us the price at 20k both me and my patner almost fell of our chairs when we said that was far too high he said what was your budget we said about 9-10k. he then rang his boss and straight he brought the price down 10k a 50% saving just sounded to suspect to us so asked if we could have some time to think about and he said no that is a one time price for today. so we said we would leave it. fast foward 2 weeks they are on the phone what we thought of the price trying to push us into buying there product. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THEM

I had 3 new windows fitted, and a new back door last week. Can’t fault the service. Excellent sell, then later on I decided to change handles for chrome (no problem). They came to do the work, very nice, hardworking chap. Completely trustworthy, so I went on to work. Came back later and everything was completed. No mess and he even put the blind and curtain rail back before putting my key through the letter box. Thank you so much. A***** service. Just my front bay windows and then my home will be completely Safestyle safe. :)

I received a quote for a like for like conservatory, agreed the price and signed the purchase order. There were a few minor errors on it which the surveyor put right. After 2 x surveys Safestyle called me to say they had made an error with pricing and wanted an extra £10k for the work. I was meant to have the conservatory fitted in July, however, they have since returned my deposit and ignored 2 x complaints that I have put in. As far as I am concerned they should honour the verbal contract and are currently in breach of that hoping I will just go away. My advice would be to steer well clear of this Company, they do not respond to complaints and can’t even manage to follow their own customer charter. I am seeking further advice on how to take this forward.

Stay away from these company.Read all the reviews all of them are right.I had 10 windows and the front door installed on 30 of June.At the end of installation I have called customer service to speak to them about the issues ;on 2 nd of July I sent a email and photos to backup my claims ;on 5th of July send another email.I made endless calls to customer service only to be on hold for 45 minutes and get the some result”we did inform the depo manager about the issues that you have or big lies like we are waiting on the glass to arrive??? Or we left you a message…really SAfeStyle ???????? Please read my original extract from the email and note that the scaffolding is still on my property today wend supposed to be only for 72 hours Re: 1447825 Dear Safestyle UK, I have discovered the following problem with the work you have done for me: FRONT DOOR -not level -edging out around the door is put more into an arch shape rather than a box squared shape -not staying closed without use of extreme force -excessive amount of mastic use between frame work and wall and to hide the mistake and damages caused to the windows and frames during installation -frame cut into pieces rather than a straight uniform pieces ,not put in the line with the wall LOUNGE BAY WINDOW -windows been cut into, both look as though a large chunk was removed from the frame -top of the window to fill a large gap they use a piece of untreated wood cut in small pieces not fit for purpose; also added another 10cm of plastic to cover top window appearing as the windows may have been too short(workers complained that the windows may have been too short) -the aluminium leg that is supporting the bend part of the window frame is not properly supported /anchored on the top is staying on the air, so the wall above is nor even on it .that is putting myself and my propriety at a VERY HIGH RISK TO COLAPS -Very top final edge was cut into small chin cos rather than straight uniform lines, and a screw was used to hold it in place but only at one position and was attempted to be poorly hidden -one of the corners from the edge stick out from the wall and is not put accordingly with the wall -Underneath where the lip/ edge was put underneath that a metal support appears to be sticking out and not hidden or poorly put in -Inside, base of the window had to be moved for installation but when the installation took place it was not put back in a straight line, poorly covered with a large amount of white mastic; I have asked your" engineers "about it they say that they have not put that in so is not them fault that is not straight -Aluminium support legs are longer than the other, sticking out more than the other one. BAY WINDOW bedroom (first floor) - scratch on frame of the window during installation, poor attempt at being hidden - mastic used to hide base of the window outside with translucent mastic, despite a significant amount used all of it Is showing. -- - -missing the edge of the window base outside on the window on the right General issues expressed throughout all the windows- brown edge used to cover the base edges on all windows apart from the one that was forgotten. Use of translucent mastic to cover holes around the windows and wall, very very visible on all the black windows and in some places poorly put. White mastic very poorly put in everywhere, they put it in with carelessness. Black mastic, very badly put on around every window to cover mistakes and errors, and scratch on the first-floor base edging that is white. Under the lip of some bases of the windows, they placed a black strip to some of the windows using translucent mastic and did not put no strip to any of the others. Some windows fixed with 2 screws some with 1 and some with 3??? Today I have discovered that one of the grand floor bay windows is open and that is not possible to be looked. I have called the customer service and the first customer service representative she put me on "hold" back to the que as 24customer online for 42min; second she try to book a engineer to come on 10th of July to fix it, and that I can leave and go to work if is not visible ... I told her that until then what I suppose to do about security of my home ??she booked someone to come in today and make my home secure. The engineer arrived but it was impossible for him to fix the problem he only forced the window for the moment close and advise me to not tach it BECAUSE IS NOT SAFE. I would give you a (-) minus 100000 stars if possible for the treatment that you give to your customer. Customers please stay away from these company…. SafeStyle please remove your scaffolding and contact me before I will get BBC Wachdog and my solicitor involved…
