I have s Samsung galaxy s21 +5g. I like the phone. The one problem I have it absolutely will not work with my Gold Pad application when I try to tap the phone using the NFC function on the phone even though it is turned on. For this reason I will not buy another Sumsung phone.

Worst customer service in the world. I bought a whole kitchen suite if appliances and waited almost 3 months for delivery. The day before the delivery date xpo calls and wants me to schedule my delivery! It will take an extra month for delivery now. 4 months total. It took literally 3hrs on the phone with customer service passing me back and forth like a hot potato only to find that there isn't anything they can do. Do not buy anything from Samsung.com you will be sorry.

I have been dealing with Samsung Premium Care for over 2 months trying to obtain credit for a year's worth of duplicate billing for Samsung Premium Care for the Galaxy Ultra S20 that was turned in to buy the Galaxy Ultra S21. I have requested to speak with escalation team and always am denied. The Supervisor, Bill won't even get on the phone with me and no f/us are provided. If anyone can assist me to have this escalated would appreciate it. Have spoken to various individuals and always am told it takes time. It has been 2 months.

I highly don't recommend to shop on the samsung shop, the delivery and installation service is in efficient and inexistent. I bought a washderyer and I payed for the delivery and installation but the installation hasn't been made because the transporters weren't able to do that. They ensured us that they'd informe the company that installation wasn't made but instead they took pictures inside my home when I wasn't watching and they affirmed that installation was correctly made, just attaching a cable. The assistance contacted me just many days later and i had to call and pay an installator to do the job, I asked for a refund but they didn't approve it because of the lies of the transporters.

Getting a refund is impossible! I had 2 Galaxy A32 5G phones quite working on me. The first one lasted 2 hours after buying it. I returned it and got another one thinking that it was just a fluke. The second quit working after 2 weeks. They both just completely died and won't come back on. The company wants me to call ANOTHER place and try to have my phone fixed. Why would I want to have my phone fixed when 2 of them did the same thing and I already had to buy another phone. (not a samsung phone) Anyway......good luck if you have any issues with one of their phones. I will never buy Samsung again.

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for over 20 years with everything from televisions and surround sound systems to tech infatuation with cell phones. Have always had the newest model and until the last year the very best in customer service. That all has changed now and Samsung has lost a lifetime customer for horrible customer service, warranty support and customer follow up. After the third, yes THIRD screen needed to be replaced on my FLIPZ 1st generation, Samsung stated that the screens are on back order. I was expected to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement phone to be sent as they are out of stock as well. After an hour on the phone, the representative I spoke with stated providing a substitute phone was not an option. I informed the representative that I would be switching not only my phone but every other product to Apple and the response I received was "Sir you need to understand, I am just an employee and you need to follow the process." No Samsung, I do not need to follow your process. You have competitors and you have willingly made the decision to alienate a lifelong loyal customer. Thanks for nothing! Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fridge has never worked properly and they refuse to fix it. They even said that they “didn’t know” that they have had DEFECTIVE fridges since 2006. They are liars and should be sued. I will see them in court!

This is the second and last Samsung watch that I purchased. Both watches fall apart just after a little over a year. I received this watch as a gift for Christmas in 2021. As you can see from the attached video the plastic seal around the watch face is coming off. This watch works great, it's a shame that the product doesn't last.

Samsung Shop have messed us around and not delivered a professional service. They do not communicate with customere or their terrible courier company Panther properly to deliver to the requirements of their customers. Instead they: *change booked delivery dates and cover it up as an admin error, *turn up hours late, *refuse to take handles off of fridge freezers so they fit through a standard door - even though it was requested and confirmed over the phone, *ignore complaints, *dropped and broke the fridge freezer before a second attempt, but failed to inform me until it arrived, *delayed returning the item to their warehouse, *ignored request for a cancellation and undermined us and requested a replacement a week after your original messed up delivery, *a huge language barrier on their call centre, poor admin skills leave mistakes and errors as a result. *No one calls you back when they say they will. *No official email address for complaints or communication. *Call waiting times up to an hour *Have spent 8 hours so far on the phone and not resolved the issue. *No official online review service available, There is no Logistics in this company what so ever. It has meant a mistrust in a well known company Samsung as a result of both courier company Panther Logistics and Samsun shop who don't understand their customers, don't show any care for their customers and ignore complaints from their customers. Shame on you.

Samsung's customer service is absolutely horrible. The company's lack of ethics is evident in its continuous lies. I was lied to about a previous purchase, and again with regard to my most recent purchase, a 75 inch QLED TV will be my very last, as I have wasted enough time with their idiot representatives! Today’s case being that they expected me to wait around for a delivery between 1 pm and 5 pm which will not happen until tomorrow! I would recommend that people shop from companies that have a little more respect for their customers. Samsung just couldn't care less!!

Samsung.com is Having me waiting since February for my S22 Ultra. Its almost April!!! They have it in stock!!! But they dont send my order, they said is back ordered but you can see it they have it in stock. Lack of comunication between deparments also...👎🏻

The following was sent to Samsung several times starting on 12/30/21 with no response. Worst customer service, if it exists! On December 15, 2021, I ordered a Samsung Microwave #ME16A4021AS from ABT Electronics in Glenville, IL Order #1215101GQMV. On December 20th, I had the microwave installed. After the installation, the motor was defective and made a grinding noise and was returned to ABT on December 21st. I paid $150.00 for the installation. On December 30th, I received the replacement from ABT, Order # 1220101IUNM and was installed on 12/30. I once again was charged $150.00. I am hereby requesting a refund of $150.00 due to the defective unit. This cost me $60.00 more than the cost of the microwave. The microwave is not the only Samsung products I recently purchased.I have attached the invoice from ABT, PC Richard & Son for additional Samsung appliances purchased that totaled in excess of $3,160.00 and an invoice for $150.00.

Ordered the SWA-9100S - Wireless Rear Speaker Kit. When it arrived it was missing some key parts. The power cord, the speaker wires, and the wall brackets. I called in immediately. Wow what an experience. I had to jump through hoops and finally told the parts would be sent. LOL One week later and I have heard nothing. I call in again and am handed off to 3 different people. Finally I was told it would be reviewed and if approved would be sen to me. UMMM wait I just bought this and you have my money. Something wrong with this picture.

On Feb 27th my washing machine started saying error. I contacted Samsung which had to do a calibration before a repair can come to your house. This machine was bought 8/27/21 and was delivered 9/3/21, so 6 months old. They ordered patty’ parts which of course wasn’t what they needed. That’s on 3/4/22. They come back 3/10/22 and the machine wasn’t fixed from the new tub they put in, so we order more parts and they return 3/15/22. Fix the bottom of the wash machine but the machine still won’t work so now we need a new clutch. I’ve now called Samsung because I’ve taken days off had my mother come out for the repair men and this is just going from one part to another. I was told by Alex that when the repair man comes on 3/23/22 if it needs another part then the machine will be dubbed no good. So the repair man comes and says well we need a new tub, WHAT I said no Alex said the machine is no good then, plus how could it need a new tub when the machine just had one put in 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been used. I can Samsung because they’re telling the repair to order a tub, of course they can’t find the call from Alex and I tell them it was in 3/15/22 nope can’t find it!! So the refund department says the first 3 times the repair man came out don’t count but here is another ticket number so if there is another problem we can talk about new accommodations. But if your warranty is up in August then the machine will be your problem, I said oh no I was smart I have an extended 5 year warranty so it’ll still be your problem.. DON’T BUY FROM SAMSUNG they will not care about your problem. I just started a new job I lost time with unpaid wages and I’m still going thru it. Next visit is 3/29/22 wish me luck!! I’m headed to spend more money at the laundry mat!!!

Horrible...just Horrible! I will never deal with Samsung directly again. One of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. Customer service and e commerce managers have been useless and I'm out nearly 1k and a phone. I will never recommend Samsung for anything.

7 months into a 12 month warrantied fold 3 ($2,000 phone) and the screen began to bubble. Three days into Samsung chat session and here's what I learned. Do not buy anything Samsung from anyone other than Samsung. Apparently they don't trust Verizon enough to offer full warranty service for items they sell for Samsung. They will schedule you a repair time at a local store, in my case Best Buy. When I arrive they did not know I was coming nor did they have the parts, tools, or training to fix my issue. They informed me I was the third customer of the week Samsung had sent there and they told the their Samsung rep weeks ago to stop. Whoever they farmed out to work the customer service chat lines do not understand English enough to be any kind of help. Half the time I had no idea what they were trying to say. Bottom line my phone is still broken. There is no reasonable plan to have it fixed that doesn't leave me without a phone for two weeks. I have bought a new Samsung phone every other year since the S2. Multiple tablets, smart watches, TVs, and appliances. After this experience I will not buy anything Samsung again.
