Someone had came out to measure and provide a quote. He did not go through any details. Just simply threw an extremely high price at us. So I decided to get a quote from another company which provides better quality and their sales men were amazing and happily spoke through it all. So decided to go through them. Pls be very careful and make sure you get quote from other companies. I informed safestyle that I have been provided a cheaper quote but they refused to honour the same amount. Their website does state that they will beat any quote but they failed to. The guy sounded very rude and said you can’t compare our widows to that company and we can’t match that quote and said bye. Felt very disheartened and upset with the company.

1st fast service fast fit everything looked gd windows & door are good quality. fitting on the other hand is shocking gaps everywhere. been out number of times still no better. last engineer came out and actually said where these fitted in the dark.he noted all the issues without me telling him and HE is booked to come back hopefully that will be the end of it. Will be applying for compensation as its been 3 years of gaps and poor installed products so loss of heat and extra costs in heating to myself. do not recommend only went with them as we needed windows and it was 0% finance. price was OK in the end after being quoted 10k . Good job I had a local firm price 1st so I knew a figure to be close to.

We ordered windows which were installed on 17-19 March 2021 for which we paid upfront on completion. The installation team did a good job until they got to the 2 bay windows(one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor), kitchen windows and french doors. They left gaping holes above the bay windows, broken walls in the kitchen and gaping holes in the wooden frames, and the bay window sills were cut off at the ends with the fascia coming off. Furthermore, we were asked to provide toilet facilities and water for the installation team - which we did by hiring a portaloo at our cost BUT the installers persisted in using our children's bathroom putting them at risk!!! Upon contacting Safestyle, we spoke to Nicole (the only decent and lovely customer service agent they have!) and she sent out a surveyor who then told us the repairs would be done on 20 July 2021! 4 months after installation! And we are supposed to continue to plug the holes with newspapers and tape to avoid freezing!! We have emailed and called - and have not received an acknowledgement/response to our emails. We are now unable to progress with the works for which we had booked builders until this situation is resolved. We cannot recommend Safestyle to anyone - Once they have your money THEY DONT CARE. As members of Which, we have made them aware of our situation and are contacting their legal team for advice. Appalling experience! Unfortunately the minimum you can give is a 1 Star rating here and we have no option but to select 1 star. Truly horrible and upsetting experience - with no end in sight! As we write this, we still have had not response or acknowledgement from Safestyle to our emails. We have had to chase them constantly.

Appalling company! Did not turn up on pre-arranged dates for fitting on more than 1 occasion, missing frames, still waiting for faulty work to be rectified over 8 months later, charged for work that wasnt completed and waiting for a refund for over 2 months now. Avoid!!!!

Very poor quality of product and installation, we have since had all windows and doors replaced by a professional company. Left a knife in my 6yr olds bed. Went into areas of my home in my absence without permission and helped themselves to items from my fridge ( I have video evidence ) serious health/safety and security breaches and theft.

Poor quality windows and doors. Window lock broke the first time I used it. There is a crack on the side of the door. Eventhough there is a 10 years guarantee the company would not replace the plastic trim on the door. The installer was supposed to come in March. This was cancelled. An appointment was rebooted for April and cancelled again. Now it is rebooked for June

Follow Up Review Had a door/window fitted in March after numerous attempts to get this sorted and not having any communication with Safestyle . Things have at last started to happen. Safestyle have sent me a "report" I say a report with clenched teeth and if i wasnt so angry I would be laughing out loud. The report must of been done by somebody who really needs to go back to school - the report was done handwritten and on a scrap piece of paper. There are spelling mistakes and rubbings out and corrections a tottaly unprofessional report written by some one who it seems dropped out of school. Then you have the report itself - it says that the 3" gap in the roof with the gable end hanging off is due to the hole in roof and rain getting in ????? No the gap in the roof was not there prior to the work being done and was there 2 days after. It says that the wood inside has rotted now he must be superman if he can tell this from 30' away - he never went up to the roof, no pictures included, no knock on the door all this was done in a sneaky unprofessional - incomprehensible way from his car window. I wonder what story he was told - it sounds like he was to report on the state of the roof, theyve put 2 + 2 together and come up with 104 somehow. There was no communication from them or safestyle. This is the professional service you get.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves - this door was installed in June 2019 - no bleach or anything like that has been used on the door or the fittings on the door. This is what you can expect your door to like in less than 2 years. Cheap rubbish.

This is an update from my review which may or may not help customers. Our problem was a door/window fitted 2 days after we found a gap in roof and of course it was raining for a few days as well. I still have not had any communication with Safestyle - I have just had a builder in to look at the work that needs to be done and its worse than i thought - its going to need somewher in the region of £10,000 to make our roof safe again, pulling down the gable end wall to put in a Lintel which should of been put in in the first place. i have contacted fenza , Trustmark and GGF whom Safestyle are affiliated with and who recommend there work. Surprise Surprise they cant/wont do anything - they suggest I contact SAFESTYLE - wish i thought of that. In there written stuff FENZA state that " That in the event the contractor is no longer able to rectify breaches of Building Regulations - we will indemnify YOU for the cost of making it good." FENZA clearly states that they cover for "Defective Workmanship" . All this is baloney - Its interesting to note that FENZA gets SAFESTYLE to "SELF ASSESS" and then a certificate is awarded. So if FENZA are recommending SAFESTYLE do they not have some obligation as per THEIR policy to put it right. TIP have a look at your HOUSE BUILDINGS INSURANCE you may be surprised to see that you have legal cover as we do - OUR SOLICITOR will now deal with this and it will cost more than what we originally said we would take. We had a window and door fitted on March 4th on March 6th we found that the roof above the installation had a 3" gap in it. We got the assessor out and he admitted it was because no lintel had been put in over the window. he said it needed URGENT repair 10 days later we are still waiting. I have said several messages and rang on at least 3 occassions to be told somebody would be coming out after waiting in all day nobody came. On one occasion i noticed a safestyle van parked outside with someone pointing up at our roof , i waited for them to come to door after 15 mins i went to look and they had vanished. Iam appalled at this treatment, it is a company that has no scruples, incompetence is at another level, uncaring and unprofessional with no clue about communication. It feels like their own workmen knows how bad and dangerous they have left our roof and just dont want to deal with it. Nobody from the company has contacted us to offer any help at all. Please dont use this company.

Had a quote for 1 window £900 that included £100 for the surveyor why do you need a surveyor when a member of staff have already measured your window ordered my window from another company £160 cheaper and no surveyor , so shop around folks.

had a new front and window and a porch fitted today ,guys turned up first thing , dust sheets down old windows and doors removed, very polite and tidy workers , did an excellent job fitting porch , windows and doors . very well fitted and sealed all rubbish removed and brushed up paths outside . highly recommended , thanks safestyle

Door to door sales. Explained that we weren’t interested due to loosing job during pandemic. Explained wanted to get inside because I’d just got back from shopping (he caught me walking up the drive way with shopping bags.) He wouldn’t leave without a number so I gave him mine. 5 mins later he knocks on my door again to tell me I’ve written my number down wrong....very pushy and not likeable.

Absolutely shocked at the phone call i received. After requesting a quote i was asked if i lived alone i said it wasn't relevant to be told they needed that information to go ahead with an appointment. With all that's on the news lately about women not feeling safe i am appalled that this info was asked by a man to a woman...i told him i wasn't comfortable giving out that information and not to bother with a quote. Safestyle i think you need to review your approach.

If I could rate zero I would. Sexiest company. The rep that visited refused to measure up, show samples or quote because my husband wasn’t present despite me telling him three times that I’d agreed with my husband that I would arrange the quote. He left after wasting 20 minutes of my time and the brochures went straight in the bin. Would not recommend at all.

Apalling service and they pay people to leave good reviews or here and on Trustpilot and if you leave a bad review they offer even more money for you to delete it and if you refuse threaten you with legal action as your contract states you cannot leave them a bad review.

Looks like I dodged a bullet. From the start their behaviour has been appalling. I ignored the reviews thinking I liked the product but nothing is worth the hassle. I'm getting out of their nonsense.

Do NOT use this company. Had nothing but bother with front door and after 9 or so engineer visits still got the same problem. yold ladt engineer door was lopside so he measured it with a scraper and told me it was within the 4mm tolerance. Yes i said a scraper. A joke of a company with engineers who think they can just fob you off. They take your money and give a product that isnt fit for purpose. As for the customer service dept, welll the less i say about them the better. There is NO Customer service or aftercare.

HAPPY. Yes I should be but no I am not. Fitted wrong windows and I phoned and the lady didn't want to know. Now I have different windows at the back to the front. Not only that the lady lied to me saying they didn't do the windows I wanted, but the man who came to see me showed me the window and it was the same as I wanted. So how come they fitted completely different ones. One very disappointed customer. Wish I had paid on a credit card as I would have some cane back.

Very disappointed appointment originally booked for Monday but didn’t turn up. Against better judgement rearranged for Wednesday, called to confirm and was advised that unless husband would be available they would not come!! So much for equality and women’s rights !!
