Given as a Xmas present December 2022 the Samsung Galaxy A8, now still only 4 months old, and the tablet itself is ok, but the case /cover that came with it the plastic tabs just fell of, now the tablet will not stay in the cover properly, NOW I was thinking that MY wife paid a lot of money for this tablet and so I phoned up for warranty just on a new cover only, worth about $ .50 cents to Samsung and was told that even with the extra 3years extended coverage Samsung will not replace the cover. now this is a very expensive tablet well not that expensive but to me very very Expensive, so in order to get my new cover I will now have to return my Tablet for replacement just to get a cover, where Samsung will probably finish up with it anyways. it is not the cost of a new cover as I can pick one up from the local mall for $ 10 or so dollars, it is a matter of principal and honest dealing, if you can not back up your products just do not sell them.

I spent 4 hours with them trying to reaolve my issue. It never got resolved. Scheduled a call back and when they called me back I got a recorded message telling me their offices were closed and to call back another time. IT WAS A SCHEDULED CALL BACK!!!

We received a new Samsung fridge 4 weeks ago, after a planned power outage today all other appliances came back online, except the fridge. Samsung customer service useless, could not tell me when a repairer could come out, and certainly not today. We have hundreds of dollars of items in fridge and freezer as well as urgent medication that needs to keep cool going off. They said nothing they can do and will have to wait until a repairer available. Have spoken to an emergency fridge repairer who confirmed that although they could be here in 2 hours ( hear that Samsung? ) they can't fix the problem as it can only be fixed by a Samsung repairer. They have found Samsung service to be totally useless, and have been told of many similar issues with their fridges and appliances. Also called the Good Guys where we purchased it from and they agreed that Samsung are useless and have also had this issue reported to them with fridges post power outage. As planned power outages can happen several times a year DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG FRIDGE.

Even though they know they are at fault, they work in an unethical way to make you pay for your repairs. Essentially forcing all the business back into their team and not under services of your choice. They do NOT pay for any labor EVER. No matter if it is a mfg defect or warranty, any and all claims get denied at least once, and their team is unsympathetic to the consumer. I spent 5 years switching my entire home to Samsung, guess what the next 5 years will be?

Samsung A03s would be okay...except the f-ing bloatware. The last, supposedly necessary "update" installed solitaire, some casino app, and candycrush... which i had specifically deleted. WTF? My next phone will be motorola, nowthat i know the whole landmines thing was just urban legend (believed that for years- sad to say) Anyhow, screw them and their updates.

To all, I have raised five children and have done at least fifteen loads of laundry a week. I have owned a few different brands of washers and dryers - BUT - Samsung VRT model washer and fryer are the worse I have ever used. The washer and dryer came with the condo I live in, and I was so excited to have such good appliances. Much to my disappointment there is no way thye are energy efficient when it takes 44 - 70 minutes to do a load of laundry. The dryer is a bit better, but the wrinkle release mode does NOT release wrinkles. The dryer is quite noisey compared to other brands I have esperienced. I just had to post this, because I am so very disappointed in the Samsung washer and dryer.

Absolutely the last Samsung product I will buy! Traded in 2 previous Samsung devices on the newest ones, some how both devices had the same damage to them despite being shipped at separate times, carefully packaged in the original packaging, and being impeccable when sent out; this supposed damage resulted in a revaluation of a third the original agreement. Obviously unhappy, I got into a chat with them the minute I received their email, send off photo and HD video verification of the device condition, and have been trying to plead my case. Took 10 days to get a response, said they give me half the value since I wasn't happy, disregard the proof I sent them, and the fact that they could not even show the supposed damages to the device that they declared the cause for such a substantial price reduction. I responded immediately, and with great detail; 4 days later, it's still ignored, but they just sent me notice that they went ahead and processed my trade in at the original revaluation! WTF!? What an absolute scam! Lie about the condition of the device so they can revalue it, then ignore you so you can't even challenge them! I've sold dozens of my old phones, they're never more than a year old, I know the value I can get, and I got severely screwed by Samsung! I have bought over 2 dozen Samsung smart phones over the years, always top tier, but this is the last!

Seriously, if I could give - stars I would! Terrible customer service, terrible at taking accountability for problems, and even worse understanding of the problems real people face!!! After all, I paid them to put a tv on the wall because I'm not strong enough to put it up myself. And yet they wouldn't even replace a four hour old faulty tv because they couldn't take it down again! OK - so bought a big tv from Samsung, why wouldn't I buy from them? They're the brand owners, and I will get the best experience even if I pay a little more surely!! So buying from them was a real treat to myself and family. Bit of a fuss about delivery - delivery and installation teams are different, and delivery team was delayed so installation team didn't think they could do it, but we got there in the end. Installation team arrived and installed the tv on the wall - too big for me to do (I am not young!) at which point we discovered tv was faulty. Spent about 3.5 hours on the phone and chat to Samsung, and believe it or not: - they wouldn't be able to replace my tv for about 2 weeks after it had been returned to their warehouse for checking (the tv hadn't even been on my property for 4 hours yet!) - they wouldn't be able to help me get it off the wall because they don't have engineers that can do that - it was too big for me to take off the wall myself - which is why I paid them to install it - but if i couldn't get it off the wall, they couldn't help me and I would need to live with a faulty tv. I escalated my query, and was turned away at every stage. They didn't have anyone who could help me remove it from my wall, and my brand new tv would need to stay on the wall - unusable - because they wouldn't refund me or replace the faulty tv without having the tv back at the warehouse. Eventually I got onto a competitor and got the tv from them, for delivery the next day. It did mean I now had two tvs on my credit card though, and was duly penalised because I had gone over my credit limit. Guess what - Samsung did not refund me particularly quickly. Currys arrived (on time, no problem). The Currys delivery team did the installation (no problem). The Currys delivery team did not have to make lots of extra holes in my wall as they didn't put the mounting in the wrong place first time. Samsung - you need to be sure your engineers are fully trained! The Currys team took my faulty tv off the wall and put it in the box for return. Thank you Currys team. You were absolutely faultless and your service was impeccable. In complete contrast to my experience with Samsung!! Samsung then collected the faulty tv and - even though I had escalated to the CEO team, and I'm not sure I would recommend anyone do that, I don't believe the CEO actually sees any of that and the team aren't actually empowered to resolve anything. By the time the tv was refunded, it wasn't refunded in full. As far as Samsung were concerned, they had done the delivery and installation so wouldn't refund that. (Why would I pay £74 for delivery and installation of a faulty tv?) More time wasted sorting that out, and they eventually refunded that. I then pointed out that I had paid a credit card fee of £12 because they took so long to refund, so they offered me £90 worth of Samsung vouchers to spend on their site. Question: why would I spend any money with Samsung ever again??? There is nothing on their website for £90 that I want or need... and I would need to add more money to that to spend... and I don't want to buy from Samsung again. Eventually they gave me Sainsburys vouchers, which is a good solution but does it make me want to ever buy from them again when it took me a month to get my original money back, and were prepared to leave me with a faulty tv because they couldn't help me get it off the wall when they put it up there in the first place? Not at all! Very sour taste in my mouth. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of buying from Samsung directly you look at alternative arrangements. Currys (and no, I have no connection with them but they were absolutely amazing after the pain I had with Samsung) offered infinitely better service and I am more convinced about their ability to meet my needs as a customer. Samsung, my advice to you is to stop selling with customers directly. You are just letting yourself down as you've put me off the brand completely!

I should have read the reviews first ,this company does not honor its own factory warranties..They lie to the customers about repair,my phone was new but it started getting Hot..Send it to the repair the lied and said a hinge was broken was why it was getting hot..? Yet this same phone they took as a qualified trade in device with no problems found..Just ripped me off clean then extorted me into buying another phone by promising full credit on the Z fold..I later find out that the guy was not even authorized to make this claim and that my phone was still being billed even though I did not even have it anymore..I called Samsung back they promised the return of the Z fold, only today they said we can't return it because we don't have it anymore..We traded it in !! What the supposed broken device ??qualified for a full trade after you promised to return it. ? Now these people have just stolen my device and all they would say was we are so sorry, it was no mistake on your part but ours..Yet it's nothing we can do about !!! After 15 years of being a loyal client ..I never will ever by another Samsung product and I suggest that we all trade in Samsung for Apple..

Samsung's delivery company is far more concerned with getting done early than delivering the product. A refrigerator was purchased, my cc was billed in full, and the delivery was scheduled. When the driver arrived he never got out of the truck. When he was approached regarding the delivery he indicated he was leaving. Unfortunately, Samsung's customer service is in the Phillippines and not able to offer any assistance, absolutely worthless. Horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They lie and they will find a way to deny your warranty or refund request no matter how clear your case is. No supervisor will come on the phone to discuss any issue. DO NO buy Samsung product ever.

I purchased a smart watch that was delivered to someone in another city! FedEx sent documents to Samsung stating it was delivered to someone else in another city but Samsung refuses to accept this information and refuses to give me a refund, so I'm out the price of the watch and no watch! Samsung customer service is worse that horrible.....no help at all.

We bought an over the stove microwave in Jan 2020 and already it does not heat. We tried going thru the service dept. recommended in our user quide and were very disappointed with the service, or should I say, lack of good service. We ended up paying a service person $100 to say it would be cheaper to replace it. The magnetron should have been covered, but the Samsung service person was not told that. Talking to management did not help. WE will NEVER buy Sansung again!

Did a mistake of buying a Samsung AC It’s not the product it’s the service which matters. It’s been 6 days when Samsung Ac was delivered and till trade 3 visits by installation technicians. Every time new excuse and reason to delay the work. No one bothered to attend. Worst part is there is no way u can reach out to customer care.

our new tv supposedly had a crack in it even though there is nothing on the set. We used extreme caution to move it If it is cracked it is because of inferior parts. This is the second Samsung tv along with 2 Samsung refrigerators that have mysteriously quit working. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product.

over 2 months and the delivery/install of a washer and dryer was still not done correctly. They threw away my shipping bolts and hole covers as well as antiskid pads. Delivery checklist says keep bolts with machine. Also, the bolts should not be removed until the unit is near the final slid in install location. They make great products but never buy direct. Always go through BB, Lowes, HD etc. to get customer service that works.

I love their products. We have the latest 11 products In our household all registered with Samsung. However, 1 time I have and issue with 1 product zero customer service. Basically saying go f*** yourself. Still under warranty only 2 months old washer . Service rep came by and said it would have to be replaced and Samsung says 3 to 4 months to replace on back order. Mean while I can go to Home Depot and I buy a brand new one. I've been a loyal Samsung customer but for this horrible service we will be all switching to the new Google phones , watches and buds in the future. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and they get away with it. I called better business bureau and filled a complaint and 1 week later Samsung called and asked if I would take a higher model and tried to get me to pay the difference when I refused they replaced it for free anyways. SAMSUNG NEVER AGAIN!!
