I purchase Samsung galaxy 2 smartwatch April 2021. In September 2021 the watch stopped working stuck at "rebooting" message. Nothing worked after that. As I was hoping to repair the watch under warranty coverage, I sent my watch to Samsung for repairs. Well, after a week I received a bill for $300 to pay for repairs. When I called Samsung customer service, I was sent around from agent to agent and from one team to another. No one could help. After 3 days of calling and speaking to over 20 people I was told that they could not repair the watch under warranty due to moisture detected. This is despite the fact that Samsung advertised this watch as water resistant for up to 5ATM and 30 minutes submerged under water. Also they advertise it as sweat proof. I only exercised with the watch and washed my hands occasionally. However they claimed it was my fault and not their watch being either defective or false advertising. This is the end of me buying Samsung products. Be warned!

Buyer beware, if you get a defective product Samsung customer support will find a way not to repair your item! I purchased a Galaxy s21, from day one it would randomly restart, shut down, freeze, or just not open any apps. I Sent it in for repair, with out being given a loaner phone or replacement phone, I had to purchase another cheap phone, I'm out 250 dollars When I received my phone back from repair the sim card tray was missing, so much for returning the 250 dollar phone I had to buy After a entire month of constantly calling trying to get a replacement, I finally talked with a "manager" and was told that a sim card tray is an "accessory" item, and if I can't prove that I sent it to them, then they are not obligated to do anything else.... WTF! I have called them 22 times in 28 days, every time I got a different answer on what was happening. now I have to go out and find a sim card tray on my own that they lost. To big to loose, shame on you Samsung for how you treated a loyal customer since the Galaxy S2.

My A71 phone broke 16 months after purchasing it. It's unacceptable to me that a phone should break that soon and it's clear that it's a hardware issue. I'm surprised the company doesn't stand by its product and I am extremely upset that I should have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to tell me why their product broke. Be wary of the A71 and definitely be wary of Samsung products.

I been a loyal Samsung consumer. I pay my 2 payment a month and I'm never late. My payment was 16 cents short and I get charge a late fee. When I called all they say is sorry and is what it is. I will.be canceling my credit card and not buying samsung products again.

I ordered a refridgerator with the help your rep today who knew I needed it ASAP. I even upgraded because the one I wanted that was cheaper was on back order. The minute I completed my purchase I got a delivery date of 12/15. I called immediately because the rep had assured me that this one was available. No one offered to help me, infact the first gentleman I spoke to put me on hold and never came back. After speaking to 3 people who told me "there is nothing I can do", I cancelled my order and called best buy. Not only did Best buy price match to get my business, but I am actually getting it tomorrow, 11/2/2021. So I went ahead and ordered my washer and dryer, dishwasher and Stove from them spending almost $10,000 with best buy that I would have spent with Samsung, had just one person acted like they cared.

Zero Zero Zero STAR. Samsung wake up ...wake up its 21st Century Which scientists are creating EXYNOS Shifty you... Stop it, Stop it... I hate Samsung now...even more...for not listening to Consumers...from a Samsung note 8 users... S10 plus, Note 10 plus now Note 20 Ultra Still all Shitty EXYNOS. Low performance, low quality pictures, heating Issues...and so on. EVERYONE WANTS SNAPDRAGON...not only your Company profit. Greedy SAMSUNG...come and read this KOH DONG JIN...if you are a person (or a bot). Trying to get Richer with Unhappy Customer...Asshole.

Bought a new Galaxy A52 in Sydney and had screen issues while in UK. Was notified there was NO WARRANTY COVERAGE in UK for product bought in Aust. Is Samsung a Multi-national company or not?? Only when it suits their bottom line? Deeply disappointed by lack of warranty coverage. Thanks for nothing Samsung I'm no longer a loyal customer

Horrible customer support. Phone more damaged after I sent it in and they want money to fix it now even though it is less that 12 months old. Ridiculous and rude customer service agents.

Samsung fold 2 inner screen failures.it is well publicised on the internet that Samsung still have a massive issue on fold inner screens.they start to fail from 10 months old and the cost is whopping £520 a time.my fold 2 is now over 12 months old with 2 inner screen failures and spent 5 weeks away.having run out of money I've gone back to my old iPhone.the money I'm saving not using a fold2 is enough for a holiday in south Korea.what a terrible product Samsung.

Four year old refrigerator went out in March 2021. I have tried repeatedly for repair. Every single time I have called (at least 5 times), I get different responses. I was told that I would be reimbursed for service calls if I sent receipts. We did that. Today when I called (appliance still doesn't work despite a new control board), I was told they had no records of any calls before Sept of 2021. I also would not be getting reimbursed (no answer as to why I was told I would be reimbursed when I called in Sept.) How can a company not stand by an expensive (3000 bucks at least) product? I also had to find my own repairman since SAMSUNG said the one they contracted for in my St Louis area, wouldn't take the call. Really? This is how you run a major company? I have told everyone I know this horror story and willcontinue to do so. I even will go up to strangers at appliance stores and warn them to NOT buy SAMSUNG products. Look at all the bad reviews on this site, Mr. SAMSUNG president, and re-think your customer relations.

We bought a top end Samsung Ecobubble washing machine that is stopped draining after just over a year. It is in warranty and so they sent and engineer out to fix the fault who decided it must be the the waste pipe without carrying out any other checks. This didn't fix the fault. We then had a representative run through a series of checks and questions and told me they would need to escalate as an engineer has already been out. They advised it would be quicker to get in touch with the repair supplier and tell them they didn't fix it. The supplier refused to help and told me to get in touch with Samsung. I've since called over 10 times (all calls lasting between 30mins and 2 hours being put on hold multiple times. After explaining myself countless times I am told they have escalated to the technical specialist team and they will call me back in 24-48hours. This of course never happens (6 times and 6 calls asking why no one has got in touch - going back weeks.) Our family has been without a working washer since August now and it still hasn't been resolved. The customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. I can't pay someone else to fix it because Samsung have said it will void the 5 year warranty. I'm posting here in the hope that Samsung actually read this an investigate. Currently waiting on call hold after another 1 hour and 9 minutes!!!

I would give you a zero. I went to change a carbon filter . I scan the QR code on my microwave. It brought me to a video . Upon following the instructions. I broke the cover because the video is not the correct on how to remove the cover for that particular microwave . I called customer service. They won’t do anything because I followed their instructions causing it to break . They want to accept no responsibility for their error. Since it’s out of warranty it’s “my mistake” although it is their video that I was taken to by their QR code. They are quick to sell you the part though . This is what to expect . Poor customer service, no accountability. Get another brand.

HEARING IMPAIRED??? Listen up! You CANNOT use headphones and TV speakers simultaneously-yep! (Some models) Meaning if you use Bluetooth, no one else can hear… there’s a fix?? Where!? It must be a big secret…Google and see!

My new townhouse included new Samsung appliances. In less than two years, I have spent $400 on repairs to the dishwasher. This doesn’t include the racks not standing up and the silverware holders falling off the side. The finish is peeling off the stove in large pieces. The handle from the refrigerator broke. These appliances are worthless.

Bought a complete suite of appliances for our new kitchen. Freezer handle fell off and parts are not available to fix it . The dark stainless is just a cheap plastic film that scratches and tears easily, and should never be on a gas stove. All the gas stove knobs broke. Plastic holding the upper dishwasher tray broke. Dishwasher constantly says it has a leak and wont work, when there is no leak

I left a review with samsung website, it was a clear and honest review of a tv I had purchased. They would not allow the post to be submitted bc I was honest. The customer service lied to me on several occasions. After a long and timely process to finally get everything they wanted submitted for a not even 22 day old TV, I was supposed to receive a refund through an ecoupon for their website. That never happened. I have tried for months to resolve this and am now in a new ticket number and they act as if I have done something wrong or shouldn't want this resolved considering how much I paid for it. My original review was sharing was a disappointment the products and customer service have been. So no point in allowing in reviews, if you monitor them so the truth cannot be told. This was in early April. Sill no tv replacement and still holding onto the one that went out after 22 days.

Customer service Since yesterday, I was trying to place the order and the online shopping website is not letting me to do so .I call customer service today to solve the issue. I told my whole story that I could not put the order by your website.(The order doesn't show in the cart) and in reply he asked " Can you please give your order number". Seriously! then I called again to fine someone who is awake enough to answer my call. By the way I am related to IT and most of my products are from Samsung. A lady did pick up my call this time so I told her what is going on. And her advice was " Try to log out and log in again or use a different browser" Even I told her that I have already done all the trouble shooting. Samsung is one of the giants in electronic Market but unfortunately their customer service is very unprofessional. I am also from a multi culture background but It will be nice if we can get U.K base customer service.

Bought a refrigerator stove microwave washer and dryer in December 2019 the information buttons humidity detergent pause start etc all faded off like a erasable maker. Appliances not even 2 years old. Called warranty expired
