We bought a new samsung oven that never worked and it took awhile to realize that it was not holding its heat. We have not received any help or compensation from Samsung despite hours on the 'phone and supplying all info asked for. How very short sighted of Samsung not to give any help or satisfaction, Do they have any idea of customers and potential customers they have lost

I am starting to loose interest on anything Samsung. Ever since I bought their kitchen appliances (microwave and Stove) it is one problem or another. I have never have peace with their products and I will never encourage anyone to buy Samsung products. It sucks!!

Samsung Home Appliances Samsung is so retarded. They show a faster delivery date on the website, but after placing the order the delivery date moves to a later date at least by 15-20 days. They're cheating the customers this way. And none of their customer service reps have any knowledge about what's going on. This is the most horrible experience I've had with such a large company.

My son bought me a Samsung S20FE, Samsung Galaxy watch and ear bud. The ear bud wasn't working properly on the get go and we returned it. At this point they took away the protection plan because of the return. I kept the watch and the phone. Soon after the phone began to drop calls. I called Samsung, the tech told me it's a software issue and I should bring it to their authorized dealer, UbreakIfix. The tech at the store destroyed 3 years of work and important information from my accounts and phone and would not own up to it. They send me to Samsung and Google to fix their mess and Samsung sent me back to them. Never got Google. I was back and forth for some time between Samsung and UbreakIfix when UbreakIfix finally admitted that they messed up but it was my responsibility to back up my phone and they didn't need to tell me that. They even wrote lies in their notes to say I told them I didn't care about my information which is actually my life...yep. Told the tech that my phone is still dropping call, he told me I need a replacement and then a long story of how it's better to go directly to Samsung to save time. I did that, Samsung told me that it will take up to 10 days to 2 weeks to try and resolve the issue with my phone without a loaner. I explained that I used my phone for everything and I have kids in school and asked for a loaner. They told me I can't get one and the only way I get a replacement is if I send it directly to Samsung techs (after sending me to UbreakIfix..their authorized tech and destroying my data) so that they can determine if they can fix it and give permission for me to get a replacement. It's sad that a large company such as Samsung treats customers with little or no regards and has no business morals and ethics. I was a big fan of Samsung. Every thing in my house is from Samsung...moving forward I will never spend my hard earned money with Samsung again. It's sad but life goes on and as disappointed as how I feel that I wanted to cry so badly mostly because of lost data. I have to tell myself that life goes on and cut my losses.

I recieved my Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra with no charger and no headphones. Week ago I've ordered S10 plus from another website and I get two chargers ( uk and Europe) headphones, screen protector and case. Paid a lot of money and now I have to spend much more. I don't expect case and glass protector but without charger is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I bought a Galaxy Watch 3 about 3-4 months back. The HR stopped working and had to send it back in to SAMSUNG. No they are telling me I have to pay $200 plus to get it back/repaired. They are telling me that the motherboard got wet...i only wear it when i run. ???? Sounds like they have an issue with the seal on the watch. I would not recommend this product.

They suck new 40 inch tv went bad in 2 months took 6 weeks to get my refund I can only use at samsung.com and it doesn't work 2 months into this and my tv still isn't replaced.

Day nine with a broken washing machine that is eight months old. Begged for an engineer to be sent to me, but Samsung just want me to take a video and email it to them. Which I did. Then was told they don’t accept a .mov file extension. So I struggled to change the format, then I had to shrink the file as was too big to send. Which I did. Now I am sending the acceptable video in a working format only to be told the are not receiving it at their end. Even though the video is showing as sent in my sent email tab. So rang them again today this time I was asked how many seconds is that video??? They will only accept no more than 30 seconds. I really need a repairman to come snd fix the drum as it is not moving during any wash cycle. This is not a tech problem but a machine part fault. Samsung have all of the info needed to realise this. Now my issue still not solved is being pushed over to tech support so that they can ring me to discuss why they are not able to open the .mp4 video file that I can open on my iPhone and pc. At this rate I will be washing my clothes in the local river. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone after all of this stress.

I bought the A32 5 g but no one told me that it doesn't zoom in to text material. It has this magnifying window instead which is a pain to use. What is the matter with all these stupid companies. Don't they know the expression, if it works, don't change it. I do a lot of research and I don't carry my glasses so I depend on that zoom to read my material. I guess it's time to leave samsung and try another company. Stupid change on their part. Also when I tried to contact them to give them feedback. It took me a long time on the computer to find this. Their customer service stinks.

Bought a washer and dryer set with installation. My brother let them in since I was at work that day. They did not install anything and my washer now shakes violently and is scratch from going all over the basement because of the vigorous shaking. I called Samsung they said a repair tech would call me in 24-48 hours it’s been almost a week now I need to make time to call them again. It’s almost November and I purchased this in September. This is why I went directly to Samsung and I completely regrets my purchase.

My daughter bought me a Samsung washer and dryer set. I’ve had it for less than six months and the dryer stopped working already. Called Samsung and set up service appointment. They came early, luckily my daughter was home and was able to let them in. I hurried home. He said it was the main board and had to order it. Two weeks later I came home early to be home for when they showed up, only to get a call from my husband saying they weren’t coming, they rescheduled for next week. When that guy came he checked my outlet without taking off the plate and said that I didn’t have enough voltage. I called and complained. Needless to say, it’s been over a month and I still have a broken dryer. Samsung needs the train their repairmen better and get better customer service, then maybe you wouldn’t have such angry customers.

They don't even deserve 1 star. In less than a year, my Samsung TV started peeling on the edges, so they offered me a refund after giving me inconsistent instructions on what I needed to do (send back the TV, peel the label off, keep the TV, dump the TV, full refund, e-coupon only for Samsung.com, etc...). After the refund was finally approved, it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my simple emailed coupon to use to purchase a new TV. Every call (more than 10 calls at this point) tells the same scripted story that it's being reviewed and they won't provide me with more details, won't let me talk to anyone else, and won't give me specifics on when I'll get a simple refund. Many reps are rude and won't listen to what I have to say. Based on what I'm reading here in the reviews, it's common among all Samsung products. It's not worth the headache and I'll be moving on to a different brand from now on. Screw Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator French door bottom freezer. Within three weeks the compressor went out. They’ve agreed to replace it but it took them two weeks to even get anyone to come out and look at the refrigerator first. I’m going on my fourth week without a refrigeratorI still haven’t heard from them when I can expect the delivery. I must’ve called customer service about 10 times and you get the same story from them That they are sorry for the inconvenience asked to talk to a manager and conveniently the managers already busy with another caller. I don’t know how long they think a person should go without a refrigerator I’m still having to make payments on it even though it doesn’t work. I’m happy that they’re willing to replace the refrigerator but I lost over $220 worth of groceries plus I had to go and buy a mini fridge just so I could keep the basics. I will never do business with this company again. I always had good luck with Samsung products before I don’t know what happened to this company but they are terrible. Would not recommend buying anything from them. I gave them one star because zero was not an option.

Don't order ANYTHING off their site unless there is someone home every day allday. I contacted them because I live alone and wanted FedEx to hold my package for pick up. Samsung obviously doesn't need customers because he flat out refused, completely ignored that I told him I live alone and can't give up a full day waiting around. I told him to expect the package back and I'll never use the site again.

What a waste of a star!! This company does not deserve a single star. I purchased a couple of laptops on Sep 19 and estimated delivery date for both order was Sep 28th. Fast forward a week and the charges were removed from bank account, the status on the order was delayed. And there were no emails or communication I received from Samsung. Then followed few days of constant calling and chats where every single agents insured me that they will send an email with new delivery date. For my second order, one even guaranteed a delivery before a certain day which was critical as the person receiving it was going to another country few days after that date and needed to take the laptop with him. Anyways that did not happen. Today its Oct 15th, almost a month from the purchase day and 17 days past the original delivery date and I have not yet received any of my orders. Customer service keeps saying the same scripted line about me and my orders being top priority and that they will send out an email with updated dates. Srivani, who is the supervisor of the customer order support could not provide an explanation as to why it was delayed or any estimation of new delivery date whether it would be this week, next week or next year. When I asked if I could talk to someone who may have these answers, he said there is no one and that he is the top level or final person in the customer order support chain. Samsung agents were extremely robotic, lacked any empathy, unprofessional and unhelpful and they keep repeating the same lines over and over again like bots. People buy laptops because they have the need to use it for personal, school and professional reasons. Sometimes delay happen but it should be up to the seller to keep the customer informed and timely updated instead of customer begging to the seller for updates and then never getting it. This has been the single most worst online shopping experience I have ever had. So disappointed with Samsung. I will never do online business with Samsung.

Joke of a company no help faulty phone to be sent back and now need to wait 7-12 day chats and speaking to experts on live chat while at work to get stuff sorted replying and they take ages for one reply from them and because i never replied within 2 mins they cut the chat. Will never be using samsung again after years of having samsung phones watches earphones etc customer care is atrocious

I purchased Samsung F42 mobile from Samsung online shop & received damaged condition. I registered complaint via Live chat then two days later by email. once I called customer service they told to share photo of chat history which is really irritating as live chat history was not available. Simply they said replacement not possible & forced to use damaged phone.... plz don't buy online shop products though you get any price advantage.

I have a samsung washing machine ,I had given call to customer care to please visit my residence for repair PCB board so executive came to my place he said they will repair board but there is no guarantee it will work for long or days ,so I decided to put new board it cost me around Rs 5000 with charges of servicing with warranty of 3 months . After a month it started giving problem to me in between it started getting pause every 10 minutes .so I gave call to executive he told he will visit but he did not than I gave call to his service dealer in which he gave me receipt but they also are not answering the call so then decided to call samsung customer service center but till there is no one have visited my place , this is very very bad service I am experiencing from samsung ,I did not expected this from samsung ,I suggest to you please don't go for samsung product please think before going because my friend advice me good service but it is not

Would give none purchased all new home appliances November 2020 was not delivered til January 2021 dishwasher started leaking end of July 2 technician later samsung refuses to exchange when they have my dishwasher in stock online
